Claims (18)
- 〔請求項1〕 実質的に機械加工されていない導電性の原材料から、絶縁材を囲 み相互に絶縁する数個のセグメントを形成し、セグメントから個々に径方向に突 出するコネクタ要素(2)を備えた電気機械類用の整流子、特に、フラットな整流 子を製造する方法において、最初に、原材料(1)から直接に素材変位により、仕 上げされた輪郭と寸法を有しかつ可鍛性を有する仕上け状態とされた個々のコネ クタ要素(2)を形作ることを特徴とする整流子の製造方法。
- 〔請求項2〕 コネクタ要素(2)を形成するフォーミングの前に、材質に応じて 原材料(1)を加熱し、フォーミングによる顕著な素材効果を防止することを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項3〕 原材料(1)を加熱した状態でコネクタ要素(2)を形作ることを特徴 とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項4〕 原材料(1)が約150度C又はそれ以上の温度まで加熱されるこ とを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項5〕 原材料(1)が約300度Cから約700度Cの温度範囲に加熱さ れることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項6〕 コネクタ要素(2)を形成するフォーミングの前に原材料(1)を焼鈍 し、冷間フォーミングによりコネクタ要素(2)を形成し、その後、再度焼鈍する ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項7〕 冷間フォーミングにより個々のコネクタ要素(2)を形成した後、 実質的に筒状のジャケット(4)と実質的にフラットな底部(5)を備えたポット形の ブランク(3)を形作ることを特徴とする前項の何れかに記載の方法。
- 〔請求項8〕 絶縁装填物を固定する内側アンカー要素(6)であって、底部(5)の 内面(7)で実質的に軸方向に向きかつカラー状に配列された内側アンカー要素(6) を、冷間フォーミングにより形作ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項9〕 セグメントを設ける凹溝(9)を、ジャケット(4)の自由端縁(10)か ら冷間フォーミングによる素材変位により形成することを特徴とする請求項7又 は8に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項10〕 凹溝(9)がポット形ブランク(3)の底部(5)の内面(7)の近傍に延 びることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項11〕 各凹溝(9)の内側幅寸法が、ジャケット(4)の自由端縁(10)から 底部(5)の方向に次第に幅狭となることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の 方法。
- 〔請求項12〕 各凹溝(9)が概ねV形に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1 1に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項13〕 底部(5)の内面(7)に、セグメントを設ける幅狭の凹部(16)が形 作られ、底部(5)の中心に向けて径方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項9ない し請求項12の何れかに記載の方法。
- 〔請求項14〕 冷間フォーミングが一つの工程サイクルで行われることを特徴 とする請求項7ないし請求項13に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項15〕 ジャケット(4)の内側に向けて径方向に突出する外側アンカー 要素(13)が、絶縁装填物のために、冷間フォーミングにより形成されることを特 徴とする請求項7ないし請求項14に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項16〕 電気機械類のローターシャフト用の中心開口(14)がポット形ブ ランク(3)の底部(5)に打ち抜き形成されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし請求 項15に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項17〕 内側アンカー要素(6)が外側に向かう軸方向に僅かに曲げられ ることを特徴とする請求項7ないし請求項16に記載の方法。
- 〔請求項18〕 処理が一つの工程サイクルで行われることを特徴とする請求項 15ないし請求項17に記載の方法。
