Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.0.05重量%以下のC;12〜15重量%のCr;4〜7重量%のNi; 1.5〜2重量%のMo;0.06〜0.12重量%のN;0.5〜1重量%のM n; 0.3重量%未満のCu;0.02重量%未満のP;0.005重量%以下のS ; 0.02重量%未満のAl;1重量%以下のSi、残部が鉄及び少量の不純物 の組成を有し、且つCr、Mo及びNが以下の式;(Cr+3.3Mo+16N )≧19を満足する、スーパーマルテンサイト鋼。 2.スーパーマルテンサイト鋼製品の製造方法であって、 (a) 0.05重量%以下のC;12〜15重量%のCr;4〜7重量%のNi ; 1.5〜2重量%のMo;0.06〜0.12重量%のN;0.5〜1重量%の Mn; 0.3重量%未満のCu;0.02重量%未満のP;0.005重量%以下の S; 0.02重量%未満のAl;1重量%以下のSi、残部が鉄及び少量の不純 物の組成を有し、且つCr、Mo及びNが以下の式;(Cr+3.3Mo+16 N)≧19を満足する鋳塊又は連続鋳造棒を準備し; (b) 上記インゴット又は棒を鋳造又は圧延することにより、第一の熱変形を実 施して半仕上げの製品を得; (c) 上記半仕上げ製品を1,250〜1,350℃の範囲の温度で加熱し、熱 圧延又は押出によって所望の形状及び大きさを有する製品が得られるまで該製品 を再び変形させ; (d) 上記製品を、任意に室温にまで冷却した後でもよく、880℃〜980℃ の範囲の温度で15〜90分間維持し、オーステナイト化熱処理し; (e) 上記製品を90℃未満の温度にまで冷却し、次いで560℃〜670℃の 範囲の温度で30〜300分間熱処理して焼き戻しをする、 上記製造方法。 3.上記工程(d)及び(e)の冷却操作が空気中で行われることを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第2項記載の製造方法。 4.上記工程(d)及び(e)の冷却操作が水中で行われることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第2項記載の製造方法。 5.熱圧延によって得られ、熱圧延が880℃〜980℃の範囲の温度における オーステナイト化操作、その後の90℃未満の温度への冷却及び最終的に560 ℃〜670℃の範囲の温度における焼き戻しを含む熱処理を経験する、請求の範 囲第1項記載のスーパーマルテンサイト鋼製品。 6.継目のない管である、請求の範囲第5項記載の製品。
