Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガランタミン(galanthamine)含有生物物質が毒性的に安全な有機溶媒で抽出 されること、及びこの抽出物からガランタミンが液・液抽出の手段によって精製 されることを特徴とするガランタミンの分離方法であって、前記液・液抽出が第 一段階においてpH値約4で行われるガランタミンの分離方法。 2.前記生物物質が粉砕され、抽出前にアルカリ粉末と混合されることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記液・液抽出が第二段階においてpH値約9で行われることを特徴とする請 求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.アルカリ粉末として炭酸ナトリウムが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1 から3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.毒性的に安全な有機溶媒として、ジエチルエーテルまたはスペシャルボイリ ングポイント(special boiling point)ガソリンが、好ましくはスペシャルボ イリングポイントガソリンが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいず れかに記載の方法。 6.得られたガランタミンは最適な溶媒が再結晶化したものであることを特徴と する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.溶媒としてイソプロパノールが使用されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載 の方法。 8.生物物質として植物成分、好ましくはヒガンバナの鱗茎が使用されることを 特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.ヒガンバナ科の植物としてスイセン種、好ましくはスイセン属プソイドスイ セン「カールトン」、またはハマオモト種、好ましくはハマオモト属アマビル(am abile)が使われることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.請求項1から9のいずれかの方法によって製造されたガランタミン。 11.ガレヌス製剤での請求項10に記載のガランタミンの使用方法。 12.眼軟膏剤での請求項10に記載のガランタミンの使用方法。 13.経皮吸収型製剤での請求項10に記載のガランタミンの使用方法。 14.狭角緑内障の治療のための請求項10に記載のガランタミンの使用方法。 15.アルツハイマー病の治療のための請求項10に記載のガランタミンの使用 方法。 16.アルコール依存症の治療のための請求項10に記載のガランタミンの使用 方法。 17.ニコチン依存症の治療のための請求項10に記載のガランタミンの使用方 法。 18.それ自体公知の補佐薬に加えて請求項10に記載のガランタミンを含むこ とを特徴とする医薬品。 19.局所適用のための請求項18に記載の医薬品。 20.狭角緑内障の治療のための請求項18または19に記載の医薬品。 21.アルツハイマー病の治療のための請求項18または19に記載の医薬品。 22.アルコール依存症の治療のための請求項18または19に記載の医薬品。 23.ニコチン依存症の治療のための請求項18または19に記載の医薬品。 24.請求項10に記載のガランタミンまたは請求項18または19に記載の医 薬品を使った人体の治療方法。
