Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.相手電気コンタクトを電気的に受容するためのコンタクト成端部を具備する 電気リセプタクルコンタクトであって、前記相手電気コンタクトが該相手電気コ ンタクトを前記リセプタクルコンタクト内に挿入するための挿入方向を有すると 共に、前記リセプタクルコンタクトが電気導体に接続するための他の部分を含ん でいる電気リセプタクルコンタクトにおいて、 前記コンタクト成端部が弾性的に撓み可能な第1及び第2片持梁を具備し、 前記第1片持梁は前記相手電気コンタクトと係合するようになっており、 前記第1及び第2片持梁は、前記相手電気コンタクトの挿入前に応力がかけ られていない状態となっていることを特徴とする電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 2.前記第1及び第2片持梁のうちの少なくとも1つの梁は、該少なくとも1つ の梁の基部から前記少なくとも1つの梁の自由端に向かう方向において延びる略 縦方向を有し、該縦方向は前記相手電気コンタクトの前記挿入方向と略反対とな っていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト 。 3.前記コンタクト成端部が、更に、過応力部材を具備していることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 4.前記過応力部材が、前記相手コンタクト挿入方向を略横切る縦軸を具備して いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 5.前記過応力部材が、前記弾性的に撓み可能な第1及び第2片持梁と比較して 堅いタブを具備していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の電気リセプタ クルコンタクト。 6.前記第1及び第2片持梁の各々が、少なくとも1つの単一湾曲部を具備して いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 7.前記湾曲部が、円弧状の湾曲部を具備していることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第6項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 8.前記円弧状の湾曲部の各々が、それぞれの曲げ半径を具備していることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第7項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 9.前記第2片持梁の湾曲部の前記曲げ半径が、前記第1片持梁の湾曲部の前記 曲げ半径よりも相対的に大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項記載の電気リ セプタクルコンタクト。 10.前記第1及び第2片持梁のうちの少なくとも1つの梁が、少なくとも1つ の単一湾曲部を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の電気リセプタク ルコンタクト。 11.前記少なくとも1つの湾曲部が、円弧状の湾曲部を具備していることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 12.前記円弧状の湾曲部が、略U形湾曲部を形成するそれぞれの曲げ半径を具 備していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタ クト。 13.前記湾曲部の各々がそれらの各前記第1及び第2片持梁にコンプライアン スを付与し、前記第2片持梁の前記コンプライアンスは前記第1片持梁の前記コ ンプライアンスよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の電気リセ プタクルコンタクト。 14.前記湾曲部の各々が、所定の断面屈曲面積を有する、一局部が曲がってい る屈曲部の部分を具備していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の電気リ セプタクルコンタクト。 15.前記第1片持梁の前記湾曲部の断面屈曲面積は、前記第2片持梁の前記湾 曲部の断面屈曲面積よりも相対的に大きく、これにより、比較的高度の柔軟性を 前記第2片持梁に付与することを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の電気リセ プタクルコンタクト。 16.前記コンタクト成端部が略横断平面を含み、前記第1及び第2片持梁の各 々が自由端を含むと共に、前記平面が前記自由端の各々を通過することを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 17.前記コンタクト成端部が過応力部材を含み、前記平面が前記過応力部材を 通過することを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項記載の電気リセプタクルコンタク ト。 18.前記コンタクト成端部が、前記平面から相対的にオフセットしている縦軸 を有する過応力部材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項記載の電 気リセプタクルコンタクト。 19.前記第1及び第2片持梁の各々が自由端を有し、前記相手電気コンタクト の挿入前に前記自由端間に隙間が存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記 載の電気リセプタクルコンタクト。 20.前記コンタクト成端部が過応力部材を含み、前記相手電気コンタクトの挿 入後に前記過応力部材と前記第1及び第2片持梁の端部のうちの少なくとも1つ との間に隙間が存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の電気リセプタ クルコンタクト。
