Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 切削手段を保持するためのヘッドと、 前記ヘッドのための駆動要素とを有し、 前記ヘッドおよび前記駆動要素は、前記ヘッドを前記駆動要素に着脱自在に取 り付けるための補足的手段を含み、 前記補足的手段は、横方向の滑り面と、該滑り面内に嵌め込まれるための支承 部と、締付けシステムとを含み、 前記支承部と前記滑り面とは合わせられて、前記締付けシステムは、前記駆動 要素から前記ヘッドにトルクを伝達するために、前記滑り面に割り込んで結合さ れるように前記支承部を押し付ける操作が可能であり、 前記締付けシステムは、前記駆動要素の縦軸に対して横方向に前記ヘッドを調 整するために、前記支承部分が前記滑り面内において滑動できるように結合力を 解除する操作が可能である回転式工作機械工具。 2. 前記滑り面は前記駆動要素内に形成され、前記支承部は前記ヘッドと一 体である請求項1に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 3. 前記滑り面は、底部に向かって狭まる傾斜側面を有するスロットであり 、前記支承部は前記スロット内に嵌め込まれるように対応して傾斜した面を含む 請求項1または2に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 4. 前記スロットの底部は、前記支承部が前記スロットに割り込んで嵌め込 まれるように間隙を与えるために、溝部分を含む請求項3に記載の回転式工作機 械工具。 5. 前記締付けシステムは、雄型部材と、該雄型部材と相互作用するための ねじ手段とを含み、前記雄型部材は前記ヘッドまたは前記駆動要素のいずれか一 方に連結され、前記ねじ手段は前記ヘッドまたは前記駆動要素の他方に連結され ている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 6. 前記雄型部材は前記ヘッドまたは前記駆動要素の前記他方において穴内 に受け入れられ、前記雄型部材および前記ねじ手段の各々は、前記ねじ手段の作 用によって前記雄型部材に前記工作機械の回転軸に沿った方向に作用するカム運 動力を与える傾斜面を有する請求項5に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 7. 前記雄型部材は、底部に向かって狭まる傾斜側面を有する環状の溝を有 し、前記ねじ手段は、前記環状の溝の傾斜面に係合するために円錐台形の端を有 する請求項6に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 8. 前記雄型部材は前記ヘッドに結合し、前記ねじ手段は駆動要素に結合し ている請求項5ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 9. 前記雄型部材は前記ヘッドに着脱可能に固定されている請求項8に記載 の回転式工作機械工具。 10. 前記雄型部材は、前記ヘッドに取り付けられており前記駆動要素に対 して横方向に前記ヘッドを調整できるように前記雄型部材と前記ヘッドとを前記 雄型部材の縦軸に対し横方向に相対的に移動可能とするスライド手段に固定され ている請求項9に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 11. 前記駆動要素に対する横方向の調整の選択位置に前記ヘッドを固定す るためのロック手段を備えている請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の回 転式工作機械工具。 12. 前記ロック手段は、前記スライド手段と前記雄型部材との組立体を前 記ヘッドの横方向の選択位置に固定するために、前記ヘッドと連結されるねじ手 段を有する、請求項10を付加した請求項11に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 13. 前記ねじ手段は、互いに向き合って前記雄型部材に作用する2本のね じを有し、一方のねじを弛め、これに対応して他方のねじを締めることによって 、前記ヘッドは前記駆動要素に対して横方向に調整可能である請求項12に記載 の回転式工作機械工具。 14. 前記ヘッドは、それぞれ切削手段を保持し相対的に横方向に移動可能 な2つの部分を有し、該各部分は、他方の部分の面と対面接触している実質的に 平坦な直径面を含み、実質的に直径の前記両接触面は前記滑り面と横方向に位置 合わせされている上記各請求項のいずれか1項に記載の回転式工作機械工具。 15. 回転式工作機械工具のヘッドの位置を前記回転式工作機械工具の駆動 要素に対して横方向に調整するための調整機構であって、前記ヘッドと雄型部材 とに連結されるスライド手段を含み、前記雄型部材は前記スライド手段に取り付 けられるとともに駆動要素に接続され、前記ヘッドにはまた前記雄型部材と前記 スライド手段との組立体を前記ヘッドに対する横方向の調整の選択位置に固定す るためのロック手段が含まれている調整機構。 16. 前記雄型部材は前記スライド手段に着脱可能に固定されている請求項 15に記載の調整機構。 17. 前記ヘッドは横方向の貫通穴と、前記ヘッドの端面から前記貫通穴に 向かって開口する細長いスロットとを有し、前記スライド手段は前記貫通穴に収 められかつ前記雄型部材は前記スロットを通っている請求項15または16に記 載の調整機構。 18. 前記ロック手段は、前記雄型部材とスライド手段との組立体に作用す るねじ手段を有する請求項17に記載の調整機構。 19. 前記ねじ手段は、互いに向き合って前記雄型部材に作用する2本のね じを有し、一方のねじを弛め、これに対応して他方のねじを締めることによって 、前記ヘッドは前記駆動要素に対して横方向に調整可能である請求項19に記載 の調整機構。 20. 図1〜10または図11〜14を参照して当文書に説明されているも のと実質的に同様な回転式工作機械工具。
