Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 管腔を有するカテーテルを含んだ塞栓装置であって、 前記カテーテルの管腔内に挿入可能な細長い部材、および 該細長い部材を受入れるための受入れ路を有し、前記細長い部材がその移動を 案内する閉塞用粒体によって特徴づけられる塞栓装置。 2. 請求の範囲第1項に記載された塞栓装置であって、 前記カテーテルの管腔内部で前記閉塞用粒体に係合するように、また前記閉塞 用粒体を前記細長い部材に対して移動させるように該細長い部材に対して滑動で きる押圧機をさらに含む塞栓装置。 3. 請求の範囲第2項に記載された塞栓装置であって、前記押圧機が、 前記受入れ路内部で該押圧機に対して移動する前記細長い部材に沿って該押圧 機が滑動可能であるように、受入れ路を有する第2の細長い部材を含んでなる塞 栓装置。 4. 請求の範囲第3項に記載された塞栓装置であって、前記細長い部材がワ イヤーを含み、また前記押圧機が、 前記ワイヤーを滑動可能に受入れるように十分大きな寸法になされ、前記閉塞 用粒体の外径より小さい寸法になされた管腔を有するチューブを含んでなる塞栓 装置。 5. 請求の範囲第4項に記載された塞栓装置であって、前記押圧機が前記閉 塞用粒体と係合して該閉塞用粒体を前記ワイヤーに沿って移動させるための遠位 端部分を有し、前記ワイヤーは前記閉塞用粒体のワイヤーの前記受入れ路を挿通 している塞栓装置。 6. 請求の範囲第5項に記載された塞栓装置であって、滑動的な前記受入れ 路が前記閉塞用粒体に形成された孔を含んでなり、該孔が前記ワイヤーを滑動可 能に受入れる十分大きい塞栓装置。 7. 請求の範囲第1項に記載された塞栓装置であって、前記閉塞用粒体が放 射線不透性材料で形成された塞栓装置。 8. 請求の範囲第2項に記載された塞栓装置であって、前記細長い部材が、 該細長い部材上に前記閉塞用粒体を制御して保持する保持用端部を有する塞栓 装置。 9. 請求の範囲第8項に記載された塞栓装置であって、前記細長い部材がワ イヤーを含んでなり、また前記保持用端部が、 前記ワイヤーの概ね遠位端に位置する該ワイヤーの湾曲部分を含んでなる塞栓 装置。 10. 請求の範囲第9項に記載された塞栓装置であって、前記ワイヤーが、 前記閉塞用粒体を解放し且つその湾曲形状に戻るように湾曲部分が曲げ易くさ れ曲げ易い形状記憶材料を含んでなる塞栓装置。
