Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガス混合物(8)中に含まれる有機化合物を分解するための酸化チタン及 び少なくとも1つの触媒活性成分を含む触媒において、酸化チタンが主として4 0m2/g以上のBET表面を有するルチル型の二酸化チタンとして設けられて いることを特徴とするガス混合物中の有機化合物を分解するための触媒(6、1 6、18、20)。 2. アナタース型二酸化チタンの分量が使用される酸化チタンの総重量に関し て25重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒(6、16、18 、20)。 3. 触媒活性成分としてモリブデン、タングステン、バナジウム、銅、鉄、ク ロム及びマンガンの元素の少なくとも1つの化合物が用いられていることを特徴 とする請求項1又は2記載の触媒(6、16、18、20)。 4. 触媒活性成分として銅−マンガン−スピネル、銅クロマイト、酸化クロム 、マンガンクロマイト及び酸化鉄の群からの少なくとも1つの化合物が五酸化バ ナジウムと共に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の触媒(6、16 、18、20)。 5. 触媒活性成分の分量が20重量%を越えず、有利には2〜10重量%であ ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の触媒(6、16、18、20 )。 6. ハニカム形(16)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載 の触媒(6、16、18、20)。 7. ペレット形(20)又は顆粒形(18)であることを特徴とする請求項1 乃至5の1つに記載の触媒(6、16、18、20)。
