Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気コイルによって励起される固定子部分(1)と、磁化された回転子(2 )によって形成される二相電動機において、 回転子(2)が、Nが3または5に等しい、交番する方向に放射状に磁化され たN対の極を有し、固定子部分(1)がそれぞれが中心の脚(5,6)を囲繞する電 気コイル(20,21)を一つ備えているW字形の少なくとも二つの回路(3,4)を有 し、前記W字形の回路(3,4)が中心脚の一つが磁気移行部の正面に位置すると きに、他の中心脚が磁極の正面に来るように配置され、W字形回路の脚の磁極片 はπ/4の角度で間隔が置かれ、異なる位相に属するW字形の二つの回路(3,4) の中心の脚の磁極片はπ/2±k.π/Nにほぼ等しい角度で角度方向に間隔が置 かれ、ここでNは磁極対の数で3または5、kは0、1、または2に等しいこと を特徴とする二相電動機。 2.請求項1に記載の二相電動機において、 W字形の二つの回路(3,4,51から54)が共通の磁極片(15,65,68,71,74)を有 することを特徴とする二相電動機。 3.請求項1または2に記載の二相電動機において、 W字形の二つの回路(3,4)の外側脚が円弧上の留め金(40)によって連結さ れることを特徴とする二相電動機。 4.請求項3に記載の二相電動機において、 留め金がπ/4度の間隔のある固定子歯(41から43)を備えていることを特徴 とする二相電動機。 5.請求項1に記載の二相電動機において、 磁極片がπ/4のピッチで角度が等間隔である直径方向に相対する二対のW字 形の回路(3,4)を備えるように打ち抜かれた単一の部品で固定子が構成されて いることを特徴とする二相電動機。 6.前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の二相電動機において、 固定子(1)が電気コイルを脚の平面内に導入し、移動によって対応する脚の 周 囲に設置することを可能にする寸法に刳り貫かれた中心部分を有することを特徴 とする二相電動機。 7.前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の二相電動機において、 電気コイルを担持する脚が放射状に延長していることを特徴とする二相電動機 。 8.前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の二相電動機において、 固定子が薄板を重ねて構成されることを特徴とする二相電動機。 9.前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の二相電動機において、 磁極片の前端がコイルの内側前面の平面内に位置することを特徴とする二相電 動機。 10.前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の二相電動機において、 回転子(2)が固定子(1)の平面に垂直な方向に磁化され、ずらせた歯を有す る二枚の切欠をつけた円盤(81、82)の間に置かれた磁石によって形成されるこ とを特徴とする二相電動機。 11.請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の二相電動機において、 回転子(2)が縁飾り状に磁化したリング(99)によって形成されることを特 徴とする二相電動機。 12.請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の二相電動機において、 磁束閉鎖補助部品を備えていることを特徴とする二相電動機。 13.請求項12に記載の二相電動機において、 磁束閉鎖部品が固定子の歯に向かい合って位置づけられた歯を形成する縦溝を 有するリング状の円筒状の部品であることを特徴とする二相電動機。
