Abstract

A speedometer-kilometer with a rotating pulse generator coupled to a stepping motor having a stator with poles not diametrically opposite to each other each carrying a pair of windings connected in opposite sense, and a rotor coupled with the counting mechanism and with the primary of an eddy-current coupling to the pointer shaft of an indicating instrument. The rotary magnetic field pulse generator, controls opening and closure of a reed contact whose terminals are connected to the input of an integrated cct. to which are connected the coils of the stepping motor.
