Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下を含む組成物: (1)マトリックス材料;および (2)該マトリックス材料中に分散されるか、または該マトリックス材料に隣接 する変性剤であって、 (a)該変性剤は、以下を含み: (i)融解開始温度ToおよびTp-ToがTp 0.7未満となるようなピーク融解 温度Tpを有する、結晶性ポリマー部分を含むポリマー部分;および (ii)少なくとも10Kcal/moleの強度を有する結合を介して該ポリマー部分 に結合する活性化学的部分であって、かつ、選択された条件下において該マトリ ックス材料と接触する場合、該マトリックス材料の化学反応を促進するかまたは 阻害する活性化学的部分、そして (b)該変性剤は、該組成物が、温度、溶媒の濃度、電磁照射、超音波照射、 およびpHから選択される変数の変化に供される場合、物理的変化を受ける固体の 形態であり、該物理的変化は、該マトリックス材料が該化学的部分により接触さ れる程度まで変化する。 2.(a)前記変性剤が、少なくとも20J/gの融解熱を有し、そして(b)前記 ポリマー部分が、50℃〜100℃の結晶融点を有し、かつ、12個〜50個の炭素原子 を有するn-アルキル基を含む1つ以上のモノマーから誘導されるユニットを含む 側鎖結晶性ポリマー部分を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.(a)前記マトリックス材料が、架橋ポリマーのための前駆体であり、そし て(b)前記活性化学的部分(i)が前記変性剤の前記ポリマー部分に共有結合 し、そして(ii)が、該変性剤が選択された条件下で該マトリックス材料に接触 する場合、該マトリックス材料と化学的に反応して架橋ポリマーを形成する部分 である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 4.前記活性化学的部分(i)が、前記変性剤の前記ポリマー部分に共有結合し 、 そして(ii)が、選択された条件下で該マトリックス材料に接触する場合、該マ トリックス材料の化学反応の触媒として働く部分である、請求項1または2に記 載の組成物。 5.前記変性剤が、0.1ミクロン〜150ミクロンの平均直径を有する固体粒子の形 態で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。 6.(i)アルキル基、フルオロアルキル基、またはアルキルスチレン基であり 、該アルキル基が少なくとも6個の炭素原子を含む、1つ以上の非極性基、およ び(ii)エポキシ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、アミノ基、アンモニウ ム基、エーテル基、エステル基、アミド基、スルホンアミド基、スルホン酸基、 スルホン酸塩、またはリン酸基である、1つ以上の極性基、を含む共添加剤をま た含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。 7.酸性ポリエステルの部分塩、またはアルキル基が6個〜20個の炭素原子を含 むn-アルキルフェノールである添加剤をまた含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つ に記載の組成物。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物における使用に適切である温度感受 性変性剤であって: (a)該温度感受性変性剤は、以下を含み: (i)融解開始温度ToおよびTp-ToがTp 0.7未満となるようなピーク融解 温度Tpを有する、結晶性ポリマー部分を含むポリマー部分;および (ii)少なくとも10Kcal/moleの強度を有する結合を介して該ポリマー部分 に結合する活性化学的部分であって、かつ、選択された条件下においてマトリッ クス材料と接触する場合、該マトリックス材料の化学反応を促進するかまたは阻 害する活性化学的部分、そして (b)該温度感受性変性剤は、温度、溶媒の濃度、電磁照射、超音波照射、お よびpHから選択される変数の変化に曝された場合、物理的変化を受け、該物理的 変化が、該マトリックス材料が該化学的部分により接触される程度まで変化し; そして (c)該温度感受性変性剤は、0.1ミクロン〜150ミクロンの平均直径を有する 粒子の形態である。 9.以下の工程を包含する、化学的化合物の製造方法: (A)請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物を、温度、溶媒の濃度、電磁照 射、超音波照射、およびpHから選択される変数の変化に供し、該変化が、前記マ トリックス材料が前記活性化学的部分により接触される程度を実質的に増加する 物理的変化を前記変性剤に受けさせる、工程;ならびに (B)工程(A)と同時に、または工程(A)の後、該マトリックス材料およ び該変性剤を接触させる際、該マトリックス材料の化学反応を引き起こす条件に 供する、工程。 10.前記組成物が、前記マトリックス材料中に分散された変性剤の固体粒子を 含み、そして、工程(A)が、少なくともTpの温度まで該組成物を加熱する工 程を包含する、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.工程(B)の反応により液相反応混合物中でポリマーを製造する、請求項 9または10に記載の方法であって、該方法が、工程(B)の後に以下の工程を また包含する、方法: (C)反応生成物が液相に残存している間、前記変性剤を固相に存在させる処 理に、該反応混合物を曝す工程、および (D)固体の変性剤を、該液相から除去する工程。 12.以下を含むポリマーであって: (A)融解開始温度ToおよびTp-ToがTp 0.7未満となるようなピーク融解温 度Tpを有する、結晶性ポリマー部分を含むポリマー部分を含む、第1のポリマ ーブロック、ならびに (B)該第1のポリマーブロックと異なる、第2のポリマーブロック、 該ポリマーは、以下の特徴の少なくとも1つを有する: (1)該第1のポリマーブロックは、請求項8に記載の変性剤から誘導され; (2)該ポリマーは、発泡体、導電体上の電気絶縁性コーティング、プリント 回路基板上のコーティング、基材上に塗布またはエッチングされるレジスト、エ ポキシグラファイト複合材料、または粉末コーティングの形態であり; (3)該ポリマーは架橋しており; (4)該第2のポリマーブロックは、エポキシド、オレフィン、および芳香環 上で置換されるビニル基を含むモノマーから選択される少なくとも1つのモノマ ーから誘導され;そして (5)該第1のブロックと該第2のブロックとの間の結合は、第2級アミン、 第3級アミン、または第4級アミン、ヘテロ環アミン、カルボニル基、エステル 、フリーラジカル生成基、あるいはルイス酸から誘導される。
