Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 結晶化可能な有機化合物を含む溶液から該化合物を回収する方法であっ て、回収される化合物に関して高粘度および高過飽和である溶液から核発生によ って該化合物を実質的に結晶化し、そして形成した結晶を回収することを特徴と する方法。 2. 溶液を蒸発により過飽和化した状態にしおよび冷却により高粘度が達成 されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 冷却を10−100時間の間行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方 法。 4. 冷却を95−20℃の温度範囲で行うこと特徴とする請求項3に記載の 方法。 5. 核発生を有効な攪拌によって高粘度である過飽和化した溶液中で行うこ とを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の何れか一項記載の方法。 6. 核発生を開始させるため、蒸発または冷却の間過飽和化した溶液に回収 される化合物の種晶を添加することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の何れか一項 記載の方法。 7. 種晶が十分なシーディングに関し少なくとも10倍量で使用される請求 項6に記載の方法。 8. 回収される化合物の過飽和化した溶液および結晶を含む懸濁液の粘度を 結晶の回収の直前に減少させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7の何れか一項 に記載の 方法。 9. 粘度を懸濁液の加熱および/または希釈によって減少させることを特徴 とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10. 粘度を結晶の著しい溶解なしに溶媒で懸濁液を希釈することによって減 少させる請求項8に記載の方法。 11. 粘度を懸濁液中へ蒸気を混合することによって減少させる請求項8に記 載の方法。 12. 結晶をろ過によって回収することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11の何 れか一項記載の方法。 13. 結晶を加圧ろ過によって回収することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の 方法。 14. 処理される溶液が回収される有機化合物の水溶液であることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし13の何れか一項記載の方法。 15. 回収される有機化合物が糖、糖アルコールもしくは他のポリオール、ま たは糖アルコール無水物であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14の何れか一 項記載の方法。 16. 回収される有機化合物が炭水化物、ヒドロキシ酸もしくはその塩、また はアミノ酸もしくはその塩であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14の何れか 一項記載の方法。 17. 回収される有機化合物がキシロース、マンノース、キシリトール、マン ニトール、ラクトース、ラクチトー ル、スクロース、グルコース、フルクトース、マルトース、マルチトール、イソ マルトース、イソマルツロース、ラクツロース、α−D−グルコピラノシル(1 →6)マンニトール、α−D−グルコピラノシル(1→6)ソルビトール、β− シクロデキストリン、イタコン酸、クエン酸、イノシトール、乳酸、1,4−無 水グルチトール、グルコネートおよびグルタメートから選択されることを特徴と する請求項14または15に記載の方法。 18. 回収される有機化合物がキシロースであることを特徴とする請求項17 に記載の方法。 19. 結晶化の間、キシロースに関して溶液の過飽和が1.4−4.0の範囲 であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 20. 核発生の間、過飽和化した溶液の粘度が約100ないし約1000Pa sの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項18または請求項19に記載の方法。 21. 結晶の回収の前に懸濁液の粘度を5−100Pasの範囲に減少させる ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 22. 回収される有機化合物がキシリトールであることを特徴とする請求項1 7に記載の方法。 23. 回収される有機化合物がスクロースであることを特徴とする請求項17 に記載の方法。 24. 回収される有機化合物がベタインであることを特徴とする請求項1ない し14の何れか一項に記載の方法。 25. 結晶化の間、回収される物質に関する溶液の過飽和が1.3を超えるこ とを特徴とする請求項18,22,23もしくは24に記載の方法。 26. 核発生の間、過飽和化した溶液の粘度が100Pasを超えることを特 徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。 27. 粘度を結晶の回収の前に100Pas未満の値をもつように減少させる ことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。 28. 冷却時間が100時間未満であることを特徴とする請求項25ないし2 7の何れか一項に記載の方法。 29. 結晶分離の開始までの総時間が300時間未満であることを特徴とする 請求項25ないし28の何れか一項に記載の方法。 30. 有機化合物を含む溶液がバイオマスから誘導された水溶液または醗酵溶 液であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし29に記載の方法。 31. バイオマスから誘導された水溶液が糖蜜、ビナス、バイオマス加水分解 物およびその一部ならびにそれらから得られる濃縮物であることを特徴とする請 求項30に記載の方法。 32. 結晶の回収において分離された流出分を、主に核発生に基づく結晶化の ための新しい過飽和化した溶液を製造するのに使用することを特徴とする請求項 1ないし31の何れか一項に記載の方法。 33. 得られた結晶を上記の方法またはそれ自体公知の 手段を繰り返すことにより、再結晶化させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3 2の何れか一項に記載の方法。
