Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の面を有する第1の赤外線透過素子と、 第1の赤外線透過素子の第1の面上に付着された溶媒のないポリマー材料の層 とを具備している赤外線透過装置。 2.ポリマー材料は、10マイクロメータの厚さのポリマー材料が3.6乃至7 マイクロメータの波長範囲の赤外線エネルギに対して少なくとも95%の透過率 を有する赤外線透過性によって特徴付けられている請求項1記載の装置。 3.ポリマー材料は、付加硬化されたシリコーンおよび接着促進剤を含んでいる 請求項1記載の装置。 4.付加硬化されたシリコーンは、付加硬化されたジメチルシリコーンである請 求項3記載の装置。 5.接着促進剤は、アルコキシシランである請求項3記載の装置。 6.接着促進剤は、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランである請求項 3記載の装置。 7.混合物は、ジメチルシリコーンと平衡する約1乃至約4重量%の3−グリシ ドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを含んでいる請求項3記載の装置。 8.第1の赤外線透過素子は、 第1の基体面を有する第1の赤外線透過基体と、 第1の基体面における第1の赤外線透過反射防止被覆とを具備し、 ポリマー材料の層が第1の赤外線透過反射防止被覆と接触した状態でこれを覆 うように設けられている請求項1記載の装置。 9.第1の赤外線透過反射防止被覆は、硫化亜鉛の上部層を含んでいる請求項8 記載の装置。 10.第1の赤外線透過素子の第1の面に対面した関係で配置された第2の面を 有する第2の赤外線透過素子をさらに含み、ポリマー材料が第1の面と第2の面 との間においてこれらと接触した状態で配置されている請求項1記載の装置。 11.第1の赤外線透過素子は、 第1の面を有する第1の赤外線透過基体と、 第1の面における第1の赤外線透過反射防止被覆とを含み、 ポリマー材料の層が第1の赤外線透過反射防止被覆を覆い、かつこれと接触し ており、 第2の赤外線透過素子は、 第2の面を有する第2の赤外線透過基体と、 第2の面における第2の赤外線透過反射防止被覆とを含み、 ポリマー材料の層が第2の赤外線透過反射防止被覆を覆い、かつこれと接触し ており、 それによってポリマー材料が第1および第2の赤外線透過基体のそれらの各反 射防止被覆に接触して接合している請求項10記載の装置。 12.第1の面を有し、3.6乃至7マイクロメータの波長範囲の赤外線エネル ギに対して透過性である第1の赤外線透過素子と、 第2の面を有し、3.6乃至7マイクロメータの波長範囲の赤外線エネルギに 対して透過性である第1の赤外線透過素子と、 第1の赤外線透過素子の第1の面と第2の赤外線透過素子の第2の面との間に それらと接触して配置された溶媒のないポリマー材料の層とを具備し、 前記ポリマー材料は10マイクロメータの厚さのポリマー材料が3.6乃至7 マイクロメータの波長範囲の赤外線エネルギに対して少なくとも95%の透過率 を有する赤外線透過性によって特徴付けられていることを特徴とする赤外線透過 装置。 13.第1の面はその表面上に第1の反射防止被覆を有し、第2の面はその表面 上に第2の反射防止被覆を有している請求項12記載の装置。 14.第1および第2の反射防止被覆はそれぞれ硫化亜鉛の上部層を含んでいる 請求項12記載の装置。 15.ポリマー材料は、付加硬化されたシリコーンを含んでいる請求項12記載 の装置。 16.ポリマー材料は、付加硬化されたシリコーンおよび接着促進剤を含んでい る請求項12記載の装置。 17.ポリマー材料は、付加硬化されたジメチルシリコーンと平衡する約1乃至 約4重量%の3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを含んでいる請求項 12記載の装置。 18.ポリマー材料の層は、約0.0002乃至約0.002インチの厚さであ る請求項12記載の装置。 19.第1の赤外線透過素子および第2の赤外線透過素子はそれぞれシリコンお よびゲルマニウムからなるグループから選択された材料で構成されている請求項 12記載の装置。 20.3.6乃至7マイクロメータの波長範囲の赤外線エネルギに対して透過性 であり、第2の反射防止被覆を有する第2の面を備えている第2の赤外線透過素 子と、 第1の赤外線透過素子の第1の面と第2の赤外線透過素子の第2の面との間に 配置された溶媒のないポリマー材料の層とを具備し、 前記ポリマー材料は付加硬化されたジメチルシリコーンと平衡する約1乃至約 4重量%の3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを含んでいることを特 徴とする赤外線透過装置。
