Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式II の化合物を、式IIIまたはIIIa の化合物から選択される還元剤で還元することを含む、式I の化合物の鏡像異性体の製造法 〔式中、AR1およびAR2は、それぞれ、1から7員であり、1つまたは2つの 環から成る炭素環式およびヘテロ環式からそれぞれ選択され、少なくともR1お よびR3に結合してる環は芳香族である;nおよびmはそれぞれ独立して0から 、それが関連するAR基の遊離置換位の数までの整数から選ばれる;R1−R4は 全 て、それぞれのAR基と中央ケトン(式II)または対応するヒドロキシ基(式I)を 結合する結合に対しオルトである;R1およびR2の一方は−OH、−SHおよび −NHR7から選択されるべきである;およびR1およびR2の他方はH、−OH 、−SH、−NHR7およびR8から選択される;R3およびR4はそれぞれ独立し てHおよびR8からなる群から選択される;各R5および各R6は、独立して、R8 、H、−OH、−SHおよび−NHR7からなる群から選ばれる;R7はH、C1 −C7アルキル、C1−C7アルカノイルおよびC1−C7アルコキシカルボニルか らなる群から選択される;R8は、下記式IV、ハロゲン、ニトロ、カルボキシ、 −Si(R14)3(式中、各R14はそれぞれ独立して、H、C1−C3アルキルおよび フェニルから選択される)、C1−C7アルコキシ、C1−C7アルカノイルオキシ 、C1−C7アルコキシカルボニル、C1−C7アルキルチオ、−N(R15)2(式中、 R15基は独立してR7または、両方のR15基が、それらが結合している窒素と共 に、N、OまたはSから選択される0−2個の更なるヘテロ原子を有する5−6 員環を形成)、−C(O)−N(R15)2(式中、R15基は独立してR7または、両方の R15基が、それらが結合している窒素と共に、N、OまたはSから選択される0 −2個の更なるヘテロ原子を有する5−6員環を形成)、非置換または置換フェ ノキシ、非置換または置換フェニルチオ(フェノキシおよびフェニルチオのフェ ニル基の置換基は3個までであり、水素、ハロゲンおよびトリフルオロメチルか ら独立して選択される)から選択される;式IVは 〔式中、WはOまたはS;YはO、SまたはNR7;R10およびR11はそれぞれ 独立してH、ハロゲン、C1−C7アルキルおよびトリフルオロメチルから選択さ れる;R12はハロゲン、C1−C7アルキルおよびフェニル−C1−C7アルキルか ら選択される;およびR13は水素;またはR12およびR13は一緒になって=O; およびZは−COR16から選択される;R16はOH、C1−C7アルコキシ、(ア ミノ、アシルアミノ、モノ−またはジ−C1−C7アルキルアミノ)−C1−C7ア ルコキシ、カルボキシ−C1−C7アルコキシ、C1−C7アルコキシカルボニル− C1−C7アルコキシ、a−(ジ−C1-7アルキルアミノ、アミノ、モノ−C1-7ア ルキルアミノ、モルホリノ、ピペリジノ、ピロリジノまたは1−C1-7アルキル ピペラジノ)−カルボニル−C1−C7アルコキシ、(炭素環式またはヘテロ環式ア リール)−C1−C7アルコキシ(アリール基は非置換またはハロ、C1-7アルキル およびC1-C7アルコキシから選択される置換基で3個まで置換されている)、1 −(ヒドロキシ、C1−C7アルカノイルオキシまたはC1−C7アルコキシ)−C1 −C7アルコキシ、(ヒドロキシ、C1−C7アルカノイルオキシまたはC1−C7ア ルコキシ)−C1−C7アルコキシメトキシ、1−(C1−C7アルコキシカルボニル オキシ)−C1−C7アルコキシ、フェノキシ、置換フェノキシ(フェニル環は1個 から3個の置換基を有し、それぞれ独立してC1−C7アルキル、ハロゲンおよび トリフルオロメチルからなる群から選択される)、5−インダニルオキシ、3− フタリドキシ、(C1−C7アルキル、C1−C7アルコキシまたはハロ)−置換−3 −フタリドキシ、ジヒドロキシプロピルオキシおよびN−(R15)2(各R15は上記 で定義の意味である)からなる群から選択される;R9はC1-6アルキル、C5-6シ クロアルキル、フェニルまたはイソピノカンフェイル(分子中の他のイソピノカ ンフェイル基と同じ立体配置);およびXは水素またはハロゲンである〕。 2.式IIIまたはIIIaの化合物が(1S)−(+)−B−ジイソピノカンフェイル ボランクロリドまたは(1R)−(−)−B−ジイソカンフェイルボランクロリドで ある、請求項1記載の方法。 3.AR1およびAR2がそれぞれ独立してフェニル、ナフチル、ピリジル、ピ リミジニルおよびトリアジニルから選択される、請求項1記載の方法。 4.AR1およびAR2のそれぞれが同じ環系であり、独立して非置換または置 換であるが、ただしAR1の置換基の数、種類および位置はAR2の置換基の数、 種類および位置と同一ではない、請求項1記載の方法。 5.AR1およびAR2の両方が請求項1に示すように非置換または置換されて いるフェニル環である、請求項1記載の方法。 6.R1およびR2の少なくとも一つが−OHおよび−NHR7から選択される 、請求項1記載の方法。 7.R1およびR2の少なくとも一つが−OHから選択される、請求項1記載の 方法。 8.nおよびmがそれぞれ独立して0から3から選択される、請求項1記載の 方法。 9.各R5およびR6がそれぞれ独立してHおよびR8からなる群から選択され る、請求項1記載の方法。 10.各R7がそれぞれ独立してH、C1−C7アルキルおよびC1−C7アルカ ノイルからなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の方法。 11.各R7がHである、請求項1記載の方法。 12.各R8がそれぞれ独立して式IVからなる群から選択される、請求項1記 載の方法。 13.R12およびR13が一緒になってオキソである、請求項1記載の方法。 14.R16がOH、C1−C7アルコキシ、フェノキシ、置換フェノキシ(フェ ニル環は1個から3個の置換基を有し、それぞれ独立してC1−C7アルキル、ハ ロゲンおよびトリフルオロメチルからなる群から選択される)および−N(R15)2 (各R15はそれぞれ独立してHおよびC1−C7アルキルからなる群から選択され る)からなる群から選択される、請求項13記載の方法。 15.(a)α−ピネンの適当な鏡像異性体をハロボラン−硫化メチルまたはボ ラン−硫化メチルと反応させ、または(b)α−ピネンの適当な鏡像異性体を、ヒ ドロハリック酸存在下でボラン−硫化メチルと反応させ、または(c)α−ピネン をR9BH(X)でヒドロホウ素化することを含む、式IIの化合物の添加前に、式I IIの化合物または式IIIaの化合物をその場で製造することを更に含む、請求項 1記載の方法。
