Description
ス混合物を分離するために有用な膜および燃料電池およ
び電気化学的反応器の電解質のための、イオンおよび/
または電気伝導性セラミック生成物の製造に使用するた
めの蛍石(fluorite)型セラミック材料に関する。

アベースのセラミックの市販の酸素分離、燃料電池用途
および触媒のための可能性を構成している。しかしなが
ら、純粋なセリアおよび純粋なドーパントの価格は、よ
り広範な商品化に対しては法外である。さらに、代表的
に使用される純粋な混合酸化物は、非常に処理しにくく
そして緻密なセラミック成分に焼結するのが非常に困難
である。

導性を備えた蛍石構造を有する新規のセラミック材料を
提供する。

般式においてB で示される純粋なドーパントの価格は、
より広範な商品化に対して法外なので、これらの成分
は、本発明によれば、純粋でない部分的に精製されたS
m、GdおよびY を含有する混合酸化物で置き換えられ
る。

- 【請求項1】 一般式 【化1】 (式中、x ≦1、y ≦1および−1<δ<1であり、A
は、Ti、Zr、Hf、CeおよびThからなる群から選択される
一種またはそれ以上の金属またはその混合物であり、B
は、第2a族、第3b族およびランタノイド類の金属か
らなる群から選択される少なくとも二種の金属である)
を有するセラミック材料。 - 【請求項2】 A が、バストネス石鉱物のCe濃縮物を含
有する請求項1に記載のセラミック材料。 - 【請求項3】 B が、Sm、GdおよびY の混合酸化物を含
