Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. テトラフルオロエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンの共重合した単位 を含む均一な非晶質コポリマーであって、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンを29モル %以下の量で含む非晶質コポリマー。 2. 上記ヘキサフルオロプロピレン単位の10%未満が、結合した2単位体 および3単位体の状態で存在している請求の範囲第1項の非晶質コポリマー。 3. 上記コポリマーが少なくとも約20℃のガラス転移温度を示す請求の範 囲第1項の非晶質コポリマー。 4. HFP含有量が20から29モル%の範囲である請求の範囲第1項の非 晶質コポリマー。 5. 炭素原子を4−8個含むフルオロオレフィンおよびフルオロビニルエー テルから選択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーの共重合した単位を更に含む請 求の範囲第4項の非晶質コポリマー。 6. 上記コポリマーが、炭素原子を4−8個含むフルオロオレフィンおよび フルオロビニルエーテルから選択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーの共重合し た単位を含み、上記コポリマーが、このコポリマーが非晶質であるに充分な量で ヘキサフルオロプロピレン単位および上記コモノマー単位を含む請求の範囲第3 項の非晶質コポリマー。 7. 上記ガラス転移温度が少なくとも約25℃である請求の範囲第3項の非 晶質コポリマー。 8. 上記ガラス転移温度が少なくとも約35℃である請求の範囲第3項の非 晶質コポリマー。 9. 上記コモノマーがフルオロビニルエーテルである請求の範囲第 5または6項の非晶質コポリマー。 10. 上記フルオロビニルエーテルがパーフルオロ(メチルビニルエーテル )、パーフルオロ(エチルビニルエーテル)およびパーフルオロ(プロピルビニ ルエーテル)から選択される請求の範囲第10項の非晶質コポリマー。 11. 請求の範囲第1、4または6項の非晶質コポリマーが入っている水分 散液。 12. 高度にフッ素置換されている溶媒に請求の範囲第1項の非晶質コポリ マーが入っている溶液。 13. 分散重合で生じさせた水分散液からテトラフルオロエチレンポリマー 樹脂を単離する方法であって、最初に上記分散液を凍結させて凍結分散液を生じ させた後、上記凍結分散液を解凍させて凍結解凍分散液を生じさせ、そして次に 上記樹脂を上記凍結解凍分散液に含まれる液体から分離することを含む方法。 14. 上記凍結分散液が上記凍結解凍分散液になった直後に上記液体を上記 ポリマー樹脂から除去する請求の範囲第13項の方法。 15. 上記液体の除去を上記解凍および上記樹脂の洗浄と同時に行う請求の 範囲第13項の方法。 16. 上記凍結を、冷ロールを上記分散液内で回転させて上記ロールの表面 に上記凍結分散液の層を生じさせそして上記表面が再び上記分散液内に入る前に 上記層を上記ロールの上記表面からかき取ることで行う請求の範囲第13項の方 法。 17. 被膜で覆われている基質を含む被覆製品であって、上記被膜が、テト ラフルオロエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンから作られて いてヘキサフルオロプロピレンを29モル%以下の量で含む均一な非晶質コポリ マーを含む被覆製品。 18. 上記基質が金属でありそして上記製品がワイヤーである請求の範囲第 17項の被覆製品。 19. 上記製品がゴムまたはプラスチック製部品用の鋳型である請求の範囲 第17項の被覆製品。 20. 上記製品が光学要素である請求の範囲第17項の被覆製品。 21. 上記製品が半導体、半導体デバイスまたは半導体アセンブリである請 求の範囲第17項の被覆製品。 22. 上記製品が電子デバイスまたは電子アセンブリである請求の範囲第1 7項の被覆製品。 23. 界面活性剤が入っている水性媒体中で少なくとも2種のフルオロモノ マー類をバッチ式で重合させて上記フルオロモノマー類から生じた単位を含む溶 融加工可能な部分結晶性フルオロポリマーが入っている水分散液を生じさせるこ とを含む方法であって、上記界面活性剤をこの界面活性剤の臨界ミセル濃度の少 なくとも1.2倍の濃度で存在させる方法。 24. 上記フルオロポリマーが、炭素原子数が3から8のフルオロオレフィ ン、フルオロビニルエーテルおよび官能性フルオロビニルエーテルから成る群か ら選択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーとテトラフルオロエチレンから作られ たコポリマーである請求の範囲第23項の方法。 25. 請求の範囲第23項の方法に加えて上記フルオロポリマー樹脂を上記 水分散液から単離する方法であって、最初に上記分散液を凍結 させて凍結分散液を生じさせた後に上記凍結分散液を解凍させて凍結解凍分散液 を生じさせそして次に上記樹脂を上記凍結解凍分散液に含まれる液体から分離す ることを含む方法を用いて上記樹脂の単離を行う方法。
