Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1) 処理システムにおいて、連続ウェブ(121)内の一連の連続加工片(10 )の1つとして、弾力材(112)を含むガーメント(25)を製造する方法で あって、上記方法は、それぞれの加工片(10)について、 (a)弾力性要素を引き伸ばす段階と、 (b)上記引き伸ばした弾力性要素を、上記連続ウェブ内に引き伸ばした状態 で組み込む段階と、 (c)上記ウェブ(124)内のそれぞれの加工片(10)の第1の部分にお ける上記弾力性要素(112)内の引き伸ばしは解放させながら、それぞれの加 工片(10)の第2の部分においては上記弾力性要素(112)内の引き伸ばし を維持する段階と、 を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 (2) 上記引き伸ばしの解放は、上記第1の部分において上記連続ウェブ(121 )に不都合に影響を与えることなく上記弾力性要素(112)を切断することか らなる請求項(1) に記載の方法。 (3) 上記第1の部分の少なくとも1つの選択された個所において上記弾力性要素 (112)を切断するのに十分ではあるが上記連続ウェブ(121)を対応して 切断しないような超音波エネルギを上記加工片(10)に印加することによって 、上記第1の部分において上記弾力性要素を切断し、上記連続ウェブを対応して 切断しないことを含んでいる請求項(1) または(2) に記載の方法。 (4) 上記弾力性要素は、上記加工片(10)の内部に配置された少なくとも1つ の弾力材(112)のスレッドからなり、上記方法は、上記第1の部分の少なく とも1つの選択された個所において上記加工片(10)の内部の上記弾力材(1 )の切断し、上記連続ウェブ(121)も対応して切断することからなる先行請 求項の何れかに記載の方法。 (6) 上記弾力性要素内の引き伸ばしの解放は、上記弾力性要素を上記連続ウェブ 内に組み込む時の上記弾力性要素内の張力を制御するためにダンサーロール(1 52、224)を使用し、上記各加工片(10)が上記処理システム内に進入す る度に上記ダンサーロール(152、224)に能動的な運動を行わせるための ブ張力を測定し、上記ダンサーロール(224)の後のウェブ張力を測定し、そ して上記感知した位置及び上記測定した張力及び速度に基づいてコンピュータコ ントローラ(270)を用いて上記原動機に制御命令を供給し、それによって上 記原動機を制御して上記原動機が上記ダンサーロール(224)に印加する作動 力を制御させることを含んでいる請求項(6) 乃至(8) の何れかに記載の方法。
