Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.指定された初期品質の粒状重合体の比較的大きな包装体をその出口開口でこ の粒状体を押出し機に供給する搬送路に結合し、 この粒状重合体を押出し機への搬送路を通過させる際に空気分離器及び磁気選 別機により異物分子から浄化して充填ホッパーを介して押出し機に供給し、 この押出し機においてウォームにより噴霧技術的に仕上げられかつ架橋結合剤 を添加した重合体を押出し機の噴霧ヘッドの前でパック状濾過器を通して押し込 み、噴霧ヘッドでケーブル絶縁体に成形しついで網状に結合して高圧及び超高圧 ケーブルに網状に結合された重合体の絶縁体を形成する方法において、 重合体材料は納入された包装体(20)の貯蔵室(12)からケーブル絶縁体 として形成するまでの全搬送行程において空気清浄度を制御された環境によって 不純物の侵入から遮蔽され、 この粒状重合体は搬送路の範囲においてほぼ垂直に上から下に搬送され、配量 されて搬送路に与えられ、 粒状重合体は先ず空気分離器(25)を、次に磁気選別機(26)を通して導 かれ、 さらに粒状重合体は、押出し機のウォームを交換する際に充填ホッパーの出口 開口を閉塞し、粒状洗浄剤を供給するための第二の搬送路を開放することができ るように、押出し機の充填ホッパー(28)に中心を外れた位置で供給されるこ とを特徴とする方法。 2.網状に結合可能な重合体混合物を押し出すための押出し機(8)を備えた押 出し装置からなり、この押出し装置には電気導体(1)を供給するための装置が 前置接続され、かつ押し出された重合体を網状に結合しこの網状に結合された重 合体で被覆された導体を巻き取る装置が後置接続され、この押出し機の入口開口 には押し出すべき粒状重合体を供給する搬送路が設けられ、この搬送路は粒状重 合体の包装体(20)の貯蔵室(12)、この包装体を本来の搬送路の入口開口 (32)に移送する搬送装置(21)及び流動性の粒状重合体を搬送する本来の 搬送路とを備え、この搬送路の途中に空気分離器(25)、磁気選別機(26) 及び粒状重合体を押出し機の充填ホッパーに供給する管路(27)とが配置され ている設備において、 全搬送路及び押出し装置がクラス100000のクリーンルーム(10、12 、14、15、16、17)に配置され、 本来の搬送路の入口範囲(15)、空気分離器(25)、磁気選別機(26) 及び押出し機(8)の充填ホッパー2(8)の上の管路(27)がタワー状に上 下に配置され、 本来の搬送路の入口開口と空気分離器との間に中間容器(23)とこの容器に 後置接続された配量装置(24)が配置され、 磁気選別機械(26)は互いに並列に配置されそれぞれピット状のケーシング 部分(39、40)からなり少なくとも3つの棒磁石(41)が間隔をもって上 下に配置されている垂直に並べられた選別要素(38)を備え、 充填ホッパー(28)は中心から外れて配置された粒状重合体の供給管(48 )と、中央に配置され軸方向に移動可能な洗浄剤の充填管(50)と、中央に配 置され充填ホッパーの出口開口を閉塞する軸方向に移動可能な閉塞栓(53)と を備えている ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法を実施するための設備。 3.本来の搬送路の入口範囲(15)と押出し範囲(10)とは付加的にそれぞ れクラス1000のクリーンルームもしくはクリーンゾーンとして形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の設備。 4.配量装置(24)は振動コンベヤーであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の 設備。 5.磁気選別機(26)の各ピット状のケーシング部分は各棒磁石(41)の上 で通路状の流し込み(43、44)を備えた落下穴(39,40)と、各棒磁石 (41)の範囲にこの棒磁石を取り囲む粒状重合体の通過室(42)を形成し、 永久磁石及びその磁極片から構成された棒磁石を取り囲むスリーブの直径(D) は落下穴の間隙幅(S)より大きいことを特徴とする請求項2記載の設備。 6.閉塞栓(53)は2つの同心配置された閉塞片(56、57)からなり、そ のうちの外側のものは充填管(50)の下端に、内側のものは充填管の内部に配 置され、これと分離して軸方向に移動可能であり、 また閉塞栓(53)はその外形において充填開口(85)の範囲のウォームケ ーシングの壁に模して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の設備。
