Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に自動車の排気ガス用触媒反応装置のための、内側のジャケット(1)お よび、前記内側のジャケット(1)をほぼ同心円状に取囲みかつそれから間隔を あけられた外側のジャケット(2)を有する、二重壁のハウジングであって、前 記内側のジャケット(1)と外側のジャケット(2)は面の両端部において互い に密着し、前記内側のジャケット(1)は少なくとも2つの端部領域(4、5) で外側のジャケット(2)の締付けによる圧縮歪下に保たれ、前記外側のジャケ ット(2)には前記内側のジャケット(1)に向かうエンボス加工された特徴( 11)が備えられることを特徴とする、二重壁のハウジング。 2.前記エンボス加工された特徴(11)は前記外側のジャケット(2)のまわ り全体に円周方向で形成され、好ましくは取囲む内側のビードの形で形成される 、請求項1に記載の二重壁のハウジング。 3.前記エンボス加工された特徴(11)は前記内側のジャケット(1)に接触 しない、請求項1または2に記載の二重壁のハウジング。 4.前記エンボス加工された特徴(11)は少なくとも部分的に前記内側のジャ ケット(1)に接触する、請求項1または2に記載の二重壁のハウジング。 5.前記外側のジャケット(2)と前記内側のジャケット(1)との間に少なく とも1つの断熱層(12)またはコーティングが存在する、請求項1、2または 3に記載の二重壁のハウジング。 6.前記断熱コーティングは放熱特性または反射特性に影響を及ぼす層(12) である、請求項5に記載の二重壁のハウジング。 7.前記ハウジングは円筒形の内部を有し、好ましくは触媒担体(3)がその中 に構築される、前掲の請求項のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハウジング。 8.前記ハウジングは円錐形の内部を有し、好ましくは触媒担体がその中に構築 される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハウジング。 9.前記外側のジャケット(2)は巻かれたメタルシートからなり、互いに突き 合わせられる縁部は接合技術によって互いに接合される(13)、前掲の請求項 のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハウジング。 10.前記縁部は互いに溶接、特にレーザ溶接される(13)、請求項9に記載 の二重壁のハウジング。 11.前記内側のジャケット(1)は整形された、好ましくは円筒に巻かれるか または円錐形に巻かれた、分割線(8)を有するメタルシートである、前掲の請 求項のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハウジング。 12.前記内側のジャケット(1)の、前記分割線(8)を規定する縁部(6、 7)は、外側のジャケット(2)によって互いに押付けられる、請求項1に記載 の二重壁のハウジング。 13.内側のジャケットチューブ(1)は0.3mmから1mmの、好ましくは 約0.5mmの壁の厚さを有する、前掲の請求項のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハ ウジング。 14.外側のジャケットチューブ(2)は0.3mmから1mmの、好ましくは 約0.5mmの壁の厚さを有する、前掲の請求項のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハ ウジング。 15.前記内側のジャケットチューブ(1)と前記外側のジャケットチューブ( 2)との間の最大の間隔が約0.3mmから4mm、好ましくは約0.5mmか ら1mmである、前掲の請求項のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハウジング。 16.前記エンボス加工された特徴(11)は前記ハウジングの長さにわたって ほぼ均一に配分される、前掲の請求項のいずれかに記載の二重壁のハウジング。 17.特に自動車の排気ガス用触媒反応装置のための、内側のジャケット(1) および、その内側のジャケット(1)を間隔をおいてほぼ同心円状に取囲む外側 のジャケット(2)を有する、二重壁のハウジングを製造するための方法であっ て、前記内側のジャケット(1)および前記外側のジャケット(2)は面の両端 部で互いに密着し、 − 前記内側のジャケット(1)は、メタルシートを円筒形または円錐形に変 形、好ましくは巻くことによって形成され、ここで分割線(8)は維持され、 − 前記外側のジャケット(2)は、メタルシートを円筒形または円錐形に変 形、好ましくは巻いて、かつ、互いに突き合わせられる縁部(6、7)を接合技 術で接続することによって形成され、 − 前記内側のジャケット(1)は前記外側のジャケット(2)内に配置され 、 − 前記外側のジャケット(2)は面の両端で、その全体の円周にわたって内 方向に塑性変形されて、それにより前記内側のジャケットが圧縮歪下に保たれ、 前記外側のジャケット(2)には前記内側のジャケット(1)の方に向かうエン ボス加工された特徴(11)が予めまたは同時に備えられる、方法。 18.前記外側のジャケット(2)の変形に先立って、前記内側のジャケット( 1)と前記外側のジャケット(2)との間に断熱層が配置される、請求項17に 記載の方法。 19.前記内側のジャケットの外側に内側のジャケットチューブ(1)が、およ び/または、前記外側のジャケットの内側に外側のジャケットチューブ(2)が 、放熱特性に影響を及ぼす、酸化膜等のコーティングが施されて備えられる、請 求項17または請求項18に記載の方法。 20.前記内側のジャケットチューブ(1)および前記外側のジャケットチュー ブ(2)の面の両端部が、隣接する部分(9)を接合する前にまたはその間に、 互いに溶接される、請求項17から請求項19のいずれかに記載の方法。
