Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型尾气催化器,包括尾气进口、阶梯式端孔、尾气催化器主体、尾气出口和法兰,所述尾气进口、阶梯式端孔、尾气催化器主体和尾气出口为一体成型结构,所述阶梯式端孔和尾气出口设置在尾气催化器主体的两端上,且阶梯式端孔的大端面与尾气催化器主体连接,所述尾气进口设置在阶梯式端孔的另一端上,所述法兰安装在尾气出口上,所述尾气催化器主体内设有尾气分流室、催化室、加热室。发明结构设计合理,使用寿命长,能够使原来由发动机排出的一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物三种有害气体通过氧化和还原作用转变为无害的二氧化碳、水和氮气,从而将彻底改善由于尾气排放所造成的环境污染,使汽车尾气得以净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车尾气处理装置产品,具体为一种新型尾气催化器。
背景技术
目前世界范围内都非常重视环保问题,汽车尾气对环境的污染已成为各国及各组织关心的问题。我国环保局加强了对汽车尾气的的检测,汽车尾气检测如果无法通过,则会导致各类机动车无法正常使用。目前环保检测中许多车辆由于发动机燃烧不充分、三元催化器老化失效等各种原因导致汽车尾气检测不达标,据不完全统计2010年以前100万辆汽油车中有40万辆汽油车尾气不达标。
现在市面上有的大多数是普通的三元催化器通用包、金属补偿器、软体催化器等等,这些产品安装上以后,汽车排放的CO HC NO等有害气体催化不彻底。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型尾气催化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型尾气催化器,包括尾气进口、阶梯式端孔、尾气催化器主体、尾气出口和法兰,所述尾气进口、阶梯式端孔、尾气催化器主体和尾气出口为一体成型结构,所述阶梯式端孔和尾气出口设置在尾气催化器主体的两端上,且阶梯式端孔的大端面与尾气催化器主体连接,所述尾气进口设置在阶梯式端孔的另一端上,所述法兰安装在尾气出口上,所述尾气催化器主体内设有尾气分流室、催化室、加热室,所述尾气分流室设置在尾气催化器主体内靠近阶梯式端孔的一端,所述加热室设置在尾气催化器主体内靠近尾气出口的一端,所述催化室设置在尾气分流室和加热室之间。
优选的,所述尾气分流室内设有尾气分流板,所述尾气分流板上均匀设有多个倾斜分流孔。
优选的,所述法兰上设有贵金属定向催化器,所述贵金属定向催化器设置在法兰上与尾气出口接触的一端。
优选的,所述尾气进口、阶梯式端孔、尾气催化器主体和尾气出口为双层结构,所述尾气进口、阶梯式端孔、尾气催化器主体和尾气出口的双层结构上的夹层内设有石棉纤维毡。
优选的,所述催化室内设有陶瓷体催化器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、发明结构设计合理,使用寿命长,能够使原来由发动机排出的一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物三种有害气体通过氧化和还原作用转变为无害的二氧化碳、水和氮气,从而将彻底改善由于尾气排放所造成的环境污染,使汽车尾气得以净化。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,主领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型尾气催化器,包括尾气进口1、阶梯式端孔2、尾气催化器主体3、尾气出口4和法兰5,所述尾气进口1、阶梯式端孔2、尾气催化器主体3和尾气出口4为一体成型结构,所述尾气进口1、阶梯式端孔2、尾气催化器主体3和尾气出口4为双层结构,所述尾气进口1、阶梯式端孔2、尾气催化器主体3和尾气出口4的双层结构上的夹层内设有石棉纤维毡12,所述阶梯式端孔2和尾气出口4设置在尾气催化器主体3的两端上,且阶梯式端孔2的大端面与尾气催化器主体3连接,所述尾气进口1设置在阶梯式端孔2的另一端上,所述法兰6上设有贵金属定向催化器11,所述贵金属定向催化器11设置在法兰6上与尾气出口1接触的一端,所述法兰5安装在尾气出口4上,所述尾气催化器主体3内设有尾气分流室6、催化室7、加热室8,所述尾气分流室6内设有尾气分流板9,所述尾气分流板9上均匀设有多个倾斜分流孔10,所述尾气分流室6设置在尾气催化器主体3内靠近阶梯式端孔2的一端,所述加热室8设置在尾气催化器主体3内靠近尾气出口4的一端,所述催化室7设置在尾气分流室6和加热室8之间,所述催化室7内设有陶瓷体催化器13。
工作原理:第一步尾气从尾气进口1经过阶梯式端孔2到达尾气催化器主体3内的尾气分流室6,在尾气分流室6内尾气分流板9的作用下改变气体流向,第二步尾气经过催化室7内的陶瓷体催化器13的作用下发生催化反应,第三步残留有害气体进入贵金属定向催化器11内,进行再次催化反应,最终转换为无害气体从尾气出口4排出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于主领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种新型尾气催化器,包括尾气进口(1)、阶梯式端孔(2)、尾气催化器主体(3)、尾气出口(4)和法兰(5),其特征在于:所述尾气进口(1)、阶梯式端孔(2)、尾气催化器主体(3)和尾气出口(4)为一体成型结构,所述阶梯式端孔(2)和尾气出口(4)设置在尾气催化器主体(3)的两端上,且阶梯式端孔(2)的大端面与尾气催化器主体(3)连接,所述尾气进口(1)设置在阶梯式端孔(2)的另一端上,所述法兰(5)安装在尾气出口(4)上,所述尾气催化器主体(3)内设有尾气分流室(6)、催化室(7)、加热室(8),所述尾气分流室(6)设置在尾气催化器主体(3)内靠近阶梯式端孔(2)的一端,所述加热室(8)设置在尾气催化器主体(3)内靠近尾气出口(4)的一端,所述催化室(7)设置在尾气分流室(6)和加热室(8)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型尾气催化器,其特征在于:所述尾气分流室(6)内设有尾气分流板(9),所述尾气分流板(9)上均匀设有多个倾斜分流孔(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型尾气催化器,其特征在于:所述法兰(6)上设有贵金属定向催化器(11),所述贵金属定向催化器(11)设置在法兰(6)上与尾气出口(1)接触的一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型尾气催化器,其特征在于:所述尾气进口(1)、阶梯式端孔(2)、尾气催化器主体(3)和尾气出口(4)为双层结构,所述尾气进口(1)、阶梯式端孔(2)、尾气催化器主体(3)和尾气出口(4)的双层结构上的夹层内设有石棉纤维毡(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型尾气催化器,其特征在于:所述催化室(7)内设有陶瓷体催化器(13)。
