Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. A.式:A−B−R−(B−A)n(式(I))又はAx−(BA−)Y−BA (式(II))[式中、各Aは、モノビニリデン芳香族モノマーを含むポリマー・ブ ロックであり、各Bは、共役ジエンを含むポリマー・ブロックであり、Rは、多 官能カップリング剤の残部であり、nは1−5の整数であり、Xは0又は1であ り、且つYは0−3の実数である]に相当するブロック・コポリマー1種以上( ブロック・コポリマーの中の少なくとも40重量%は、イソプレンを含むBブロ ックを有し、ブロック・コポリマー中のモノビニリデン芳香族モノマーの重量百 分率は10−35重量%であり、ブロック・コポリマー組成物全体として、式B −Aのジブロックを4重量%を超えて含有することはなく、且つ、ブロック・コ ポリマーは、溶融流量が2−30である)を70−95重量部と、 B.i. モノビニリデン芳香族モノマーと無水物を含むコポリマー、 ii. ポリスチレン、及び iii.ポリエチレン の中の1種以上を含む熱可塑性ポリマーを5−30重量部 含む、エラストマー物品の調製に有用な組成物であって、ブロック・コポリマー と加工助剤の総量は100部であり、その組成物から調製されるフィルムは、1 .5MPa-1以下のクリープ・コンプライアンス(エラストマー物品のために修 飾されたISO 899−1981(E)に従って測定)と、60%以上の力の 残率(30分、ASTM−D 2991に従って測定)と、10%以下の永久歪 (ASTM−D 4649に従って測定)とを示す組成物。 2. A中のモノビニリデン芳香族モノマーの平均重量百分率が10−28%で あり、コポリマーが、50,000−180,000のピーク平均分子量を有す る、請求項1の組成物。 3. ブロック・コポリマーが、ジブロックを2重量%以下の量で含有する、請 求項1又は2の組成物。 4. ブロック・コポリマーが、75−90重量部の量で存在し、モノビニリデ ン芳香族モノマーと無水物とのコポリマー、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレン又はそ れらの混合物が、10−25重量部の量で存在する、請求項1−3のいずれか1 項に係る組成物。 5. ブロック・コポリマーが、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンのトリブロッ ク40−100重量部と、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンのトリブロック0− 60重量部との混合物である、請求項1−4のいずれか1項に係る組成物。 6. 熱可塑性ポリマーが、モノビニリデン芳香族モノマーと無水物とのコポリ マーである、請求項1−5のいずれか1項に係る組成物。 7. ブロック・コポリマーのモノビニリデン芳香族モノマー含有量が10−2 2重量%である、請求項1−6のいずれか1項に係る組成物。 8. 請求項1−7のいずれか1項に係る組成物を含むエラストマー物品。 9. フィルム、1本以上の繊維、繊維織物又は不織網製品の形態である、請求 項1−8のいずれか1項に係るエラストマー物品。 10.少なくとも一方向のモジュラス(ASTM−D 882−83に従って測 定)が60MPa以上である、請求項1−9のいずれか1項に係るエラストマー 物品。
