Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可延性鋳鉄で作られた切削可能な鋳造支持体と、この支持体の外側表面上に その母線方向に縦方向に埋め込まれ且つ機械結合で支持体に保持された耐磨耗性 の高い材料で作られた磨耗インサートとで構成される、一般に截頭台形または円 箇形をしたバイメタル粉砕ローラの製造方法において、 少なくとも 400℃の温度に耐えることができる金属または他の任意材料で作ら れた運搬可能なシェル(10)で構成される鋳型を使用し、このシェル(10)の外周部 にインサート(16)をセットし、シェル(10)とインサート(16)を炉で予熱し、シェ ル(10)をインサート(16)と一緒に炉から迅速に取り出して遠心鋳造機にセットし 、遠心鋳造機を回転し、可延性鋳造鉄(18)を注入し、冷却後に成形品を取り出す ことを特徴とする方法。 2.可延性鋳鉄が層状または球状ねずみ鋳鉄である請求項1に記載の方法。 3.インサートが高クロム合金または他の任意の高耐磨耗材料の鋳鉄である請求 項1に記載の方法。 4.インサート(16)をセットする前にシェルに薄い断熱被覆を設ける請求項1〜 3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.シェルおよびインサートを約 100〜500℃の温度の炉で予熱する請求項1〜 4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.遠心注型機が約 100〜600 回転/分の速度で回転する請求項1〜5のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 7.遠心注型品を約 500℃の温度でを取り出す請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記 載の方法。
