Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.中実領域内に配置された、特に人または動物の体の固体器官内に配置された 、流体の循環のための天然管腔または通路(2)に関して、局所細胞増殖の効果 により障害を受けている前記管腔内における障害を局所的かつ選択的に処置する ことを意図した治療デバイス(1)であって、 −自己安定的な方式で前記天然管腔内に配置されかつ維持されるよう構成されて いるとともに、特に円筒形状であり、さらに、前記天然管腔の壁に対して適合し 得るよう十分にフレキシブルであり、かつ、前記管腔内における人工チャネル( 4)を維持し得るよう十分に堅固である、非生分解性管状部材(3)と、 −前記管状部材(3)により支持されるとともに、前記管状部材とともに前記天 然管腔内に挿入されたときに前記障害と位置合わせされて直接接触するようにな るように、前記管状部材の長さに沿ってかつ前記管状部材の周囲に配置され、さ らに、細胞整復用の特に細胞毒性の詳細には前記局所細胞増殖の細胞に対する治 療剤であって本質的に前記細胞に対する単なる表面接触および固体組織接触によ り作用する治療剤を備え、該治療剤を少なくとも外表面に位置させるよう構成さ れた、医療スリーブ(7)と、 を具備することを特徴とする治療デバイス。 2.前記医療スリーブ(7)は、前記管状部材(3)に組み込まれていることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の治療デバイス。 3.前記管状部材(3)は、生体適合性材料、特に比較的スムースでソフトな材 料、例えばシリコーンラバーから形成されたコア(6)を備え、 該コア(6)の材料は、前記医療スリーブ(7)に対応する前記管状部材の生 物学的活性領域(5)内において、少なくとも表面に、前記細胞整復用治療剤を 備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の治療デバイス。 4.前記医療スリーブ(7)は、前記管状部材(3)とは別体とされ、前記管状 部材を被覆していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の治療デバイス。 5.一方においては、前記管状部材(3)は、生体適合性材料、特に比較的スム ースでソフトな材料、例えばシリコーンラバーから形成された内部コア(6)を 備え、 他方においては、前記コア(6)の外側に設けられた前記医療スリーブ(7) は、前記細胞整復用治療剤を有する生体適合性基体を備えていることを特徴とす る請求項4記載の治療デバイス。 6.前記医療スリーブ(7)の前記基体は、径方向に膨張可能であり、この場合 、特に、前記スリーブの外表面が、非膨張状態においては、前記管状部材(3) のうちの外表面以外の部分に収容され、かつ、膨張状態においては、同一の管状 部材(3)の外表面から突出し得るよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項 5記載の治療デバイス。 7.前記医療スリーブ(7)の前記基体は、親水性であり、かつ、障害を受けて いる天然管腔内に存在しているまたは障害を受けている天然管腔内を循環してい る生体流体の効果のもとに膨張可能であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の治療 デバイス。 8.合成泡から形成されるシース(8)を具備し、 該シースは、前記医療スリーブ(7)と前記管状部材(3)の前記コア(6) との間の連結を保証していることを特徴とする請求項6記載の治療デバイス。 9.前記医療スリーブ(7)は、該医療スリーブの内部に向けて外方から延在す る複数の径方向チャネル(9)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の治 療デバイス。 10.前記管状部材(3)の前記コア(6)と前記医療スリーブ(7)との間に 介装されて、膨張可能な連結スリーブ(10)を具備することを特徴とする請求 項5記載の治療デバイス。 11.前記医療スリーブ(7)のための保護表面外皮(11)を具備し、 該外皮は、天然管腔または通路の被障害部位との生体接触を通して生分解され ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の治療デバイス。 12.引抜糸(12)が、前記管状部材(3)の(埋設の方向に関して)下流側 端部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の治療デバイス。 13.前記医療スリーブ(7)は、静菌性の薬剤を備え、必要に応じて、X線に 対して不透明な薬剤を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。 14.前記細胞整復性薬剤は、抗有糸分裂性薬剤、細胞溶解剤、酵素、ホルモン 、酵素阻害薬、および、金属塩の中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の治療デバイス。 15.前記医療スリーブ(7)および前記内部コア(6)は、互いに中心がずら された関係にあることを特徴とする請求項5記載の治療デバイス。 16.男性の尿道の前立腺部(21)の医療処置を意図した尿道内治療デバイス であって、 前記医療スリーブ(7)は、前記管状部材(3)に対して、前記管状部材(3 )の底端部(3a)から上方に位置する例えば約10mmだけ上方に位置するい わゆる下端部から、前記管状部材の天端部(3b)から下方に位置する例えば1 0〜15mm下方に位置するいわゆる上端部まで、にわたって配置されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の尿道内治療デバイス。 17.前記管状部材の天端部(3b)は、閉塞されており、かつ、膀胱からの尿 の通路を確保するために孔(13)が開けられていることを特徴とする請求項1 6記載の治療デバイス。 18.尿道(2)内において括約筋(15)の各側に配置することを意図したも のであるとともに、フレキシブルかつ変形可能であって括約筋のオリフィス内に 保持されることを意図された連結手段(16)により互いに取り付けられた2つ の管状部材(3、14)を具備し、 上側管状部材(3)は、尿道の前立腺部(21)において前記医療スリーブ( 7)を支持し、 さらに、下側管状部材(14)は、医療スリーブを具備していないことを特徴 とする請求項16記載の尿道内治療デバイス。 19.前記下側部材(14)は、生体適合性かつ非生分解性材料、特に比較的ス ムースでソフトな材料、例えばシリコーンラバーから形成されたコア(6)を備 えていることを特徴とする請求項18記載の尿道内治療デバイス。 20.前記下側部材(14)は、径方向に膨張可能な外側スリーブ(17)を備 え、 該外側スリーブは、特に、外表面が、非膨張状態においては、前記下側部材( 14)のうちの外表面以外の部分に収容され、かつ、膨張状態においては、同一 の下側部材の外表面から突出し得るよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項 18記載の治療デバイス。
