Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 過圧を加えることができる圧力空間(10、30、40、)が設けられて おり、この圧力空間が、圧力媒体を収容するための開口(13、33、43)を 有し、かつこの圧力空間が、体において穿刺開口の範囲に取付け可能であり、そ の際、体の方に向いた圧力空間(10、30、40)の部分が、伸長可能に構成 されている、動脈の圧力が支配する穿刺開口を有する血管、とくに動脈、動脈に よって短絡される静脈、分路又はプロテーゼ等を閉鎖する、穿刺閉鎖部において 、圧力媒体を収容するための開口(13、33、43)が、穿刺開口穿刺通路の 上に配置されており、かつ圧力媒体として、血管から流出した血液が使用されて いることを特徴とする、穿刺閉鎖部。 2 体の方に向いた圧力空間(10、30、40)の部分が、伸長可能な圧力 壁(18、38、48)として構成されており、かつ体から離れた方の圧力空間 (10,30、40)の部分が、ほとんど伸長不可能な保持壁(17、37、4 7)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 3 ほとんど伸長不可能な保持壁(37)が、保持帯(31)によって形成さ れており、かつ伸長可能な圧力壁(38)が、圧力密に保持帯(31)に取付け られ、なるべく固定接着されていること特徴とする、請求項2記載の穿刺閉鎖部 。 4 伸長可能な圧力壁(10)が、保持帯(11)に取付けられた支持体要素 (12)に圧力密に取付けられ、なるべく固定接着されていることを特徴とする 、請求項2記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 5 圧力空間(40)が、圧力媒体を収容するための開口(43)を除いて開 じた又は閉鎖可能な伸長可能な容器(42)によって形成されていることを特徴 とする、請求項2記載穿刺閉鎖部。 6 伸長可能な容器(42)が、保持帯(41)に取付けられ、なる べく固定接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 7 伸長可能な圧力壁(38)又は伸長可能な容器(42)が、ゴム、ラテッ クス、合成物質等から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6の少 なくとも1つに記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 8 保特帯(11、31、41)が、空気を通すことを特徴とする、請求項3 ないし7の少なくとも1つに記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 9 保持帯(11、31、41)が、体の方に向いた側に、少なくとも一部接 着剤(15、35、45)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3ないし8の少な くとも1つに記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 10 圧力空間(10)内に、血液凝固剤、消毒剤、止血剤等が配置されている ことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9の少なくとも1つに記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 11 圧力空間(10)内に、充填材(106)が配置されていることを特徴と する、請求項1ないし10の少なくとも1つに記載の穿剌閉鎖部。 12 充填材(106)が、圧力媒体に接触するとすぐに膨潤することを特徴と する、請求項11記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 13 充填材(106)が、ガーゼ、脱脂綿、膨潤する合成物質等から製造され ていることを特徴とする、請求項12ないし13の少なくとも1つに記載の穿刺 閉鎖部。 14 保持壁(17、37、47)を通してかつ圧力媒体を収容するための開口 (13、33、43)を通して、細管(100)が配置されていることを特徴と する、請求項1ないし13の少なくとも1つに記載の穿刺閉鎖部。 15 保持壁(17、37、47)内に、細管を通すための切欠きが設けられて おり、この切欠きが閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の穿刺閉 鎖部。 16 切欠きが、保持壁(17、37、47)上に接着された閉鎖要素(19、 39、49)によって閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする、請求項15記載の穿刺 閉鎖部。 17 閉鎖要素(19)に、充填剤(106)及び/又は圧力クッション(10 2)が取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項16記載の穿刺閉鎖部。
