Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.粘着付与剤樹脂の製造方法であって、少なくとも1種のアルファ−オレフィ ンと少なくとも1種の環式オレフィンをメタロセン触媒系の存在下に、約5000以 下のMn及び約0℃以上のTgを有するコポリマーを製造するのに適する条件下 に共重合させることを含む、方法。 2.条件が、約200 乃至約2000の範囲内のMnを有するコポリマーを製造するの に適する、請求項1の方法。 3.条件が、30℃より高いTgを有するコポリマーを製造するのに適する、請求 項1乃至2のいずれか1請求項の方法。 4.条件が、約20乃至約95モル%の環式オレフィンを含むコポリマーを製造する のに適する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1請求項の方法。 5.条件が、約3以下のMw/Mnを有するコポリマーを製造するのに適する、 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1請求項の方法。 6.メタロセン触媒系が、メタロセン遷移金属化合物と活性剤を含む、請求項1 乃至5のいずれか1請求項の方法。 7.メタロセン触媒系が、 ジメチルシラニルビス(メチルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロ リド、 ジメチルシラニルビス(シクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロリド、 ビス(メチルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロリド、 ビス(シクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロリド、 ジメチルシラニルビス(テトラヒドロインデニル)ジルコニウムジクロリド 、 rac−ジメチルシリルビス(テトラヒドロインデニル)ジルコニウムジメ チル、 ジメチルシラニルビス(メチルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジメチ ル、 ジメチルシラニルビス(シクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジメチル、 ビス(メチルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジメチル、 ビス(シクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジメチル、 ジメチルシラニル[(テトラメチルシクロペンタジエニル)(ドデシル−ア ミノ)]チタニウムジクロリド、及び シクロペンタジエニル(t−ブトキシ)ジルコニウムジクロリドから成る群 から選択されるシクロペンタジエニル遷移金属化合物を含む、請求項1乃至6の いずれか1請求項の方法。 8.メタロセン触媒系が、メチルアルモキサン又はジメチルアニリニウムテトラ キス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)硼素である活性剤を含む、請求項1乃至7のい ずれか1請求項の方法。 9.アルファ−オレフィンが3乃至8個の炭素原子を含む、請求項1乃至8のい ずれか1請求項の方法。 10.環式オレフィンが以下の式: で表されるオレフィンから選択され、式中、RaからRsに各々は独立して水素 、ハロゲン、ヒドロカルビル、又はハロヒドロカルビルであり;ac及びdcは2以 上の整数であり、そしてbc及びccは0以上の整数である、請求項1乃至9のいず れか1請求項の方法。 11.環式オレフィンが、環式オレフィンの二量体又は三量体である、請求項1乃 至10のいずれか1請求項の方法。 12.アルファ−オレフィンがプロピレンであり、環式オレフィンがジシクロペン タジエン、5−エチリデン−2−ノルボルネン、又はノルボルネンである、請求 項1乃至11のいずれか1請求項の方法。 13.粘着付与剤樹脂を水素添加する工程をさらに含む、請求項1乃至12のいずれ か1請求項の方法。 14.少なくとも1種のアルファ−オレフィンと少なくとも1種の環式オレフィン を含む粘着付与剤樹脂であって、前記アルファ−オレフィンと環式オレフィンが メタロセン触媒系の存在下に、約5000以下のMn及び約0℃以上のTgを有する コポリマーを製造するのに適する条件下に共重合されたものである、粘着付与剤 樹脂。 15.製造された粘着付与剤が、約200 乃至約2000の範囲内のMnを有する、請求 項14の粘着付与剤樹脂。 16.製造された粘着付与剤が、30℃より高いTgを有する、請求項14乃至15のい ずれか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 17.製造された粘着付与剤が、約35℃以上のTgを有する、請求項14乃至16のい ずれか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 18.製造された粘着付与剤が、約3以下のMw/Mnを有する、請求項14乃至17 のいずれか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 19.製造された粘着付与剤が、約20乃至約95モル%の環式オレフィンを含む、請 求項14乃至18のいずれか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 20.アルファ−オレフィンが3乃至8個の炭素原子を有する、請求項14乃至19の いずれか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 21.環式オレフィンが以下の式: で表されるオレフィンから選択され、式中、RaからRsに各々は独立して水素 、ハロゲン、ヒドロカルビル、又はハロヒドロカルビルであり;ac及びdcは2以 上の整数であり、そしてbc及びccは0以上の整数である、請求項14乃至20のいず れか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 22.環式オレフィンが、環式オレフィンの二量体又は三量体である、請求項14乃 至21のいずれか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 23.アルファ−オレフィンがプロピレンであり、環式オレフィンがジシクロペン タジエン、5−エチリデン−2−ノルボルネン、又はノルボルネンである、請求 項14乃至22のいずれか1請求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 24.前記粘着付与剤樹脂が水素添加されている、請求項14乃至23のいずれか1請 求項の粘着付与剤樹脂。 25.15以上のセーボルト色度を有する、請求項14乃至24のいずれか1請求項の粘 着付与剤樹脂。 26.ベースポリマー及び少なくとも1種のアルファ−オレフィンと少なくとも1 種の環式オレフィンを含む粘着付与剤樹脂を含む接着剤であって、前記アルファ −オレフィンと環式オレフィンがメタロセン触媒系の存在下に、約5000以下のM n及び約0℃以上のTgを有するコポリマーを製造するのに適する条件下に共重 合されたものである、接着剤。 27.ベースポリマーが、ポリエチレン、エチレンアルファ−オレフィンコポリマ ー、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−ビニルアセテート、ポリビニルクロリド、 天然ゴム、ニトリルゴム、ポリクロロプレンゴム、ポリイソプレン、ポリイソブ チレン及びそのコポリマー、エチレン−プロピレンゴム、エチレン−プロピレン −ジエンタ−モノマーゴム、ブチルゴム、ポリスチレン、ポリブタジエン及びス チレンブロックコポリマーから成る群から選択される、請求項26の接着剤。 28.アルファ−オレフィンが3乃至8個の炭素原子を有し、環式オレフィンが以 下の式: で表されるオレフィンから選択され、式中、RaからRsに各々は独立して水素 、ハロゲン、ヒドロカルビル、又はハロヒドロカルビルであり;ac及びdcは2以 上の整数であり、そしてbc及びccは0以上の整数である、請求項26乃至27のいず れか1請求項の接着剤。 29.添加剤をさらに含み、添加剤が油、可塑剤、ワックス、及び安定剤から成る 群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項26乃至28のいずれか1請求項の 接着剤。 30.アルファ−オレフィンがプロピレンであり、環式オレフィンがジシクロペン タジエン、ノルボルネン、又は5−エチリデン−2−ノルボルネンである、請求 項26乃至29のいずれか1請求項の接着剤。 31.請求項26の接着剤を含む製品。
