Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第一巻き取りローラ(17)、第二巻き取りローラ(15)、芯(A)と ウェブ材料(N)が通過するニップ(19)と、前記ニップ(19)にウェブ材 料(N)を供給する手段とを有し、この手段はウェブ材料(N)の供給速度と実 質的に等しい速度を有し、 さらにウェブ材料(N)が巻き付けられる芯を挿入する挿入手段と、 ウェブ材料(N)の進行方向において前記ニップ(19)の手前に、ウェブ材 料(N)の供給手段と共に、芯(A)が挿入されるチャネル(39)を形成する 回転面(33)と、 新しい芯と前記ニップ(19)の挿入点との間の、前記チャネル(39)に沿 った中間点において前記ウェブ材料(N)の供給手段と相互作用する、ウェブ材 料(N)の中断手段(73)とを有する、芯(A)にウェブ材料(N)を巻き取 ってログ(L)を形成する巻き取り装置であって、 前記チャンネル(39)を形成する前記回転面が、最低でも部分的に揺動性ま たは弾性の可変クレードル(35)によって形成されていることを特徴とする巻 き取り装置。 2. 前記回転面が少なくとも二つの部品(33、53)に別れており、一方が 前記揺動クレードル(35)によって形成され、他方が第二巻き取りローラ(1 7)の軸に対して固定されたリンキング面(53)によって形成されていること を特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の巻き取り装置。 3. 前記チャネルの主入口部を形成する入口要素(49)が前記揺動クレード ル(35)の手前に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1または2のい ずれか一項に記載の巻き取り装置。 4. 前記チャネル(39)が前記回転面(33、49、53)、前記第一巻き 取りローラ(15)によって形成されており、さらに前記回転面が湾曲 していることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の巻き取り装 置。 5. 第一巻き取りローラ(15)の中心と、第二巻き取りローラ(17)の中 心との間が可変であることを特徴とする前述の請求の範囲の一項またはそれ以上 に記載の巻き取り装置。 6. 前記第二巻き取りローラ(17)と前記リンキング面(53)が、第一巻 き取りローラ(15)に対して位置が調整可能な移動ユニット(59)によって 移動することを特徴とする請求の範囲2または5のいずれか一項に記載の巻き取 り装置。 7. 前記揺動クレードル(35)と、できれば前記入口要素(49)が、第一 巻き取りローラ(15)に対して位置が調整可能な移動ユニット(59)によっ て移動することを特徴とする前述の請求の範囲の一項またはそれ以上に記載の巻 き取り装置。 8. 前記移動ユニット(40)が前記挿入手段(89)を移動し、前記チャネ ル(39)内へ各々の芯(A)を挿入することを特徴とする請求の範囲7に記載 の巻き取り装置。 9. 前記芯を前記巻き取りローラ(15、17)へと供給するコンベヤ(77 )を有し、前記コンベヤ(77)は前記芯を、前記コンベヤ(77)の開放端と 前記挿入手段(89)との間に取り付けられた滑り部(85)へと開放し、前記 滑り部(85)の位置は前記移動ユニット(40)の位置によって決定すること を特徴とする請求の範囲8に記載の巻き取り装置。 10. 前記挿入手段の寸法が調整可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲7〜9 の一項またはそれ以上に記載の巻き取り装置。 11. 前記揺動クレードル(35)が、これを前記チャネル(39)のサイ ズが最小である位置へと押す弾性帰り手段(47)と関連することを特徴とする 前述の請求の範囲の一項またはそれ以上に記載の巻き取り装置。 12. 前記揺動クレードル(35)が減衰手段(50)と関連して、各々の芯が 前記チャネル(39)を通過した後に前記クレードルの弾性の帰りの段階におい て衝撃を減衰することを特徴とする請求の範囲11に記載の巻き取り装置。 13. 前記第二巻き取りローラ(17)が環状溝(17A)を有し、前記溝内に おいて前記リンキング面(53)が、溝に部分的に貫通する櫛形構造により形成 されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲2に記載の巻き取り装置。
