Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 透明支持体上に着色架橋ポリマーコーティングを含む光学フィルターを 製造する方法であって、該支持体に対して、1種類またはそれ以上のポリマー前 駆物質、および該ポリマー前駆物質と共有結合を形成しうる1個若しくはそれ以 上の複素環式NH基または1個若しくはそれ以上の置換基を有する1種類または それ以上の染料を含む混合物を印刷法によって適用した後、該混合物を硬化させ ることを含む上記方法。 2. 支持体上に透明な着色架橋ポリマーコーティングを製造する方法であっ て、該支持体に対して、1種類またはそれ以上のポリマー前駆物質、および該ポ リマー前駆物質と共有結合を形成しうる1個若しくはそれ以上の複素環式NH基 または1個若しくはそれ以上の置換基を有する1種類またはそれ以上の染料を含 む混合物を印刷法によって適用した後、該混合物を硬化させることを含む上記方 法。 3. 印刷法がインクジェット印刷を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の 方法。 4. 支持体がガラスである、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 1種類またはそれ以上のポリマー前駆物質が、アクリルアミド類、エポ キシド類、エポキシ樹脂、アクリルアミド/エポキシ樹脂系、メラミンホルムア ルデヒド樹脂縮合物、ポリエステル類、アルキド樹脂、ヒドロキシル化またはカ ルボキシル化アクリル樹脂およびヒドロキシル化アクリル−メラミンホルムアル デヒド系から選択される、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. 1種類またはそれ以上のポリマー前駆物質が、アクリルアミド/エポキ シ樹脂系およびヒドロキシル化アクリル−メラミンホルムアルデヒド系から選択 される前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. 染料が、モノアゾ、ジスアゾ、アゾメチン、キノフダロン、シアニン、 ピロリン、マレイミド、チオフェンジオキシド、アントラキノン、フタロシアニ ン、ベンゾフラノン、ベンゾジフラノン、トリフェノジオキサジン、トリフェナ ゾナフチルアミン、スチリル、ジチエンおよびピロール染料クラスから選択され る前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 1種類またはそれ以上の染料が、式(1) A−N=N−D 式(1) [式中、Aは、場合により置換された複素環式または炭素環式基であり;そして Dは、場合により置換された複素環式若しくは炭素環式基または式(2) −E−N=N−G 式(2) (式中、EおよびGは、それぞれ独立して、場合により置換された複素環式また は炭素環式基である) を有する基である] を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 1種類またはそれ以上の染料が、式: MPc(X)n (式中、Mは、H、Si、Ge、金属、オキシ金属、ヒドロキシ金属またはハロ 金属であり; Xは、ポリマー前駆物質と共有結合を形成しうる置換基または原子であるかま たはそれらを有し; nは1〜16であり; Pcはフタロシアニン核であり;そして Mは、H、遷移金属、ハロ金属、SiまたはGeである) を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.染料が、式: (式中、Qは、式: を有するメタまたはパラ結合基である) を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.混合物を熱硬化させる前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.1種類またはそれ以上のポリマー前駆物質および1種類またはそれ以上 の染料を含む組成物であって、該ポリマー前駆物質が、アクリルアミド類、エポ キシド類、エポキシ樹脂、アクリルアミド/エポキシ樹脂系、メラミンホルムア ルデヒド樹脂縮合物、ポリエステル類、アルキド樹脂、ヒドロキシル化またはカ ルボキシル化アクリル樹脂、ヒドロキシル化アクリル−メラミンホルムアルデヒ ド系から選択され、該染料が、該ポリマー前駆物質と共有結合を形成しうる1個 またはそれ以上の置換基を有する上記組成物。 13.水若しくは有機液体またはそれらの混合物を含む希釈剤並びに場合によ り界面活性剤を更に含む請求項12に記載の配合物。 14.赤色、緑色および青色フィルター要素を含み、透明支持体上に着色ポリ マーコーティングを含む光学フィルターであって、少なくとも一つのフィルター 要素が、染料中の複素環式NH基または染料中の置換基と、該ポリマーコーティ ングを形成するのに用いられたポリマー前駆物質との反応の結果として、該ポリ マーコーティングのポリマーに対して共有結合した染料を含む上記光学フィルタ ー。 15.式(8): (式中、R15は、フェニル、−CH2CNまたは−CNであり; R16は、C1-4−アルキルであり;そして R17は、−Hまたはフェニルである) を有する染料。 16.2−(4−シアノ−3−フェニル−1(H)−ピラゾール−2−アゾ) −5−(N−sec−ブチル−N−エチルアミノ)アセトアニリド。
