Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.イオン交換によって処理される溶液のための入口(6)および出口(7)と 、塩水供給管路(8)および塩水排出管路(9)と、イオン交換体と、電極とを 備え、この電極の内側に電極室、すなわち陰極室および陽極室(1,3)が接続 され、この両電極室の間に膜(4,5)によって分離されて塩水室(2)が設け られている、水溶液をイオン交換によって脱イオン化するための電解セルにおい て、塩水室(2)が電極室(1,3)に直接隣接し、電極室にイオン交換材料が 充填され、陰極室が陰イオン交換体を、陽極室(3)が陽イオン交換体を含み、 電極が陰イオン交換樹脂床および陽イオン交換樹脂床に直接接触していることを 特徴とする電解セル。 2.同じ電極に付設された電極室が並べて配置され、かつ共通の1個の電極を有 することを特徴とする、少なくとも2個の請求項1記載のセルからなる複式電解 セル。 3.異なる電極に付設された電極室が並べて配置され、この電極室が双極性の膜 (10)または双極性の電極(10)によって互いに分離されていることを特徴 とする、少なくとも2個の請求項1記載のセルからなる複式電解セル。 4.任意に組み合わせられた請求項2と3記載のセルからなっている複式電解セ ル。 5.任意に組み合わせて直列に接続された少なくとも2個の、請求項1〜4のい ずれか一つに記載の単式または複式電解セル。 6.塩水供給(8)が、互いに組み合わせられた電解セルを考慮して、イオン交 換によって処理される溶液に対して向流で行われるよう接続された、請求項5記 載の電解セル。 7.塩水供給口(8)がイオン交換によって処理される溶液(6)の入口から分 岐していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の単式およびま たは複式電解セル。 8.塩水流を案内する塩水室(2)に、網状のスペーサおよびまたはイオン交換 樹脂が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の 単式およびまたは複式電解セル。 9.イオン交換樹脂が陰イオン交換樹脂または陽イオン交換樹脂またはこの陰イ オン交換樹脂と陽イオン交換樹脂の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項8記載 の単式およびまたは複式電解セル。 10.塩水室(2)を電極室(1,3)から分離する膜(4,5)が、陰イオン交 換膜(4)と陽イオン交換膜(5)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいず れか一つに記載の単式およびまたは複式電解セル。
