Abstract
【解決手段】第1電解セル20Aを第1電解槽10A内に配置し、第2電解セル20Bを第2電解槽10B内に配置し、第1電解セル20Aの注水管27Aに配置された移送ポンプ50により、第1電解セル20Aの電解隔膜21内において生成されたアルカリイオン水が第2電解セル20Bの電解隔膜内へ定量的に、連続的に移送されるように構成したイオン水製造装置1を使用し、第1電解セル20A及び第2電解セル20Bに通電する電流が合計で25〜30アンペアとなる範囲内で、第1電解セル20Aに通電する電流を5〜15アンペア、第2電解セル20Bに通電する電流を15〜20アンペアに設定して通電を行う。

Claims (1)
- 有底円筒状の電解隔膜と、その内側に配置された陰極と、前記電解隔膜の外側に配置された陽極とによって構成される電解セルを、電解槽の内側に配置し、前記電解隔膜の外側に補助電解質を投入するとともに、前記電解隔膜の内側に原料水を導入し、前記陰極と陽極に通電することによって原料水を電気分解するイオン水製造装置を用いてイオン水を製造する方法において、
前記イオン水製造装置が、前記電解槽として、相互に独立した第1電解槽、及び、第2電解槽を有するとともに、前記電解セルとして、第1電解セル、及び、第2電解セルを有し、
前記第1電解セルは前記第1電解槽内に、前記第2電解セルは前記第2電解槽内にそれぞれ配置され、
前記第1電解セル、及び、第2電解セルには、注水管と排水管がそれぞれ取り付けられるとともに、第1電解セルの注水管に配置された移送ポンプにより、第1電解セルの電解隔膜内において生成されたアルカリイオン水が第2電解セルの電解隔膜内へ定量的に、連続的に移送されるように構成され、
前記第1電解セル及び第2電解セルに通電する電流が合計で25〜30アンペアとなる範囲内で、前記第1電解セルに通電する電流を5〜15アンペアの範囲内の任意の値に設定し、かつ、前記第2電解セルに通電する電流を15〜20アンペアの範囲内の任意の値に設定して通電を行うことを特徴とする、イオン水の製造方法。
