Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置を別に作るこ
とに要するコストを削減し、且つまた設置スペースも省
略する。 【解決手段】 複数のノズル９、１０、１１を基板１２
に上下駆動可能に取り付けて表面実装用ペースト等塗布
装置８とする。そして該表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置
８をスキージの移動機構７をもって移動せしめるように
する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明はスクリーン印刷機に
関し、更に詳細にはスキージの移動機構をもって表面実
装用ペースト等塗布装置を移動せしめるようになしたス
クリーン印刷機に係わる。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、スクリーン印刷においては、印刷
と印刷終了後のプリント基板等への表面実装用ペースト
等の塗布は別々の装置によって行われていた。
【０００３】このため、別の装置を必要とする分コスト
が高くつき且つ設置スペースも余分に必要であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上記の点に鑑
みなされたものであって、表面実装用ペースト等塗布装
置をスキージの移動機構によって移動せしめるようにし
て一台のスクリーン印刷機に取り込み、もって上記従来
の問題点を解消するようにしたスクリーン印刷機を提供
せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】而して、本発明の要旨と
するところは、ノズルを基板に上下駆動可能に取り付け
てなる表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置を、スキージの水
平方向移動機構をもって移動せしめるようになしたこと
を特徴とするスクリーン印刷機にある。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施形態につい
て、図面を参照しつつ説明する。図１は本発明の一実施
形態の正面図、図２は同側面図、図３は作用説明図であ
る。
【０００７】図中、１はスクリーン印刷機本体、２はプ
リント基板等の被印刷板の支持装置、３はマスク支持台
である。
【０００８】４、５はスキージ、６はスキージ支持体、
７はスキージの移動機構である。
【０００９】８は表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置であ
り、３個のノズル９、１０、１１を基板１２に上下駆動
可能に取り付けてなるものである。また、該ノズル９、
１０、１１は表面実装用ペースト塗布用である。そし
て、該表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置８は前記スキージ
の移動機構７をもって移動せしめるように構成してい
る。
【００１０】然して、該表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置
８は、図３に示す如くスキージの移動機構７をもって被
印刷板の支持装置２上に移動させ、作業が終了したら再
び元の位置まで戻るようにしている。尚、移動機構７を
表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置とスキージとに共用する
ことによって、該表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置８が作
業位置に移動するときは同時にスキージ４、５も休止位
置に移動する。また、スキージ４、５が作業位置に移動
するときは同時に表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置８が休
止位置に移動する。
【００１１】斯くして、表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置
８が作業しているときはスキージは休止しており、スキ
ージが作業しているときは表面実装用ペースト等塗布装
置８が休止している。

【発明の効果】本発明は上記の如き構成であり、表面実
装用ペースト等塗布装置をスキージの移動機構によって
移動せしめるようにして一台のスクリーン印刷機に取り
込んだから、従来の如く表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置
として別に装置を作る場合に比してコストを下げること
ができる。且つまた設置スペースも省略することができ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 ノズルを基板に上下駆動可能に取り付け
    てなる表面実装用ペースト等塗布装置を、スキージの水
    平方向移動機構をもって移動せしめるようになしたこと
    を特徴とするスクリーン印刷機。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記ノズルを複数設け、これら複数のノ
    ズルが表面実装用ペースト用である請求項１記載のスク
    リーン印刷機。
