(57)【要約】 【課題】 界面活性剤を僅かに含有するか全く含有せ
ず、加圧すると遅延して良好な泡形成をなす水中油型エ
マルションのクリームを提供する。 【解決手段】 少なくとも一の化粧油を含み、組成物の
全重量に対して少なくとも５重量％の脂肪相（Ａ）、
（１）（メタ）アクリル酸アンモニウム、２−アクリル
アミド−２−メチルプロパンスルホン酸等の架橋ホモポ
リマーと、（２）エチレン不飽和基を含む少なくとも一
のカチオンもしくはアニオンモノマー等から形成された
架橋コポリマーとから選ばれる少なくとも一の乳化ポリ
マーを含むゲル化系（Ｂ）、および水（Ｃ）を含有せし
める。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、遅延泡形成（post
-foaming）圧縮性水中油型エマルションの形態の新規な
自己泡形成（self-foaming）クリーム、並びにこれを含
む遅延泡形成加圧装置に関する。局所使用用のこれらク
リームは良好な泡形成力を有し、特に皮膚のクレンジン
グ並びにケアのためのものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術および発明が解決しようとする課題】皮膚
のクレンジングは顔の手入れに非常に重要である。油っ
ぽい残留物、例えば皮脂、毎日用いる化粧品およびメー
クアップ製品の残留物、特に耐水性製品が、皮膚のしわ
の中および表面に堆積し、毛穴を閉塞し、しみが形成さ
れる原因となるので、クレンジングはできる限り効果的
なものでなければならない。他の要因のなかでも、質の
悪いクレンジングがしばしばくすんだ顔色の原因とな
る。
【０００３】いくつかの主要なタイプの皮膚クレンジン
グ製品が知られている。泡形成洗浄水性ゲルおよびロー
ションおよびすすぎ可能クレンジング無水ゲルおよびオ
イル、クレンジングミルクおよび泡形成クリームであ
り、通常は石鹸ベースのものである。
【０００４】泡形成洗浄水性ゲルとローションは、脂肪
残留物とメークアップ製品の顔料を懸濁状態にする界面
活性剤によるクレンジング作用を有する。これらは、泡
を形成し、容易に除去できるので、化粧品としては快適
で効果的なものである。しかし、これらは化粧オイルを
含んでいないので、その脂質除去作用によって皮膚を乾
燥させるという不具合を有している。これは、例えば、
非常に流動性を持ち加圧性の皮膚クレンジングローショ
ンを教示する国際特許公開ＷＯ９５／０５７６９号公報
に記載された製品の場合がしかりであり、その製品は、
美しいムースを生じるが皮膚の水性脂質膜を破壊し、皮
膚を清浄ではあるが粗くする。
【０００５】すすぎ可能無水ゲルとオイルは、処方内に
含まれるオイルによるクレンジング作用を有している。
これらのオイルは、脂質性の残留物を溶解し、メークア
ップ顔料を分散させることが可能である。これらの製品
は効果的で、耐性も良好である。しかし、重く、泡を形
成せず、適用したときに清涼感をもたらさないという欠
点があり、これは化粧品では致命的である。
【０００６】クレンジングミルクとクリームは、洗浄界
面活性剤、乳化剤、およびオイルの双方を、エマルショ
ンを不安定化させることがないように十分に少ない量含
んでいる。その良好な効果にかかわらず、これらの製品
は泡を形成せず、すすぎ性が不十分であり、すすいで汚
れを除去できるように改善するには、更なる洗浄トニッ
クローションを用いることが必要となる。その収斂性に
加えて、この第二の製品を使用すると、長期にわたって
皮膚が乾燥するという結果になる。
【０００７】水で十分にすすぐことができ、界面活性剤
を含有しないか、含有しても僅かであり、必要に応じて
オイルを多量に含有することもでき、皮膚のクレンジン
グを最適化し、乾燥もしくは刺激化現象の回避によっ
て、保湿および滋養をなすクレンジング泡形成製品を調
製することが探求されている。石鹸クレームの効果（ク
レンジング力と泡形成）を持つがその欠点、特に高パー
センテージの泡形成界面活性剤に伴う皮膚の剥離化の欠
点は持たないクレームを得ることが探求されている。
【０００８】このような製品を作り出すべく、単に水性
ゲルもしくはローションにオイルを導入することはでき
ない。これは、オイルがこれら処方物の泡形成性を阻害
するからで、オイルは泡を「殺す」と言われている。更
に、オイルの分散体は不安定である。泡形成エマルショ
ン、例えばクレンジングエマルションは、例えば国際特
許公開ＷＯ９５／１７１６３号公報から知られている。
このタイプの製品は非常にマイルドで、皮膚によく適合
するが、エマルションの泡形成力がオイルの存在のため
に低い。加えて、これらのエマルションは比較的濃厚
で、加圧容器に収容することができない。
【０００９】更に、例えば国際特許公開ＷＯ８９／１１
９０７号公報から、相転換法を用いると、安定した流動
性の水中油型エマルションを調製することができること
が知られている。しかし、従来の相転換法によって調製
されたエマルションは泡形成性がなく、加圧されたとき
にスプレーの形態で放出される。加えて、顕著な量の界
面活性剤を含有している。
【００１０】少なくとも２％の非イオン性界面活性剤、
２１％までのオイルおよび０．５〜４．５％の粘凋性剤
を含有する泡形成、加圧水中油型エマルションの形態の
クリームが米国特許第４８０８３８８号公報において知
られている。このような組成物は、ＣＯ2またはＮ2Ｏを
推進ガスとして用いた場合にのみ満足すべき状態（光
沢、引き締め感、密度）で放出される。
【００１１】従来のものよりもより適合性があり、加圧
泡形成性、自己泡形成クリームの形態をなし、２％未満
の界面活性剤を含有するか場合によっては界面活性剤を
全く含有しない組成物を調製することが探求されてい
る。
【００１２】しかして、本出願人は、驚くべきことに、
加圧すると事後的に遅延して泡が形成される水中油型エ
マルションの形態の加圧自己泡形成クリームを調製する
ことによって、従来の欠点を解消した。このクリーム
は、界面活性剤を僅かに含有するか全く含有しないで良
好な泡形成力を持つ。
【００１３】
【課題を解決するための手段および発明の実施の形態】
本発明の主題は、（Ａ）少なくとも一の化粧油を含み、
組成物の全重量に対して少なくとも５重量％の脂肪相
と、 （Ｂ）（１）（メタ）アクリル酸アンモニウム；２−ア
クリルアミド−２−メチルプロパンスルホン酸とその
塩；（メタ）アクリル酸ジアルキルアミノアルキル、好
ましくはメタクリル酸ジメチルアミノエチルとその第４
級塩または酸；ジアルキルアミノアルキル（メタ）アク
リルアミドとその第４級塩または酸；アルキル基は好ま
しくはＣ1−Ｃ4、から選択されるエチレン不飽和基を含
む少なくとも一のカチオンもしくはアニオン性モノマー
から、およびエチレンポリ不飽和基を含む架橋剤から選
択される架橋ホモポリマー、（２）エチレン不飽和基を
含む少なくとも一のカチオンもしくはアニオン性モノマ
ーから、少なくとも一の非イオン性コモノマーから、お
よびエチレンポリ不飽和基を含む架橋剤から形成される
架橋コポリマー、から選ばれる少なくとも一の乳化ポリ
マーを含むゲル化系、および （Ｃ）水と、を含有する、遅延泡形成圧縮性水中油型エ
マルションの形態の自己泡形成組成物にある。
【００１４】「自己泡形成」なる用語は、泡を形成する
ようになり得、２％未満の界面活性剤を含む組成物を意
味するものと理解される。「遅延泡形成」なる用語は、
加圧されるとクリームの形態で送り出され、手で皮膚に
伸ばしたり付与したりすると自然に泡を形成する組成物
を意味するものと理解される。本発明に係るエマルショ
ンは、加圧され、エアロゾール容器に収容され得る。
【００１５】また、本発明の主題は、加圧容器にバルブ
を含む分散手段が備えられてなり、該容器が推進手段と
本発明に係る組成物を含むエアロゾール装置にある。分
散手段に圧力が加えられると、バルブが作動されて、装
置が滑らかなクリーム形態のその内容物を送り出す。皮
膚に適用すると、このクリームは濃密で細かく、滑らか
で富み、しっかりとしたムースに変わる。このような粘
凋性の製品は皮膚もしくは髪のクレンジングおよびケア
に特に貴重である。
【００１６】上記遅延泡形成組成物は、例えば米国特許
第４８０８３８８号公報に記載されている組成物のよう
にムースの形態で分配される標準的な加圧泡形成組成物
とは全く異なっている。
【００１７】本発明に係る組成物において用いられる架
橋コポリマーは、エチレン不飽和基を含む少なくとも一
のカチオンもしくはアニオン性モノマー、少なくとも一
の非イオン性コモノマー、およびエチレンポリ不飽和基
を含む架橋剤を含有する。アニオン性モノマーは、特に
（メタ）アクリル酸、（メタ）アクリル酸アンモニウム
および２−アクリルアミド−２−メチルプロパンスルホ
ン酸並びにその塩から選択される。
【００１８】カチオン性モノマーは、特に（メタ）アク
リル酸ジアルキルアミノアルキル、好ましくはメタクリ
ル酸ジメチルアミノエチル；ジアルキルアミノアルキル
（メタ）アクリルアミドおよびその第４級塩または酸；
から選ばれる（ここでアルキル基は好ましくはＣ1−Ｃ4
である）。非イオン性コモノマーは、メタクリルアミ
ド、アクリルアミド、Ｃ10−Ｃ30（メタ）アクリル酸エ
ステルおよびビニルエステルから選択される。
【００１９】エチレンポリ不飽和基を含む架橋剤は、好
ましくはジビニルベンゼン；テトラアリルオキシエタ
ン；ジアリルエーテル；ポリアリルポリグリセリルエー
テル；エリトリトール、ペンタエリトリトール、アラビ
トール、ソルビトールもしくはグルコース等の糖アルコ
ール類のアリルエーテル；メチレンビスアクリルアミ
ド、エチレングリコールジ（メチル）アクリラート、ジ
（メタ）アクリルアミド、シアノメチルアクリラートお
よびビニルオキシエチル（メタ）アクリラートもしくは
それらの金属塩から選択される。
【００２０】本発明に係る組成物において用いられる乳
化ポリマーは、 （ａ）多量分としてアクリル酸を、少量分としてＣ10−
Ｃ30（メタ）アクリル酸エステルを含むコポリマー、例
えばグッドリッチ（Goodrich）社によって Pemulen TR
1、Pemulen TR2、Carbopol 1342 の名称で販売されてい
る製品（これらは欧州特許公開第２６８１６４号公報に
記載され調製されている）； （ｂ）（水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウムまたはアミ
ンのような塩基で）部分的もしくは全体的に中和された
２−アクリルアミド−２−メチルプロパンスルホン酸お
よびアクリルアミドのコポリマー、例えば欧州特許公開
第５０３８５３号の実施例１に記載されている製品； （ｃ）塩化メチルで第４級化されたジメチルアミノエチ
ルメタクリラートのホモポリマー、例えばアライドコロ
イド（Allied Colloids）社によって Ｓａｌｃａｒｅ
９５および Ｓａｌｃａｒｅ ９６の名称で販売され
ている製品、もしくは塩化メチルで第４級化されたジメ
チルアミノエチルメタクリラートとアクリルアミドのコ
ポリマー、例えばアライドコロイド社によって Salcare
SC92 の名称で販売されている製品もしくはヘキスト
（Hoechst）社によって販売されている PAS5194（これ
らは欧州特許公開第３９５２８２号公報に記載され調製
されている）； （ｄ）（メタ）アクリル酸とビニルエステルのコポリマ
ー、例えばアクリル酸とビニルイソデカノアートのコポ
リマー、例えば 3V 社から STABYLEN 30 およびPNC 300
の名称で販売されている製品；から選択するのが好ま
しい。
【００２１】本発明に係る組成物において用いられる架
橋ホモポリマーもしくはコポリマーは、上記の（ａ）お
よび（ｂ）項で定めたものから特に選ばれる。また、好
ましくは、ゲル化系（Ｂ）は、少なくとも一の天然もし
くは合成の親水性ゲル化剤を含み、該親水性ゲル化剤は
ゲル化特性を持つ親水性合成ポリマーおよび天然もしく
は変性ガムから選択される。
【００２２】天然もしくは変性ガムという表現は、粘性
溶液もしくは分散液を形成するために水性媒体中で水和
する変性（修飾）されていても良い多糖類を意味するも
のと理解される。含められる天然ガムとしては、藻抽出
物、植物滲出物および植物の種子もしくは根から抽出さ
れたガムおよび微生物発酵によって得られたものがあ
る。変性あるいは半合成ガムは、セルロース誘導体とデ
ンプン誘導体、そして一般にはあらゆる天然ゴムの誘導
体を含む。

化特性を持つ合成ポリマーとしては、特にカルボキシビ
ニルポリマー（カルボマー）、例えばグッドリッチ（Go
odrich）社から Carbopol 980、981、954、2984、5984
なる名称で販売されている製品もしくは 3VSA 社から S
ynthalen M および Synthalen K なる名称で販売されて
いる製品を挙げることができる。
【００２６】好ましくは、本発明の主題であるエマルシ
ョンは、０．１から２％のゲル化系（Ｂ）を含有し、こ
れは、好ましくは、最終組成物に対して少なくとも０．
０５重量％の少なくとも一の乳化ポリマーを含有する。
【００２７】本発明に係る組成物は、また、一もしくは
数種の界面活性剤を、２重量％未満の量、好ましくは
１．５重量％未満の量で含有することもできる。この場
合、界面活性剤は、任意の公知の界面活性剤から選ぶこ

る。有利には、界面活性剤を本発明に係る組成物に導入
するときは泡形成性界面活性剤が選ばれる。界面活性剤
がないときでも非常に満足すべきムースが得られるが、
界面活性剤が存在すると、更に空気が含有せしめられて
容積が増したムースの形成を促進することができる。
【００２８】本発明において用いられる泡形成界面活性
剤は、２５℃で蒸留水中に０．１重量％含む溶液につい
てロス・マイルス（Ross-Miles）法によって測定して、
１００ｍｍを越える、好ましくは１２０ｍｍを越える泡
高さの泡形成力を有していることを特徴とする界面活性
剤から選ばれる。これらは、最終組成物に対して０−２
重量％、好ましくは０．５−１．５重量％の割合で存在
し得る。
【００２９】本発明に係るエマルションの組成物の一部
を形成する脂肪相の性質は重要ではなく、水中油型タイ
プのエマルションの製造に好適なものとして既に一般に
知られている化合物の全てを用いることができる。これ
ら化合物は、特に、種々の脂肪物質、植物、動物もしく
は鉱物由来のオイル、天然もしくは合成ワックス等か
ら、単独もしくは混合物として選ぶことができる。
【００３０】本発明において用いることができるオイル
としては、植物もしくは動物由来のオイル、例えばペル
ヒドロスクアレン、スクアレン、ココナッツオイル、マ
カデミアオイル、ミンクオイル、タートルオイル、大豆
油、グレープシード（grapeseed）オイル、胡麻油、コ
ーン油、菜種油、ヒマワリ油、綿実油、アボカド油、オ
リブ油、ひまし油、ホホバ油、グラウンドナッツ（grou
ndnut）油；炭化水素油、例えば流動パラフィンおよび
ワセリン；シリコーン油、例えばポリメチルシロキサ
ン、ポリメチルフェニルシロキサン、脂肪酸変性ポリシ
ロキサン、脂肪アルコール変性ポリシロキサン、ポリオ
キシアルキレン変性ポリシロキサンおよびフルオロシリ
コーン；ペルフルオロおよび／またはオルガノフルオロ
オイル；高級脂肪酸、例えばミリスチン酸、パルミチン
酸、ステアリン酸、ベヘン酸、オレイン酸、リノール
酸、リノレン酸およびイソステアリン酸、高級脂肪アル
コール、例えばセタノール、ステアリルアルコール、オ
レイルアルコール；モノおよびジエステル、特にイソプ
ロピルミリスタート、イソプロピルパルミタート、ブチ
ルステアラート、ヘキシルラウラート、イソノニルイソ
ノナノアート、２−エチルヘキシルパルミタート、２−
ヘキシルデシルラウラート、２−オクチルデシルパルミ
タート、２−オクチルドデシルミリスタート、２−ジエ
チルヘキシルスクシナート、ジイソステアリルマラー
ト、２−オクチルドデシルラクタート、グリセリルトリ
イソステアラート、ジ−ｎ−ブチルアジパート、ビス
（２−エチルヘキシル）アジパート、エチレングリコー
ルジオレアート、エチレングリコールジイソトリデカノ
アート、エチレングリコールジイソステアラートおよび
ネオペンチルグリコールジカプリラートを挙げることが
できる。
【００３１】明らかに、脂肪相は一以上の標準的な親油
性化粧品アジュバントを含有することもできる。脂肪相
は、最終組成物の全重量の少なくとも５％であり、これ
ら組成物の泡形成能力を損なわない範囲で組成物の全重
量に対して５０重量％まで含められる。好ましくは、脂
肪相は、組成物の全重量に対して、５ないし４０％、よ
り好ましくは１０ないし３０％である。
【００３２】脂肪相は、化粧オイルのみからなるもので
も良く、その化粧オイルの組成物の全重量に対する重量
割合は５０重量％に達しても良い。また、動物性、植物
性もしくは合成ワックスを、好ましくは１％未満の量
で、含有しても良い。
【００３３】好ましくは、本発明の組成物は、組成物の
全重量に対して５から４０重量％、更に好ましくは１０
から３０重量％の少なくとも一の化粧油を含む。本発明
に係るエマルションは水を含有する。通常は、水は、脱
塩水を指す。しかし、本発明に係るエマルションにおい
て用いられる水の一部は、必要に応じて鉱水もしくは泉
水から選択することができる。一般に、鉱水が消費に適
しており、泉水の場合はそうとも限らない。これらの水
は、就中、溶解ミネラルおよび痕跡量元素を含んでい
る。これらの水は、それが含む特定の痕跡元素およびミ
ネラルに応じて特定の治療目的に、例えば皮膚の保湿化
および脱敏感化もしくはある種の皮膚病の治療に用いら
れるものとして知られている。鉱水および泉水なる用語
は、天然の鉱水もしくは泉水だけではなく、添加ミネラ
ルおよび／または痕跡元素成分で富化された天然の鉱水
もしくは泉水、並びに純水（脱塩水または蒸留水）から
調製されたミネラルおよび／または痕跡元素水溶液をも
意味するものと理解される。
【００３４】本発明において用いられる天然の泉水もし
くは鉱水は、例えばビッテル（Vittel）水、ビシー・ベ
イズン（Vichy basin）水、ウリアージュ（Uriage）
水、ラ・ロッシェ・ポゼー（La Roche Posay）水、ラ・
ブーブル（La Bourboule）水、アンギアン−レ−バン
（Enghien-les-Bains）水、サンジェルベ−レ−バン（S
aint Gervais-les-Bains）水、ネリス−レ−バン（Neri
s-les-Bains）水、アルバー−レ−バン（Allevar-les-B
ains）水、ディーニュ（Digne）水、メジエール（Maizi
eres）水、ネイラック−レ−バン（Neyrac-les-Bains）
水、ロン−ル−ソーニエ（Lons-le-Saunier）水、レ・
ゾー・ボン（Les Eaux Bonnes）水、ロシュフォール（R
ochefort）水、サン・クリストー（Saint Christau）
水、フェマド（Fumades）水、およびテルシス−レ−バ
ン（Tercis-les-Bains）水から選択される。
【００３５】従来から知られているように、分散水性相
は、水もしくは水と多価アルコール、例えばグリセロー
ル、プロピレングリコールおよびソルビトールの混合
物、あるいは水と水溶性低級アルコール、例えばエタノ
ール、イソプロパノールもしくはブタノールの混合物
（水−アルコール溶液）からなるものとすることがで
き、明らかに標準的な水溶性化粧品アジュバントを含有
することができる。
【００３６】本発明の化粧品もしくは皮膚病用エマルシ
ョンは、化粧品分野で通常の少なくとも一の水溶性もし
くは油溶性アジュバント、例えば防腐剤、抗酸化剤、香
料、遮蔽剤、染料および親水性もしくは親油性活性剤
を、組成物の全重量に対して、０．０１重量％から１０
重量％、含むことができる。
【００３７】皮膚用の活性剤は、抗加齢活性剤、抗しわ
活性剤、保湿剤（moisturizers）、湿潤剤（wetting ag
ent）、痩身活性剤、脱色素活性剤、抗フリーラジカル
（酸素ラジカル種）剤、滋養活性剤、保護活性剤、再構
成（restructuring）活性剤、引締め（firming）活性
剤、抗ざ蒼剤、落屑活性剤、エモリエント活性剤、ある
いは皮膚病、例えば親菌病、皮膚炎、乾癬等の治療用の
活性剤である。これらの活性剤は、その性質に応じて、
エマルションに対して通常の割合、例えば組成物の全重
量に対して０．０１重量％から１０重量％までの割合で
用いられる。
【００３８】通常、本発明に係る加圧装置（容器）は、
０．５ないし２０％の推進ガスと８０ないし９９．５％
のエマルションを含む。このような用途について知られ
ている如何なる推進ガスでも本発明の装置で用いること
ができる。特に、炭化水素ガス、例えば、プロパン、イ
ソプロパン、ｎ−ブタン、イソブタン、イソペンタンと
これらの混合物；フッ化ガス、例えばクロロジフルオロ
メタン、ジクロロジフルオロメタン、ジフルオロエタ
ン、クロロジフルオロエタン、ジクロロテトラフルオロ
エタン等、およびその混合物；窒素および二酸化炭素と
その混合物を、本発明において推進ガスとして用いるこ
とができる。
【００３９】好ましくは、３０℃以上の沸点を持つガス
が選ばれ、かかるガスは遅延泡形成現象を促進する。好
ましくは、このようなガスは、炭化水素、特にイソペン
タン、イソブタンおよびその混合物から選ばれる。
【００４０】本発明の主題は、また、皮膚および／また
は髪に適用する化粧品組成物、特に皮膚のトリートメン
トおよび／またはクレンジングおよび／またはケアのた
めの化粧品組成物としての、本発明に係る組成物の使用
からなる。
【００４１】本発明の主題は、また、皮膚および／また
は髪のトリートメントおよび／またはクレンジングおよ
び／またはケアのための皮膚用組成物の製造に対して、
上記組成物を使用することにある。本発明の組成物は、
界面活性剤をほとんど含有しないか全く含有しないもの
であり、敏感肌のトリートメントおよび／またはクレン
ジングおよび／またはケアに特に適している。皮膚もし
くは髪に対する美容処理法は、上述の化粧品組成物の有
効量を皮膚もしくは髪に適用することからなる。

【実施例】本発明に係る組成物の実施例を次に例証する
が、これは本発明の限定するものではない。なお、以下
において、量は組成物の全重量に対する活性物質の重量
として表されている。出発物質の名称はＣＴＦＡ名であ
る。
【００４３】 実施例１：自己泡形成クレンジングクリーム 鉱油 １５ ％ Ｃ13−Ｃ14イソパラフィン ０．６ ％ グリセロール ６ ％ 硫酸ラウレスナトリウム １ ％ ラウレス−７ ０．２ ％ ポリアクリルアミド（＊） １．２ ％ カルボマー ０．１ ％ 水酸化ナトリウム ０．０４％ 香料 適量 防腐剤 適量 水 全体を１００％とする量 （＊）セピック（Seppic）社により Sepigel の名称で市販
【００４４】手順：ポリマー（カルボマー、アクリルポ
リマーおよびガム）が温水（６０℃）中で攪拌して膨潤
させられる。プロピレングリコールを入れ、ついで水酸
化ナトリウムを入れる。水酸化ナトリウムでの中和の
後、防腐剤を入れる。オイルと香料を攪拌（ターボミキ
サー）しながら分散させ、滑らかで光沢のあるエマルシ
ョンを得る。
【００４５】３．５％のイソペンタンを含有する加圧エ
アゾール容器内にエマルションを入れる。装置のバルブ
を作動させると、装置は、皮膚に接触するとムースに変
わるクリームの形態の内容物を放出する。

ブを作動させると、装置は、皮膚上でマッサージすると
微小で濃厚かつ滑らかなムースに変わるクリームの形態
の内容物を放出する。

Claims (27)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 （Ａ）少なくとも一の化粧油を含み、組
    成物の全重量に対して少なくとも５重量％の脂肪相と、 （Ｂ）（１）（メタ）アクリル酸アンモニウム；２−ア
    クリルアミド−２−メチルプロパンスルホン酸とその
    塩；（メタ）アクリル酸ジアルキルアミノアルキル、好
    ましくはメタクリル酸ジメチルアミノエチルとその第４
    級塩または酸；ジアルキルアミノアルキル（メタ）アク
    リルアミドとその第４級塩または酸；アルキル基は好ま
    しくはＣ1−Ｃ4、から選択されるエチレン不飽和基を含
    む少なくとも一のカチオンもしくはアニオン性モノマー
    から、およびエチレンポリ不飽和基を含む架橋剤から選
    択される架橋ホモポリマー、（２）エチレン不飽和基を
    含む少なくとも一のカチオンもしくはアニオン性モノマ
    ーから、少なくとも一の非イオン性コモノマーから、お
    よびエチレンポリ不飽和基を含む架橋剤から形成された
    架橋コポリマー、から選ばれる少なくとも一の乳化ポリ
    マーを含むゲル化系、および （Ｃ）水と、を含有する、遅延泡形成圧縮性水中油型エ
    マルションの形態の自己泡形成組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】 ０−１．５重量％の少なくとも一の界面
    活性剤を含有する請求項１記載の組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】 アニオン性モノマーが、（メタ）アクリ
    ル酸、（メタ）アクリル酸アンモニウムおよび２−アク
    リルアミド−２−メチルプロパン−スルホン酸並びにそ
    の塩から選択されることを特徴とする請求項１または２
    に記載の組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】 カチオン性モノマーが、（メタ）アクリ
    ル酸ジアルキルアミノアルキル、好ましくはメタクリル
    酸ジメチルアミノエチル；ジアルキルアミノアルキル
    （メタ）アクリルアミドおよびその第４級塩または酸か
    ら選ばれ、ここでアルキル基は好ましくはＣ1−Ｃ4であ
    ることを特徴とする請求項１ないし３のいずれか１項に
    記載の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】 非イオン性コモノマーがメタクリルアミ
    ド、アクリルアミド，Ｃ10−Ｃ30（メタ）アクリル酸エ
    ステルおよびビニルエステルから選択されることを特徴
    とする請求項１ないし４のいずれか１項に記載の組成
    物。
  6. 【請求項６】 エチレンポリ不飽和基を含む架橋剤が、
    ジビニルベンゼン；テトラアリルオキシエタン；ジアリ
    ルエーテル；ポリアリルポリグリセリルエーテル；エリ
    トリトール、ペンタエリトリトール、アラビトール、ソ
    ルビトールもしくはグルコース等の糖アルコール類のア
    リルエーテル；メチレンビスアクリルアミド、エチレン
    グリコールジ（メチル）アクリラート、ジ（メタ）アク
    リルアミド、シアノメチルアクリラートおよびビニルオ
    キシエチル（メタ）アクリラートもしくはそれらの金属
    塩から選択されることを特徴とする請求項１ないし５の
    いずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】 乳化ポリマーが、 （ａ）多量分としてアクリル酸を、少量分としてＣ10−
    Ｃ30（メタ）アクリル酸エステルを含むコポリマー； （ｂ）部分的もしくは全体的に中和された２−アクリル
    アミド−２−メチルプロパンスルホン酸およびアクリル
    アミドのコポリマー； （ｃ）塩化メチルで第４級化されたジメチルアミノエチ
    ルメタクリラートのホモポリマーもしくは該モノマーと
    アクリルアミドのコポリマー； （ｄ）（メタ）アクリル酸とビニルエステルのコポリマ
    ー；から選択されることを特徴とする請求項１ないし６
    のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  8. 【請求項８】 ゲル化系（Ｂ）が少なくとも一の天然も
    しくは合成の親水性ゲル化剤を含むことを特徴とする請
    求項１ないし７のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  9. 【請求項９】 親水性ゲル化剤が天然もしくは変性ガム
    および親水性合成ポリマーから選択されることを特徴と
    する請求項８記載の組成物。
  10. 【請求項１０】 親水性ゲル化剤が、キサンタンガム、
    カラギーナンとその誘導体、カルボキシビニルポリマー
    から選択されることを特徴とする請求項９記載の組成
    物。
  11. 【請求項１１】 ０．１から２％のゲル化系（Ｂ）を含
    有する請求項１ないし１０のいずれか１項に記載の組成
    物。
  12. 【請求項１２】 ゲル化系（Ｂ）が、最終組成物に対し
    て少なくとも０．０５重量％の少なくとも一の乳化ポリ
    マーを含有する請求項１ないし１１のいずれか１項に記
    載の組成物。
  13. 【請求項１３】 泡形成界面活性剤を少なくとも含有す
    ることを特徴とする請求項１ないし１２のいずれか１項
    に記載の組成物。
  14. 【請求項１４】 泡形成界面活性剤が、２５℃で蒸留水
    中に０．１重量％含む溶液についてロス・マイルズ法に
    よって測定して、１００ｍｍを越える泡高さの泡形成力
    を有していることを特徴とする請求項１３記載の組成
    物。
  15. 【請求項１５】 組成物の全重量に対して５０重量％ま
    での脂肪相を含むことを特徴とする請求項１ないし１４
    のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  16. 【請求項１６】 組成物の全重量に対して５０重量％ま
    での少なくとも一の化粧油を含むことを特徴とする請求
    項１ないし１５のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  17. 【請求項１７】 組成物の全重量に対して５から４０重
    量％、更に好ましくは１０から３０重量％の少なくとも
    一の化粧油を含むことを特徴とする請求項１ないし１６
    のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  18. 【請求項１８】 少なくとも一の鉱水もしくは泉水を含
    むことを特徴とする請求項１ないし１７のいずれか１項
    に記載の組成物。
  19. 【請求項１９】 泉水もしくは鉱水が、ビッテル（Vitt
    el）水、ビシー・ベイズン（Vichy basin）水、ウリア

    ％の少なくとも一の水溶性もしくは油溶性化粧料アジュ
    バントを含有することを特徴とする請求項１ないし１９
    のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  21. 【請求項２１】 加圧容器にバルブを含む分散手段が備
    えられてなり、該容器が推進手段と請求項１ないし２０
    のいずれか１項に記載の組成物を含むエアロゾール装
    置。
  22. 【請求項２２】 推進手段となる０．５から２０％の推
    進ガスと８０から９９．５％の組成物を含むことを特徴
    とする請求項２１記載の装置。
  23. 【請求項２３】 推進手段が、イソペンタン、イソブタ
    ン、およびその混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請
    求項２１または２２に記載の装置。
  24. 【請求項２４】 皮膚および／または髪に適用する化粧
    品組成物としての、請求項１ないし２０のいずれか１項
    に記載の組成物の使用。
  25. 【請求項２５】 皮膚のトリートメントおよび／または
    クレンジングおよび／またはケアのための化粧品組成物
    としての請求項２４記載の使用。
  26. 【請求項２６】 敏感肌のトリートメントおよび／また
