Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.それぞれ内面部と外面部を有し、ベース部材に対してたわむことのできる一 対の垂直アームをもつ細長いベース部材を有するレール・アセンブリーと、 ベアリング・キャリッジ、およびそこから伸び、レール・アセンブリーを収容 するための軸方向溝を区切る内面部と外面部を有し、ベアリング・キャリッジに 対してたわむことのできる一対の垂脚を有するベアリング・キャリッジ・アセン ブリーと、 垂直アームと垂脚との間に複数のロード・ベアリング・トラックを区切るため に垂脚の内面部に位置することができ、それぞれ少なくとも1つのロード・ベア リング・トラックの一部を区切る複数のロード・ベアリング内挿体と、 ロード・ベアリング・トラックに設けられる複数の回転要素とからなることを 特徴とする線形運動ベアリング・アセンブリー。 2.前記ロード・ベアリング内挿体がそれぞれ複数のロード・ベアリング・トラ ックの一部を区切る複数の平行溝を有する請求項1のアセンブリー。 3.さらに、前記垂脚の一端に隣接して形成され、たわみ特性を容易にするため 、垂脚の断面を狭める一対の軸方向凹部からなる請求項1のアセンブリー。 4.さらに、少なくとも1つのロード・ベアリング・トラックの一部を各々区切 り、垂脚の外面部に位置することのできる複数のロード・ベアリング内挿体から なる請求項1のアセンブリー。 5.前記ベアリング・キャリッジがアルミニウム・プラスチックおよび鋼の群か ら選択された機械グレード素材から形成されてなる請求項1のア センブリー。 6.前記レール・アセンブリーのベース部材がアルミニウム・プラスチックおよ び鋼の群から選択された機械グレード素材から形成されてなる請求項1のアセン ブリー。 7.前記ロード・ベアリング内挿体の2つがベアリング・キャリッジに位置し、 ロード・ベアリング内挿体の2つがレール・アセンブリーに位置している請求項 1のアセンブリー。 8.前記レール・アセンブリーに位置している2つのロード・ベアリング内挿体 の各々が、さらに垂直アームの外面部に隣接する面に形成された軸方向溝を有し 、該軸方向溝が内挿体に対する横断たわみを増強する請求項6のアセンブリー。 9.軸方向溝を区切る内面部とレール・アセンブリー内挿体受け構造を区切る外 面部とをそれぞれもち、レール・アセンブリーの長手方向に伸びる一対の実質的 に平行なアーム部材をもつアルミニウム・ベース部材を有する細長いレール・ア センブリーと、 複数のロード・ベアリング・トラックの一部を区切る複数の平行溝をもつ外面 部と、内面部とをもち、平行なアーム部材の外面部に形成された内挿体受け構造 に設けられた複数のレール・アセンブリー・ロード・ベアリング内挿体と、アル ミニウム・ベアリング・キャリッジ、およびそこから伸び、レール・アセンブリ ーを収容するための軸方向溝を区切り、さらにキャリッジ・アセンブリー内挿体 受け構造を有する内面部と対向部とをそれぞれ有する垂脚をもつベアリング・キ ャリッジ・アセンブリーと、 各々が複数のロード・ベアリング・トラックの一部を区切る複数の平行溝を有 し、垂脚の内面部のキャリッジ・アセンブリー内挿体構造に設け られた複数のキャリッジ・ロード・ベアリング内挿体と、 ベアリング・キャリッジ・アセンブリーの荷重の際、ロード・ベアリング内挿 体が最適接触角にたわむようにロード・ベアリング・トラックに設けられた複数 の回転要素とからなる線形運動ベアリング・アセンブリー。 10.前記レール・アセンブリー・ロード・ベアリング内挿体がその内面部に形 成された軸方向溝を有し、該軸方向溝が内挿体のたわみを増強する請求項9のア センブリー。 11.前記回転要素がボールである請求項9のアセンブリー。 12.前記レール・アセンブリー内挿体受け構造がレール・アセンブリー・ロー ド・ベアリング内挿体を受けて保持するように形成され大きさを定められた軸方 向溝である請求項9のアセンブリー。
