Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水素化エラストマーポリマーのラテックスの製造法であって、 (1)ラテックス形態の不飽和ポリマーと、 (a) 酸素、空気及びヒドロペルオキシドからなる群から選択される酸化剤; (b) ヒドラジン及びその水和物から選択される還元剤;並びに (c) 金属イオン活性剤 とを合わせること、 (2)この混合物を0℃からこの混合物の還流温度までの温度に加熱すること、 (3)この混合物を、オゾンがポリマーの残留不飽和と反応して少なくとも一個 のアルデヒド末端基を有するエラストマーポリマーのオゾン処理ラテックスを形 成するのに足る量及び条件下のオゾンで処理すること、 (4)このオゾン処理ラテックスを、エラストマーポリマーのアルデヒド末端基 をオキシム末端基に変換しオキシム化ポリマーラテックスを形成するのに足る量 及び条件下のヒドロキシルアミンで処理すること を含んで成る、前記の方法。 2.前記オキシム化ポリマーラテックスを凝固する請求の範囲第1項に記載の 方法。 3.前記オキシム化ポリマーラテックスを凝固後乾燥させる請求の範囲第2項 に記載の方法。 4.反応させるヒドロキシルアミンの量が1モルのアルデヒド末端基当たり約 1モル〜5モルの範囲内である請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.オゾン処理したラテックスを約50〜75℃の範囲内の温度においてヒド ロキシルアミンで処理する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6.オゾン処理したラテックスを約1/2時間〜5時間の範囲にわたる時間、 ヒドロキシルアミンで処理する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.ヒドロキシルアミンが塩を含まない請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 8.前記ラテックス形態の不飽和ポリマーを、5〜100重量%の共役ジエン モノマー単位及び95〜0重量%のエチレン性不飽和モノマー単位より調製する 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.不飽和ポリマーがNBRである請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 10.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法により製造されるオキシム化ポリマーラ テックス。 11.請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法により製造される乾燥した水素化ゴム。
