Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.先端(26)、該先端(26)の近傍に位置する少なくとも1つの薬剤搬送 用ポート(36)、および、該薬剤搬送用ポート(36)に対して薬剤を供給す るための少なくとも1つの薬剤搬送用管腔(20)を備えるカテーテルシャフト (12)を具備してなり、 前記カテーテルシャフト(12)は、さらに、該カテーテルシャフト(12) 内において、該カテーテルシャフト(12)の前記先端(26)から終点(14 a)までにわたって延在するガイドワイヤ用管腔(14)を備え、 前記終点(14a)は、前記薬剤搬送用ポート(36)よりも基端側に配置さ れており、 前記終点(14a)の近傍には、ガイドワイヤ(28)を前記カテーテルシャ フト(12)から出すための開口(30)が形成されていることを特徴とする薬 剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 2.さらに、前記薬剤搬送用ポート(36)よりも先端側に位置する第1閉塞バ ルーン(22)と、該第1閉塞バルーン(22)に対して流体の流通が可能に連 通している膨張用管腔(18)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の薬 剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 3.さらに、前記薬剤搬送用ポート(36)よりも基端側に位置する第2閉塞バ ルーン(24)を備え、 前記ガイドワイヤ用管腔(14)の前記終点(14a)は、前記第2閉塞バル ーン(24)よりも基端側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の薬剤 搬送用カテーテル(10)。 4.さらに、前記膨張用管腔(18)は、前記第1閉塞バルーン(22)および 前記第2閉塞バルーン(24)に対して、流体の流通が可能に連通していること を特徴とする請求項3記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 5.前記薬剤搬送用管腔(20)に対して流体の流通が可能に連通している複数 の薬剤搬送用ポート(36)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の 薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 6.さらに、前記カテーテルシャフト(12)上に滑りコーティングを備えるこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 7.さらに、前記カテーテルシャフト(12)および前記閉塞バルーン(22、 24)上に滑りコーティングを備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の薬剤搬送 用カテーテル(10)。 8.前記閉塞バルーン(22、24)は、非平坦プラスチックチューブを備える ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 9.前記閉塞バルーン(22、24)は、ブロー成形されていることを特徴とす る請求項3記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 10.さらに、前記カテーテルシャフト(12)の少なくとも一部を通しての血 液流通を可能とするための灌流手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の薬 剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 11.さらに、灌流のために、前記カテーテルシャフト(12)内に、付加的な 管腔(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル( 10)。 12.さらに、前記カテーテルシャフトの壁において、前記閉塞バルーン(22 、24)よりも基端側に、前記付加的な管腔(16)に対して流体の流通が可能 に連通している少なくとも1つの開口を備えることを特徴とする請求項11記載 の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 13.さらに、膨張バルーン(120)と、該膨張バルーン(120)に対して 流体の流通が可能に連通している膨張用管腔(112)と、を備えることを特徴 とする請求項1記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 14.さらに、膨張バルーン(120)と、該膨張バルーン(120)に対して 流体の流通が可能に連通している膨張用管腔(112)と、を備え、 前記膨張バルーン(120)は、前記閉塞バルーン(22、24)どうしの間 に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10 )。 15.前記ガイドワイヤ用管腔(14)は、前記カテーテルシャフトの周縁部近 傍に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10 )。 16.前記付加的な管腔(16)は、テーパ状先端を有していることを特徴とす る請求項12記載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 17.さらに、前記ガイドワイヤ用管腔(14)を通っての血液の灌流を可能と するために、前記ガイドワイヤ用管腔(14)には、前記カテーテルシャフトを 貫通する少なくとも1つのポートが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記 載の薬剤搬送用カテーテル(10)。 18.先端部および先端(26)を有するカテーテルシャフト(210)と; カテーテル(200)の外部へと薬剤を放出するための放出手段と; 該放出手段に対して前記薬剤を搬送するための搬送手段と; 前記カテーテルシャフト(210)の前記先端部内においてガイドワイヤ(2 18)を収容するための収容手段と;を具備してなり、 前記収容手段は、前記ガイドワイヤ(218)を、前記カテーテルシャフト( 210)の外側へと、前記カテーテルシャフト(210)の先端部において出す ための手段を備えていることを特徴とするカテーテル(200)。 19.前記放出手段は、前記カテーテルシャフト(210)の前記先端部におい て、前記搬送手段に対して流体の流通が可能に連通している少なくとも1つのポ ートを備えていることを特徴とする請求項18記載のカテーテル(200)。 20.前記放出手段は、前記カテーテルシャフト(210)の前記先端部に取り 付けられたバルーン(220、230)であり、 前記バルーン(220、230)は、該バルーン(220、230)から前記 カテーテル(200)の外側への前記薬剤の放出を可能とするための複数の開口 を形成し、 前記バルーン(220、230)は、前記搬送手段に対して流体の流通が可能 に連通していることを特徴とする請求項18記載のカテーテル(200)。 21.前記バルーン(220、230)は、薬剤を搬送しつつ、狭窄部位を拡張 させ得るよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項20記載のカテーテル(2 00)。 22.前記バルーン(220、230)は、外層と内層とを備え、 複数の開口が、前記外層に設けられ、 前記外層および内層は、前記搬送手段に対して流体の流通が可能に連通する領 域を画成し、 前記内層は、内部領域を有し、 前記カテーテルシャフトは、さらに、前記内部領域に膨張用流体を搬送するた めの手段を有していることを特徴とする請求項21記載のカテーテル(200) 。 23.前記カテーテルシャフト(210)は、基端部を有し、 前記ガイドワイヤ(218)を収容するための前記収容手段は、前記カテーテ ルシャフト(210)の前記先端部内に管腔を有し、 該管腔は、前記カテーテルシャフト(210)の前記先端近傍に位置しかつ前 記カテーテル(200)の外部に向けて開口する第1端部を有するとともに、 前記管腔は、前記カテーテルシャフトの前記基端部よりも実質的に先端側に位 置する基端部において、前記カテーテルの外部へと開口するアパーチャをもって 終端しており、 前記アパーチャは、前記放出手段よりも基端側に位置していることを特徴とす る請求項18記載のカテーテル(200)。 24.さらに、灌流手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項18記載のカテーテ ル(200)。 25.さらに、閉塞手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項18記載のカテーテ ル(200)。 26.先端部、先端、および基端を備えるカテーテルシャフト(110)と; 該カテーテルシャフト(110)の前記先端部に取り付けられた膨張バルーン (120)と; 前記カテーテルシャフト(110)に対して前記膨張バルーン(120)より も先端側位置に取り付けられた第1閉塞バルーン(122)、および、前記カテ ーテルシャフト(110)に対して前記膨張バルーン(120)よりも基端側位 置に取り付けられた第2閉塞バルーン(124)と; を具備してなり、 前記カテーテルシャフト(110)は、さらに、 前記膨張バルーン(120)と前記閉塞バルーン(122、124)のうちの 少なくとも一方との間において、前記カテーテルシャフト(110)の前記先端 部に設けられた少なくとも1つの薬剤搬送用ポート(130)と、 前記膨張用バルーン(120)に対して流体の流通が可能に連通した少なくと も1つの膨張用管腔(112)と、 前記閉塞用バルーン(122、124)に対して流体の流通が可能に連通した 少なくとも1つの膨らませ用管腔(118)と、 前記薬剤搬送用ポート(130)に対して流体の流通が可能に連通した少なく とも1つの薬剤搬送用管腔(114)と、 前記カテーテルシャフト(110)の前記先端部内に設けられたガイドワイヤ 用管腔(116)と、を備え、 前記ガイドワイヤ用管腔は、前記カテーテルシャフト(110)の前記先端( 134)において前記カテーテルシャフト(110)の外部へと開口する第1開 口(133)、および、前記カテーテルシャフト(110)のうちの前記第2閉 塞バルーン(124)よりも基端側であってかつ前記カテーテルシャフト(11 0)の前記基端部よりも実質的に先端側に位置する前記先端部において前記カテ ーテルシャフト(110)の外部へと開口する第2開口(132)を有し、 これにより、ガイドワイヤ(218)は、前記第1開口(133)を通して前 記カテーテルシャフト(110)内に入ることができ、また、前記第2開口(1 32)を通して前記カテーテルシャフトから出ることができることを特徴とする 膨張型薬剤搬送用カテーテル(100)。 27.前記カテーテルシャフト(110)は、一体物であることを特徴とする請 求項26記載のカテーテル。 28.前記カテーテルシャフト(110)は、前記複数の管腔を形成する複数の チューブから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項26記載のカテーテル。 29.先端部、先端、および基端を備えるカテーテルシャフト(210)と; 該カテーテルシャフトの前記先端部に取り付けられた膨張バルーンと; を具備してなり、 前記膨張バルーンは、外層および内層を有し、 前記内層は、前記カテーテルシャフト(210)近傍に内部領域を形成し、 前記外層および内層は、外部領域を形成し、 前記外層は、複数の開口を有し、 前記カテーテルシャフト(210)は、さらに、前記外側領域に対して流体の 流通が可能に連通した第1管腔、および、前記内側領域に対して流体の流通が可 能に連通した第2管腔と、ガイドワイヤ(218)を収容するために前記カテー テルシャフト(210)の前記先端部内に設けられた第3管腔と、を備え、 前記第3管腔は、前記カテーテルシャフト(210)の前記先端において前記 カテーテルシャフトの外部へと開口する第1開口、および、前記カテーテルシャ フト(210)のうちの前記膨張バルーンよりも基端側であってかつ前記カテー テルシャフト(210)の前記基端部よりも実質的に先端側に位置する前記先端 部において前記カテーテルシャフト(210)の外部へと開口する第2開口を有 し、 これにより、前記ガイドワイヤ(218)は、前記第1開口を通して前記カテ ーテルシャフト内に入ることができ、また、前記第2開口を通して前記カテーテ ルシャフトから出ることができることを特徴とする膨張型薬剤搬送用カテーテル (200)。 30.前記第1管腔は、薬剤を搬送し得るよう構成されており、前記第2管腔は 、膨張用流体を搬送し得るよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項29記載 のカテーテル。 31.先端部、先端、および基端を備えるカテーテルシャフト(310)と; 該カテーテルシャフト(310)の前記先端部に取り付けられた薬剤搬送用バ ルーン(312)と; を具備してなり、 前記薬剤搬送用バルーン(312)は、該バルーン(312)を貫通して延在 する複数のポート(314)を有し、 前記カテーテルシャフト(310)は、さらに、前記薬剤搬送用バルーン(3 12)に対して流体の流通が可能に連通した少なくとも1つの搬送用管腔、およ び、ガイドワイヤ(326)を収容するために前記カテーテルシャフト(310 )の前記先端部内に設けられた管腔(320)と、を備え、 該管腔は、前記カテーテルシャフト(310)の前記先端において前記カテー テルシャフト(310)の外部へと開口する第1開口、および、前記カテーテル シャフト(310)のうちの前記薬剤搬送用バルーン(312)よりも基端側で あってかつ前記カテーテルシャフト(310)の前記基端部よりも実質的に先端 側に位置する前記先端部において前記カテーテルシャフト(310)の外部へと 開口する第2開口を有し、 これにより、前記ガイドワイヤ(326)は、前記第1開口を通して前記カテ ーテルシャフト(310)内に入ることができ、また、前記第2開口を通して前 記カテーテルシャフト(310)から出ることができることを特徴とする薬剤搬 送用カテーテル(300)。 32.さらに、灌流用管腔(330)を具備することを特徴とする請求項31記 載のカテーテル。 33.前記灌流用管腔(330)は、前記カテーテルシャフト(310)の前記 先端から、前記カテーテルシャフト(310)の前記基端までにわたって、延在 していることを特徴とする請求項32記載のカテーテル。 34.前記灌流用管腔(330)は、前記カテーテルシャフト(310)の前記 先端から、前記薬剤搬送用バルーン(312)よりも基端側の終点までにわたっ て延在しており、 前記カテーテルシャフト(310)は、さらに、前記灌流用管腔(330)の 前記終点近傍に位置するとともに、前記灌流用管腔(330)内に血液が入り得 るよう、前記灌流用管腔(330)に連通するように前記カテーテルシャフト( 310)を貫通して延在する少なくとも1つのポートを備えていることを特徴と する請求項32記載のカテーテル。 35.前記灌流用管腔(330)は、テーパ状先端を有していることを特徴とす る請求項34記載のカテーテル。
