Description
上記のように、連結領域14の距離が比較的短いので、連結装置を互いに関連させて動かすのに好都合である。また一方、カテーテル10を固定されたワイヤガイド11の遠位先端部25に向けて前進させることにより、又は、ワイヤガイドがカテーテルを通って側部アクセスポート15/連結領域14を抜け出るまでワイヤガイドを引き戻すことにより、又は、カテーテル前進移動とワイヤガイドの引き抜きの組み合わせにより、その他、体内に留置されたワイヤを介して次の装置によるアクセスをやり易くするためにワイヤガイドを施術部位内(例えば管)に残留させるこのようなすべての好適なやり方により、装置を互いに連結解除するのに十分な距離は確保されている。
Claims (18)
- 患者の体の管腔内の施術部位に複数の医療器具を導入するためのシステムにおいて、
遠位端と近位端の間を伸張するシャフトと、前記シャフトの少なくとも一部に伸張する管孔とを有し、前記管孔は遠位側開口部と近位側開口部の間を伸張する連結領域を備えている、細長い医療器具と、
遠位端と近位端を有するワイヤガイドと、
分離用部材と、を備えており、
前記連結領域に隣接した前記シャフトの側壁は前記ワイヤガイドが横方向に動いて前記側壁を通り抜け易いように分割可能となっており、
前記ワイヤガイドは、前記細長い医療器具の前記遠位端と前記ワイヤガイドの前記遠位端とを前記患者の管腔内に維持したまま、連結位置から連結解除位置まで動かすことができ、前記ワイヤガイドは、前記連結位置にあるときには前記細長い医療器具の前記連結領域を通って伸張し、前記連結解除位置にあるときには前記細長い医療器具の前記連結領域を通らずに伸張しており、
前記分離用部材は、前記ワイヤガイドと係合して、前記連結位置から前記連結解除位置まで前記ワイヤガイドを動かすように構成されているシステム。 - 前記分離用部材は、前記細長い医療器具の前記シャフトに滑動可能に係合された細長い部材を備えており、前記細長い部材は、前記細長い医療器具に対して遠位方向に動かすと、前記ワイヤガイドと係合して、前記連結位置から前記連結解除位置まで前記ワイヤガイドを動かす、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い部材は、前記細長い医療器具の前記管孔を通って滑動可能に配置されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い部材は、前記ワイヤガイドの前記連結領域の管孔内に配置されている部分と係合するようになっている遠位端を備えており、前記細長い部材は、前記細長い医療器具に対して遠位方向に動かすと、前記ワイヤガイドを、前記管孔から、前記シャフトの前記側壁を通り抜けて外に出るようにする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結領域に隣接する前記シャフトの前記側壁は、前記ワイヤガイドが通り抜け易いようにするため、開放溝、割れ目、切れ目、ミシン目、薄い断面、及び比較的弱い材料の内の1つから成っている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記分離用部材は、分離用ワイヤガイドを備えている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い部材は、前記細長い医療器具の前記シャフトの周りに滑動可能に配置されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い部材は、前記ワイヤガイドの前記細長い医療器具の前記近位側開口部から出た部分と係合するようになっており、前記細長い部材は、前記細長い医療器具に対して遠位方向に動かすと、前記ワイヤガイドを、前記管孔から前記シャフトの側壁を通り抜けて外に出るようにする、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結領域に隣接する前記シャフトの前記側壁は、前記ワイヤガイドがそれを通り抜け易いようにするため、開放溝、割れ目、切れ目、ミシン目、薄い断面、及び比較的弱い材料の内の1つから成っている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記分離用部材は、一方の端にループを有する係留紐を備えており、前記係留紐は、前記遠位側開口部を通り前記細長い医療器具の管孔の中へと伸張しており、前記係留紐を前記細長い医療器具の前記管孔を通して近位方向に動かすと、前記ワイヤガイドが前記連結位置から前記連結解除位置に動く、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループは、前記細長い医療器具の前記シャフトに滑動可能に係合され、前記ワイヤガイドの前記細長い医療器具の前記近位側開口部から出た部分と係合している、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループは、前記ワイヤガイドの前記細長い医療器具の前記近位側開口部から出た部分の周りに配置されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結領域に隣接する前記シャフトの前記側壁は、前記ワイヤガイドがそれを通り抜け易いようにするため、開放溝、割れ目、切れ目、ミシン目、薄い断面、及び比較的弱い材料の内の1つから成っている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い医療器具は、近位部に膨張可能なバルーンを有するバルーンカテーテルを備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張可能なバルーンは、前記ワイヤガイドが通り抜け易いようにするため、前記シャフトの連結領域に隣接して溝を備えている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い医療器具は人工器官送出システムを備えており、前記分離用部材を前記人工器官に対して近位方向に動かすと、前記人工器官送出システムに取り付けられた人工器官が展開される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記人工器官の展開は、前記ワイヤガイドが前記連結位置から前記連結解除位置まで動くのと実質的に同時に起きる、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記人工器官送出システムは内側ステント支持部材を備えており、前記分離用部材は、前記内側ステント支持部材を覆って滑動可能に配置されている外側シース部材を備えており、前記外側シース部材は、自己拡張式ステントを、前記人工器官送出システムによって展開されるまで、収縮した送出形態に取り囲んで維持するように作られている、請求項16に記載のシステム。
