Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.肉体組織の切開のためのカテーテル管先は、下記を含む: a)心棒の内側口と外側表面を限定する心棒の壁が、取り付けうれた長く伸び 出された心棒。 b)上記心棒に機械的に接続できる部分と、上記心棒内の伝導体に電気的に接 続できる部分と持って穴目が、多い金属で構成されている電極部分。上記の心棒 の一部の回りを巻き回すように取り付けてある上記電極及び、上記心棒に表をむ けるような内側の表面と心棒に表を向けないような外側の表面を持っている上記 心棒。 c)心棒の内側口から心棒の壁の外側の表面まで伸びている液体流通口を限定 する心棒の壁の構造部分; 心棒の内側口から穴目の多い金属性の電極の内側の表面に液体の流通を可能とす る通口。電極の外側の表面の回りに液体の保護層を作るために、液体の流通口を 通して上記の液体の流れに適するような液体流通口を限定する穴目の多い金属性 電極。 2.穴目の多い金属性の電極は、高熱下された金属物から作られているという 請求項1のカテーテル管先。 3.さらに、上記の穴目の多い金属性電極の近くにある上記の心棒の回りにあ る固体輪状電極、あるいは、上記心棒の内の伝導体に電気的接続がされている上 記の固体輪状電極から構成されている請求項1のカテーテル管先。 4.さらに、上記心棒の上記末端の管先に位置されている管先の電極から構成 されている上記管先電極は、上記心棒内の伝導体に電気的に接続する器が、取り 付けてある請求項1のカテーテル管先。 5.電極の一部分は、曲げやすいプラスチックの心棒の壁が部分的に離された ような穴目の多い金属性輪状電極から構成されている請求項1のカテーテル管先 。 6.穴目の多い金属性の電極部分は、長く伸びた曲げやすい網目のような金属 性物質から構成されている請求項1のカテーテル管先。 7.さらに、カテーテル管先の通して液体の流通率を調整するための送還組織 として使用される温度監視器から構成されている請求項1のカテーテル管先。 8.さらに切開器として構成されている請求項1のカテーテル管先。 9.心筋信号の測定と監視のためのカテーテル管先は、下記によって構成され ている。 a)カテーテルの先端に位置された管先。その管先は、外側の表面がある。 b)生物体と管先との接触を最小にするために管先の内側から管先の外側の表 面の上に液体の流れを向けるような数々の通路を通して管先の内側から発生し、 管先外側表面の部分に液体を流通させ液体の伝流を与えるための管先内に作られ た器具。 c)肉体組織内の電位を測定するために管先の内についた監視器。 10.さらに管先の外側表面の上に、液体を軸線方向に流れるように管先の外 側表面に数々の方向づけた溝が掘られている構成されている請求項9のカテーテ ル管先。 11.さらに、管先の外側表面の上側に、放射状的方向に液体の流れを方向づ けるために方向づけた溝から構成されている請求項9のカテーテル管先。 12.生物的な媒介変数に関する管先を通して液体の流れ率を測定したり及び 、調整する監視器となっている請求項9のカテーテル管先。 13.監視器具の内に液体流通させ液体の流れを与える器具が埋てある請求項 9の管先。 14.心筋信号の測定に使用されるカテーテル管先は、下記のものから構成さ れている。 a)カテーテルの末端の先に付いている管先、内側を持ち穴目の多い物体から 構成されている管先。 b)生物体と管先との接触を最小にするために、管先の回りに液体保護層を加 えるために、管先の内側から管先の外側表面の上に液体の流れを向けるような数 々の通路を通して、管先の内側から発生し、管先外表面の部分に液体を流通させ 、液体の伝流を与えるために管先内に作られた器具。 c)肉体組織内の電位を測定するために管先内の監視器。 15.管先と接触した肉体組織の温度を監視するための管先内にある温度監視 器を構成された請求項14記載のカテーテル管先。 16.管先と温度を監視するため、及び、選定された温度域内に管先の温度を 保つために液体の流れ率を調整するための管先内にある温度監視器から構成され ている請求項14のカテーテル管先。 17.カテーテルの管先の上に生物体の凝固を減少させたりカテーテル管先と 接触している筋肉組織のインピーダンスの増加を減少させたり筋肉組織にエネル ギーの転換を最大させ、その結果、切り口のサイズを大きくすることを可能とす る切開カテーテル。この切開カテーテルは、下記から構成されている。 a)軸への先端、末端の先、中央溝口。 b)外側表面を持っている管先器具。電位を監視すると及び忍耐的組織にエネ ルギーを応用させるためのカテーテルの末端の先に位置づけられた管先器具。 c)管先器にカテーテルを通して液体の流動を供給するカテーテル本体の軸元 に位置づかれている液体源器具。 d)生物体と管先との接触を最小にするために管先器の回りに液体保護層を作 るために管先の中央溝口から管先器の外側表面の上に液体の流れを向けるように 、及び管先器の上に生物体の凝固を減少させ及び、筋肉組織へのエネルギーの転 換の抵抗を減少させる数々の通路を通して液体の流れを方向づける管先内に構成 された器具。 e)肉体組織内の電位を測定するための管先器具の中の監視器。 f)肉体組織にエネルギー及びを効果するための管先器具の中の切開器。切開 器の中に作り出される流体の流れを方向づける器具。 18.RF、レーザー、マイクロ波、超音波、及び、直流とからなるエネルギ ータイプのグループの中から切開器具が、選択される請求項17のカテーテル。 19.切り口のサイズを変えるために、筋肉組織の温度の分布を限定及び、制 御するためのカテーテル内にある制御器から構成されている請求項17のカテー テル。 20.これまでに解説された数々の通路を限定する構成を取り付けられた固体 性金属物資から構成している管先器具とした請求項17の切開カテーテル。 21.液体の流動を方向づける器具は、非常に小さい穴目がある構成となって いる請求項17の切開カテーテル。 22.液体の流動を方向づける器具は、直径が500ミクロン以下の穴口から 構成されている請求項17の切開カテーテル。 23.エネルギーを肉体組織に効果するための切開カテーテル、カテーテルは 、下記の物から構成されている: 軸元の先端、末端の先、少なくとも一つの通路 カテーテルの末端の先の管先、肉体組織に切開エネルギーを効果される際に通し ていく電極が少なくとも一つ含まれた管先、電極には 外側表面がある。 電極を通して数々の液体通路が埋められている電極の回りに、液体保護層を作り 出すために電極の外側表面に通路口から電極を通して、液体を方向づけできるよ うな液体通路及び、通路口及び、数々の液体通路を通して、液体を電極の外側表 面に方向づける液体源。 24.非常に小さい穴目の構造でできている電極として、請求項23のカテー テル。 25.電極を通して、外側に放射線状に方向づけられた数々の洗浄通路を含ん だ液体通路としての請求項23のカテーテル。
