Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フレキシブルな支持構造体(25)を備えた、体管内に配置するためのスペ ースホルダーにおいて、支持構造体(25)が、25℃より低い温度範囲では硬 性でかつ35℃より高い温度範囲では軟性であるエラストマーから成っているこ とを特徴とする、体管内に配置するためのスペースホルダー。 2.支持構造体(25)が少なくとも1本の糸(26)から成り、該糸がそれ自 体によってか、又は少なくとも1本の別の糸と相俟って、安定的に編組されてい る、請求項1記載のスペースホルダー。 3.支持構造体(25)が、機能できる組織の通過成長を可能にするサイズのメ ッシュ(29)を有している、請求項2記載のスペースホルダー。 4.少なくとも1本の別の糸(27)が、形状記憶合金、特にニッケル−チタン 合金から成っている、請求項2又は3記載のスペースホルダー。 5.少なくとも体温では所定限度弾性的なプラスチックから成る中空円筒形の周 壁体(3,6,11,12,19)内に埋め込まれたフレキシブルな支持構造体 (2,5,9,10)を備えた、体管内に配置するためのスペースホルダー(1 ,4, 7,8,17)において、周壁体(3,6,11,12,19)が、25℃より も低い温度範囲では硬性であり、35℃よりも高い温度範囲では軟性であるエラ ストマーから成っていることを特徴とする、体管内に配置するためのスペースホ ルダー。 6.少なくとも体温では所定限度弾性的なプラスチックから成る中空円筒形の周 壁体(3,6,11,12,19)内に埋め込まれたフレキシブルな支持構造体 (2,5,9,10)を備えた、体管内に配置するためのスペースホルダー(1 ,4,7,8,17)において、周壁体(3,6,11,12,19)が、特に ポリウレタンをベースとする形状記憶エラストマーから成っていることを特徴と する、体管内に配置するためのスペースホルダー。 7.支持構造体(2,5,9,10)が複数本の金属線材(2′,5′,9′, 10′,16,18)から構成されている、請求項5又は6記載のスペースホル ダー。 8.金属線材(2′,5′,9′,10′,16,18)が、形状記憶合金、特 にニッケル−チタン合金から成っている、請求項7記載のスペースホルダー。 9.支持構造体(2,5,9,10)が、夫々ジク ザグ状に成形されていて周壁体(3,6,11,12,19)の縦軸線(LA) に対して平行に延びかつ該周壁体(3,6,11,12,19)の周面寄りで互 いにずらされた少なくとも2本の線材(16,18)から形成されており、各線 材(16,18)が少なくとも3つの脚片(13〜15,21〜23)を有し、 該脚片のうち中位の脚片(14,22)が、その両端で夫々境を接し合っている 両脚片(13,15,21,23)と夫々鋭角(α,β)を成している、請求項 5から8までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホルダー。 10.鋭角(α,β)が45°より小さい、請求項9記載のスペースホルダー。 11.鋭角(α,β)が≧45°かつ≦90°である、請求項9記載のスペースホ ルダー。 12.周壁体(19)の周面寄りで互いに隣接した2本の線材(18)が歯列状に 互いに噛み合っている、請求項5から11までのいずれか1項記載のスペースホ ルダー。
