Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 請求項1. 電力入力部を有する電力増幅器と、直流電力供給装置に並列に 接続された複数個のパルス幅変調型のスイッチモード電力変換装置を有し、前記 変換装置の各々は前記増幅器への電力需要をトラッキングし、前記変換装置の装 置の全ては前記電力供給装置からの電流を前記増幅器電力入力に集合的に出力す るものである増幅器電力供給回路。 請求項2. 前記増幅器がブリッジ式タイプである請求項1の増幅器電力供 給回路。 請求項3. 前記増幅器が信号共通に出力端子を有する請求項1の増幅器電 力供給回路。 請求項4. 前記各コンバータ手段が、各コンバータに供給された個々の電 流発生位相選択モードで動作し、これにより出力リップルを最小化し、前記コン バータ手段の総出力電流の有効スイッチング比を増加させることを特徴とする請 求項1の増幅器電力供給回路。 請求項5. 各コンバータ手段がスイッチモード供給出力フィルタを備え、 電力入力部で前記増幅器で要する最高速の電流の出力を行う請求項4の増幅器電 力供給回路。 請求項6. 各コンバータ手段がバック駆動トポロジーを利用したものであ る請求項4の増幅器電力供給回路。 請求項7. 各コンバータ手段が、パルス幅変調駆動信号を受け入れる3つ のスイッチ手段と、前記電力供給の装置の1の端子に接続するために共通の制御 端子を有することとを具備する請求項6の増幅器電力供給回路。 請求項8. 各コンバータ手段が、サンプルデータ入力のデータ比に合わせ て位相をロックする駆動周波数をもつ請求項1の増幅器電力供給回路。 請求項9. 前記増幅器の電力入力需要を検知し、これに応答して各変換手 段に対し前記パルス幅変調駆動信号を発生するパルス幅変調制御手段を備え、こ の制御手段は自走発振器と位相ロック回路を有し、この回路はデータレートクロ ックパルスによって励振される共振回路を有し、前記パルス幅変調スイッチ駆動 信号を発生するに際し前記発振器を同期化させる請求項8の増幅器電力供給回路 。 請求項10. 前記制御手段が、前記発振器によって作られる変調電圧に関 して前記パルス幅変調スイッチ駆動信号を形成する制御電圧を供給するノイズ発 生手段を備え、前記ノイズ発生手段が前記制御手段の1部を形成する供給制御ル ープに入れるランダムノイズ信号を発生し、これにより前記集合出力電流の低い 値で増幅器電力供給回路動作をランダム化させる請求項9の増幅器電力供給回路 。 請求項11. 前記ノイズ発生器がデジタルスードー(Pseudo)ランダ ムタイプである請求項10の増幅器電力供給回路。
