Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.支持体上に機能性ガラス質層を形成する方法であって、 (A)下記一般式(I)で示される少なくとも1種の加水分解され得るシラン SiX4 (I) [式中、ラジカルXは、同一または異なって、加水分解され得る基またはヒドロ キシ基]或いはそれから誘導されるオリゴマー、および (B)下記一般式(II)で示される少なくとも1種のオルガノシラン R1 aR2 bSiX(4-a-b) (II) [式中、R1は、加水分解され得ないラジカルであり、R2は、官能基を有するラ ジカルを示し、Xは、上述の意味を有し、aおよびbは、0、1、2または3の 数値を有し、(a+b)の合計は、1、2または3の数値を有する]或いはそれ から誘導されるオリゴマー、 (A):(B)の重量比は5−50:50−95である、並びに (C)必要に応じて、ガラス形成性元素を含む1種以上の化合物、 の加水分解および重縮合により得られる組成物と、温 度安定な染料および顔料、金属または非金属の酸化物、着色性金属イオン、金属 または金属化合物のコロイド、並びに還元条件下で反応して金属コロイドを形成 し得る金属イオンの群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の機能性担体と混合し、 該機能性担体と混合された組成物を支持体上に付与し、および 形成されたコーティングを熱により高密度化して、ガラス質の層を形成させる ことを特徴とする方法。 2.加水分解され得るシラン(A)としてテトラアルコキシシラン類が使用され ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.オルガノシラン(B)としてエポキシシラン類またはアミノシラン類が使用 されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.前記加水分解および重縮合がゾル−ゲル法の条件下で行われることを特徴と する請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 5.前記加水分解および重縮合が錯生成剤の存在下に行われることを特徴とする 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 6.前記機能性担体としてアゾ染料、分散染料、ペリレ ン染料、トリフェニルメタン染料、バット染料、および蛍光染料;またはフタロ シアニンおよびカーボンブラック顔料からなる群からの温度安定な染料を使用す ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 7.機能性担体として水に可溶な金属塩の形態の着色性金属イオンを使用するこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 8.機能性担体として1〜100nmの粒子径を有するナノ粒子を使用すること を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 9.機能性担体として金属または非金属の酸化物、金属または金属化合物のコロ イド、金属ハロゲン化物、金属炭化物、金属窒化物、金属ヒ化物、金属リン化物 または金属カルコゲナイドを使用することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10.支持体が金属、ガラス、またはセラミックから構成されることを特徴とす る請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 11.コーティングが、必要に応じてそれを乾燥した後に250℃好ましくは4 00℃以上の温度で熱により高密度化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の いずれか1つに記載の方法。
