Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 折畳み屋根を持つ車両の積込み空間へ長い後
方屋根部分を没入可能であり、車両の内部空間への荷物
の格納可能性が改善されるようにする。 【構成】 折畳み屋根２を持つ車両特に２つの部分から
成る折畳み可能な剛性屋根を持つキヤブリオレ１用の積
込み空間装置は、車体の側壁の間に設けられる積込み空
間１０を持ち、この積込み空間１０へ折畳み屋根２の少
なくとも前方屋根部分４が没入可能であり、後方屋根部
分５は、屋根面に対して斜めに傾斜する後壁範囲９を含
んでいる。積込み空間１０は、下側に大きい床範囲１５
を持ち、折畳み屋根２を格納する際この床範囲１５が後
方屋根部分５の後壁範囲９により覆われ、没入される後
方屋根部分５の後壁範囲９より上に、荷物空間１６とし
て利用可能な自由空間が形成される。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、車体の側壁の間に設け
られる積込み空間内に、折畳み屋根の少なくとも後方屋
根部分が没入可能であり、後方屋根部分が屋根面に対し
て斜めに傾斜する後壁範囲を含んでいる、折畳み屋根を
持つ車両、特に２つの部分に折畳み可能な剛性屋根を持
つキヤブリオレ用の積込み空間装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】このような積込み空間装置は、例えば米
国特許第１９４０４４４号明細書から公知である。この
場合後方屋根部分の没入用積込み空間は比較的狭い縦穴
から成り、その断面は後壁範囲の折畳み運動軌道に合わ
されている。これにより折畳み屋根の後方屋根部分は、
後方屋根部分を完全に没入できるようにするため、それ
に応じた小さい長さしか持つていない。後方屋根部分の
構成の際における構造的自由度は、これにより著しく限
定される。
【０００３】公知のキヤブリオレの積込み空間と前部座
席列との間には閉じた中空室があり、手動クランクによ
り揺動可能な後方屋根部分用の伝動装置がこの中空室の
中心に設けられている。従つて側壁上縁より下でキヤブ
リオレの内部空間には、前部座席列から便利に積むこと
ができる荷物片等を収容することは殆どできない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の基礎になつて
いる課題は、積込み空間へ長い後方屋根部分を没入可能
であり、更に車両の内部空間への荷物の格納可能性が改
善されるように、最初にあげた種類の積込み空間装置を
発展させることである。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】この課題を解決するため
本発明によれば、積込み空間がその下側に大きい床範囲
を持ち、折畳み屋根を格納する際この床範囲が後方屋根
部分の後壁範囲により覆われ、没入する後方屋根部分の
後壁範囲より上に、荷物空間として利用可能な自由空間
が形成されている。他の請求項から本発明の有利な構成
が分かる。

【実施例】図面に基いて本発明の実施例を以下に説明す
る。キヤブリオレ１の車体は、２つの部分から成る折畳
み屋根２とロールバー３とを含む屋根構造体を持つてい
る。折畳み屋根２は軽金属又はプラスチツクから成る剛
性屋根として構成され、前方屋根部分としての前方屋根
殻４が後方屋根部分としての後方屋根殻５に関節結合さ
れている。関節結合のため蝶番継手６が用いられて、前
方屋根殻４と後方屋根殻５との間の継ぎ目の範囲に設け
られている。
【０００７】図１に示すように折畳み屋根２の閉じる
際、前方屋根殻４は前窓ガラス７の前枠から始まつて、
横扉内へ没入可能な前方横窓ガラス８のほぼ後縁の所ま
で延びている。前方屋根殻４に同一面をなして続く後方
屋根殻５は、後方へ下降する屋根線の下に、屋根面範囲
を形成し、側方屋根支柱及び後方窓ガラスを持つ後壁範
囲９へ続いている。後壁範囲９は斜め後下方へ傾斜し、
その前にある屋根面範囲に対して鈍角をなしている。
【０００８】閉じた折畳み屋根２の後壁範囲９は、ロー
ルバー３の側方支柱を互いにつなぐ横湾曲片により一部
覆われる。これらの側方支柱は、後壁範囲９の側方で車
体の側壁上に直立して取付けられている。
【０００９】ロールバー３の長い脚を持つ側方支柱の間
には、車体の側壁の間にある積込み空間１０の開口が設
けられ、この開口を通して比較的長い後方屋根殻５が積
込み空間１０へ没入可能である。折畳み屋根２を閉じる
際積込み空間１０が２つの補助席用の場所を与えること
ができるようにするため、この積込み空間１０内に後部
座席１１が使用位置に保持され、この後部座席１１はク
ツシヨン部分と背もたれ部分とを含んでいる。後方屋根
殻５の没入のため積込み空間１０をあけるために、後部
座席１１は解錠可能であり、その背もたれ部分がまずク
ツシヨン部分上へ下方揺動可能であり、それから後部座
席１１が前部座席１２の後の急峻に直立する位置へ前方
揺動可能である（図２参照）。従つて積込み空間１０
は、後部座席１１の直立するクツシヨン部分の下側によ
り前方を区画され、クツシヨン部分は車体の側壁上縁よ
り下に離れた所で終つている。
【００１０】さて解錠により前方屋根殻４を前窓ガラス
７の枠から外した後、折畳み屋根２が格納位置へ畳み込
まれる。その際積込み空間１０へ没入可能な後方屋根殻
５は、後壁範囲９に対して前方へずれた所にある水平な
車両横軸線１３の周りに、円軌道上を精確に揺動せしめ
られる。その際蝶番継手６を介して連行される前方屋根
殻４は、屈曲部を持つ案内レバー対１４により、前方屋
根殻４が平行移動するように下降案内される。
【００１１】没入運動中に後方屋根殻５は、車両横軸線
１３の周りに全部で約１３０°の角だけ下方へ揺動せし
められ、それから前方屋根殻４が積込み空間１０の開口
を蓋状に覆う。後方屋根殻５のこの大きい揺動角のた
め、その後壁範囲９は、積込み空間１０の下方を区画す
る車両床の大きい床範囲より上に僅か離れてほぼ水平に
なつている。従つて格納される後方屋根殻５の後壁範囲
９より上には、大きい自由空間が形成されて、キヤブリ
オレ１のトランク室に加えて荷物空間１６として利用さ
れる。
【００１２】荷物による後壁範囲９の損傷を防止し、大
きい平らな載置面を得るため、後壁範囲９から適当に離
れて、荷物棚板として役立つ底板１７が、鎖錠される後
部座席１１のクツシヨン部分の下側から後方へ張出して
いる。この底板１７は、その前縁に沿つて、蝶番継手１
８を介してクツシヨン部分に支持され、図示した使用位
置で、この使用位置を越えて下方へ揺動するのを防止さ
れている。底板１７が僅か前下方へ傾斜するこの使用位
置を確保するため、底板１７の側方に張られる引張り手
段としての２つの引張り綱１９が設けられ、斜め前上方
へ延びて、底板１７の後端範囲を、後部座席１１のクツ
シヨン部分にある懸架点に結合している。ベルト、ワイ
ヤロープ、又は他の伸びない引張り手段とすることがで
きる引張り綱１９は、底板１７の側方に延びているた
め、底板１７上の荷物が側方へ滑るのを防止することが
できるので、特に好都合である。これらの引張り綱は、
使用位置への後部掛席１１の戻し揺動の前に底板１７が
後部座席１１のクツシヨン部分の下又は後へ上方揺動す
るのを殆ど妨げることがない。
【００１３】荷物空間１６の高さ及び長さは大きく設計
されて、２つのトランク２０を横にして前後に置くこと
ができるようになつている。トランク２０又は類似の荷
物の位置を更に荷物スパイダ２１又は類似な荷物固定装
置により固定できることは明らかである。この場合荷物
スパイダ２１の機能を、取扱いを容易にするため、巻取
りブラインド装置のブラインド帯が引受けることができ
る。
【００１４】荷物空間１６の荷物が外からわからないよ
うにするため、後部座席１１のクツシヨン部分の上側と
前方屋根殻４の下側と車体の側壁との間に細長い見通し
開口が、不透明な遮蔽手段により覆われる。遮蔽手段と
して巻取りブラインド装置を設けるのがよく、その巻取
りローラ２２は後部座席１１のクツシヨン部分の後端面
に沿つて設けられている。ばね荷重を受ける巻取りロー
ラ２２から落下棒にあるブラインド帯２３が引上げら
れ、それから落下棒が前方屋根殻４の前端面にかぎで取
付けられる。落下棒を外した後、ブラインド帯はその巻
取られた不動作位置へ戻される。従つて後部座席１１を
使用位置へ戻した後に巻取りブラインド装置も連行さ
れ、後部座席１１を前へ折畳む際巻取りブラインド装置
が再び自動的に見通し開口の下の準備位置へ達する。
【００１５】場合によつては、巻取りローラ２２及び荷
物スパイダ２１として役立つブラインド帯の巻取りロー
ラを共通なハウジング内に設け、それにより二重巻取り
ブラインド装置とすることも考えられる。
【００１６】荷物空間１６に収容される荷物の盗難防止
を更に確実にするため、不使用位置にある後部座席１１
及び蓋として作用する前方屋根殻４の鎖錠装置を、場合
によつては共通の錠によつて閉めることができ、その際
錠が揺動拘束のため案内レバー対１４の一方又は両方の
案内腕へ作用することができる。更に拘束可能なスナツ
プ留め金等により、ブラインド帯２３の落下棒を前方屋
根殻４の前端面に固定することも可能である。
【００１７】荷物空間１６への積込み又は荷出しを便利
に行うことができるようにするため、図３に示すよう
に、前部座席の背もたれが公知のように前方へ折畳み可
能にされる。更に折畳み屋根２の開閉の際通過する折畳
み屋根２の拘束中間位置も設けられ、この位置で前方屋
根殻４は上方に離れた所で積込み空間１０を一部覆つて
いる。

Claims (11)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 車体の側壁の間に設けられる積込み空間
    内に、折畳み屋根の少なくとも後方屋根部分が没入可能
    であり、後方屋根部分が屋根面に対して斜めに傾斜する
    後壁範囲を含んでいるものにおいて、積込み空間（１
    ０）がその下側に大きい床範囲（１５）を持ち、折畳み
    屋根（２）を格納する際この床範囲（１５）が後方屋根
    部分（５）の後壁範囲（９）により覆われ、没入する後
    方屋根部分（５）の後壁範囲（９）より上に、荷物空間
    （１６）として利用可能な自由空間が形成されているこ
    とを特徴とする、折畳み屋根を持つ車両用の積込み空間
    装置。
  2. 【請求項２】 折畳み屋根（２）を格納する際積込み空
    間（１０）の上方へ向く開口が、前方屋根部分（４）に
    より広範囲に覆われ、この前方屋根部分（４）により荷
    物空間（１６）が上方を区画されていることを特徴とす
    る、請求項１に記載の積込み空間装置。
  3. 【請求項３】 荷物空間（１６）の下方区画側が、間隔
    をおいて後壁範囲（９）を覆う荷物棚板（１７）である
    ことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の積込み空間装置。
  4. 【請求項４】 荷物棚板が、荷物空間（１６）の前に設
    けられる保持部材から後方へ張出す底板（１７）として
    構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項３に記載の積
    込み空間装置。
  5. 【請求項５】 底板（１７）が上方へ折畳み可能に保持
    部材に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項４に記
    載の積込み空間装置。
  6. 【請求項６】 底板（１７）と保持部材との間に、底板
    （１７）の下方揺動により引張り位置へ移行可能な引張
    り手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項５に
    記載の積込み空間装置。
  7. 【請求項７】 積込み空間（１０）が後部座席範囲であ
    り、その後部座席（１１）が前方へ不使用位置へ折畳み
    可能であり、後部座席の構成部分が荷物空間（１６）の
    前方区画壁を形成することを特徴とする、請求項１に記
    載の積込み空間装置。
  8. 【請求項８】 折畳み屋根（２）の格納の際前方屋根部
    分（４）の前端と荷物空間（１６）の前方区画壁との間
    に、遮蔽手段（２３）により覆うことができる細長い見
    通し開口が存在することを特徴とする、請求項２に記載
    の積込み空間装置。
  9. 【請求項９】 遮蔽手段として、巻取りローラ（２２）
    から繰出し可能なブラインド帯（２３）が設けられてい
    ることを持徴とする、請求項８に記載の積込み空間装
    置。
  10. 【請求項１０】 巻取りローラ（２２）が見通し開口の
    下辺に沿つて設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項
    ９に記載の積込み空間装置。
  11. 【請求項１１】 巻取りブラインド装置が、巻取りロー
    ラ（２２）のほかに、荷物スパイダ（２１）の代りに利
    用可能なブラインド帯を巻付けることができる別の巻取
    りローラを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項９に記
    載の積込み空間装置。
