Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 太陽歯車を備えた太陽歯車構成体と、 環状歯車を備えた環状歯車構成体と、 遊星キャリアに取り付けられとともに前記太陽歯車および前記環状歯車の間に介 在され、かつこれらに噛合する複数の遊星歯車を備えた遊星歯車構成体と、を備 えた遊星歯車列と、 トルク伝達機構と、 を備え、 前記太陽歯車構成体,環状歯車構成体および遊星歯車構成体のうちの1つが、 駆動源からのトルクを受ける入力歯車構成体であるとともに、前記太陽歯車構成 体,環状歯車構成体および遊星歯車構成体の残りのうち少なくとも1つが、被駆 動部にトルクを伝達する出力歯車構成体であり、 前記トルク伝達機構が、トルク伝達機構と遊星歯車構成体との間に機械的に介 在される複数の連結部によって遊星歯車構成体に連結される第1の端部を有し、 各連結部が、少なくとも径方向軸を中心として回転可能であることを特徴とする ブレード推進部の歯車駆動システム。 2. 前記遊星キャリアを駆動する合成駆動力と、前記遊星キャリアの回転連結 部に作用する合成反力とが軸方向で一致するように、前記回転連結部が遊星キャ リアに対して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車駆動システム。 3. 前記太陽歯車構成体が入力歯車構成体であり、前記遊星歯車構成体が出力 歯車構成体であり、前記環状歯車構成体が太陽歯車構成体および遊星歯車構成体 に対して静止していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車駆動システム。 4. 前記太陽歯車構成体が入力歯車構成体であり、前記環状歯車構成体が出力 歯車構成体であり、前記遊星歯車構成体が太陽歯車構成体および環状歯車構成体 に対して静止していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車駆動システム。 5. 前記太陽歯車構成体が入力歯車構成体であり、前記環状歯車構成体および 遊星歯車構成体が出力歯車構成体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車 駆動システム。 6. 前記遊星歯車構成体が、前記キャリアに連結されるとともに遊星歯車を回 転可能に支持する複数の遊星歯車ジャーナル軸を有することを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の歯車駆動システム。 7. 前記連結部が、球面軸受を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車 駆動システム。 8. 前記トルク伝達機構の第1の端部に、内部にほぼ軸方向に沿った第1孔が 貫通形成されてなる複数のアームが設けられ、 前記各球面軸受が、 前記遊星キャリアに支持されてこの遊星キャリアに対して静止したハウジングと 、第2の孔を有するとともに前記ハウジング内に保持され、少なくとも径方向軸 を中心として回転可能な玉と、 各第1孔および各第2孔内を貫通して延び、対となるナットにより保持され、前 記トルク伝達機構を遊星キャリアに連結する取付ボルトと、 を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の歯車駆動システム。 9. 前記トルク伝達機構の第1の端部に複数のアームが設けられ、各アームが それぞれ径方向に貫通して延びる孔を有し、 前記遊星キャリアが、対応する径方向に延びる複数の孔を有し トラニオンが、前記径方向に延びる孔および前記対応する径方向に延びる孔を 径方向に貫通して延び、前記トルクフレームと前記キャリアを回転可能に連結す るよう径方向に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車駆動システム 。 10. 前記太陽歯車構成体と前記環状歯車構成体と前記遊星歯車構成体とが二 重はすば歯車であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車駆動システム。 11. トルク入力源により駆動される太陽歯車を備えた太陽歯車構成体と、 太陽歯車に対して静止した環状歯車を備えた環状歯車構成体と、 ジャーナル軸により遊星キャリアに取り付けられとともに太陽歯車 および環状歯車の間に機械的に介在され、合成駆動力によって遊星キャリアが回 転駆動されるように太陽歯車および環状歯車に噛合する複数の遊星歯車を備えた 遊星歯車構成体と、 を備えた遊星歯車列と、 被駆動部を駆動するためのトルク伝達機構と、 複数の連結部と、 を備え、 前記トルク伝達機構が、中心軸を中心として回転可能であるとともに、複数の アームが設けられた第1の端部と、回転体に連結する第2の端部とを有し、 前記複数の連結部が、キャリアに対して周方向に沿って配置されるとともに、 少なくとも径方向軸を中心として回転可能に遊星キャリアをアームに連結してお り、 各連結部を介してキャリアに合成反力が作用し、 前記遊星歯車の軸方向中間位置において前記合成反力と前記合成駆動力との軸方 向が一致し、前記キャリアにねじりたわみが作用することなく、前記キャリアか らアームに前記合成駆動力が伝達されるように、前記連結部が前記キャリアに対 して配置されていることを特徴とするブレード推進部の歯車駆動システム。 12. トルク入力源により駆動される太陽歯車を備えた太陽歯車構成体と、 前記太陽歯車に対して静止した環状歯車を備えた環状歯車構成体と、 ジャーナル軸により遊星キャリアに取り付けられとともに太陽歯車 および環状歯車の間に機械的に介在され、合成駆動力によって遊星キャリアが回 転駆動されるように太陽歯車および環状歯車に噛合する複数の遊星歯車を備えた 遊星歯車構成体と、 を備えた遊星歯車列と、 被駆動部を駆動するためのトルク伝達機構と、 複数の連結部と、 を備え、 前記トルク伝達機構が、中心軸を中心として回転可能であるとともに、複数の アームが設けられた第1の端部と、回転体に連結する第2の端部とを有し、 前記複数の連結部が、キャリアに対して周方向に沿って配置されるとともに、 少なくとも径方向軸を中心として回転可能に遊星キャリアをアームに連結し、 各連結部を介してキャリアに合成反力が作用し、 前記連結部が、前記中心軸に垂直な共有面内において、前記キャリアに対して所 定の軸方向の位置に配置され、前記遊星歯車の軸方向中間位置において、前記キ ャリアにねじりたわみが作用することなく、前記キャリアからアームに前記合成 駆動力が伝達されることを特徴とするブレード推進部の歯車駆動システム。 13. 太陽歯車構成体が駆動源からのトルクを受ける入力歯車構成体であり、 環状歯車構成体が被駆動部にトルクを与える出力歯車構成体であり、遊星歯車構 成体が静止体であり、トルク伝達機構の第2の端部が非回転支持構造に連結して いることを特徴とする請求 項11に記載の歯車駆動システム。 14. 太陽歯車構成体が駆動源からのトルクを受ける入力歯車構成体であり、 環状歯車構成体が被駆動部にトルクを与える出力歯車構成体であり、遊星キャリ アが静止体であり、トルク伝達機構の第2の端部が非回転支持構造に連結してい ることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の歯車駆動システム。
