Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を間接的に加熱する第一の加熱装置(20 )及び空気を供給することによって熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を直接的に 加熱する第二の加熱装置(22、22a)を備え、さらにこの廃棄物(A)を低 温乾留ガス(s)と固形の熱分解残留物(r)とに変換する熱分解炉(8)と、 低温乾留ガス(s)及び/又は固形の熱分解残留物(r)を燃焼する高温炉(3 2)とを備えた廃棄物熱処理設備の運転方法において、 a)廃棄物(A)の基本加熱を第一の加熱装置(20)により行い、 b)需要に応じた補助加熱を第二の加熱装置(22、22a)を介して、空気( l’)を熱分解炉(8)の内部室に導入することによって行う ことを特徴とする廃棄物熱処理設備の運転方法。 2.空気(l’)が熱分解炉(8)の内部室に、低温乾留ガス(s)の温度(T s)がほぼ一定となるように制御されて導入されることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の運転方法。 3.空気(l’)が熱分解炉(8)の廃棄物出口範囲に導入されることを特徴と する請求項1又は2記載の運転方法。 4.第一の加熱装置(20)が熱分解炉(8)の内部室を貫通する加熱管(10 )を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の運転方法。 5.廃棄物(A)の基本加熱に a)エネルギー担体(b)により別個に作られる、及び/又は b)廃熱として高温炉(32)から取り出される 熱エネルギーが使用される ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の運転方法。 6.熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を間接的に加熱する第一の加熱装置(20 )及び空気を供給することによって熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を直接的に 加熱する第二の加熱装置(22、22a)を備え、さらにこの廃棄物(A)を低 温乾留ガス(s)と固形の熱分解残留物(r)とに変換する熱分解炉(8)と、 低温乾留ガス(s)及び/又は固形の熱分解残留物(r)を燃焼する高温炉(3 2)とを備えた廃棄物熱処理設備であって、特に請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の 運転方法を実施するための設備において、 第一の加熱装置(20)が空気(l)及びエネルギー担体(b)が供給される少 なくとも1つの燃焼装置(46)を有する(図1) ことを特徴とする廃棄物熱処理設備。 7.燃焼装置(46)が加熱循環回路に、好ましくはブロワ(52)とともに挿 入されている(図1)ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の設備。 8.熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を間接的に加熱する第一の加熱装置(20 )及び空気を供給することによって熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を直接的に 加熱する第二の加熱装置(22、22a)を備え、さらにこの廃棄物(A)を低 温乾留ガス(s)と固形の熱分解残留物(r)とに変換する熱分解炉(8)と、 低温乾留ガス(s)及び/又は固形の熱分解残留物(r)を燃焼する高温炉(3 2)とを備えた廃棄物熱処理設備であって、特に請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の 運転方法を実施するための設備において、 第一の加熱装置(20)が高温炉(32)に配置されている熱交換器(70)を 有する(図2) ことを特徴とする廃棄物熱処理設備。 9.熱交換器(70)が加熱循環回路に、好ましくはブロワ(52)とともに挿 入されている(図2)ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の設備。 10.熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を間接的に加熱する第一の加熱装置(2 0)及び空気を供給することによって熱分解炉(8)内の廃棄物(A)を直接的 に加熱する第二の加熱装置(22、22a)を備え、さらにこの廃棄物(A)を 低温乾留ガス(s)と固形の熱分解残留物(r)とに変換する熱分解炉(8)と 、低温乾留ガス(s)及び/又は固形の熱分解残留物(r)を燃焼する高温炉( 32)とを備えた廃棄物熱処理設備であって、特に請求項1乃至5の1つに記載 の運転方法を実施するための設備において、 第一の加熱装置(20)が高温炉(32)に配置されている過熱器(82)に接 続されている蒸気・空気予備加熱器(80)を有する(図3) ことを特徴とする廃棄物熱処理設備。 11.蒸気・空気予備加熱器(80)が加熱循環回路に、好ましくはブロワ(5 2)とともに挿入されている(図3)ことを特徴とする請求項10記載の設備。 12.蒸気・空気予備加熱器(80)の蒸気温度(Td)の制御に煙道ガス制御 回路(84)が設けられている(図3)ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11記 載の設備。 13.第二の加熱装置(22、22a)が少なくとも1つの空気ノズル(54、 54a)を有し、その空気の流れ(l’)が調節器(64)、好ましくは低温乾 留ガス温度制御器を介して制御可能である(図1乃至図3)ことを特徴とする請 求項6乃至12の1つに記載の設備。 14.調節器(64)が、取り出し装置(24)から出る低温乾留ガス配管(2 9)に配置されている温度センサ(60)に接続されていることを特徴とする請 求項13記載の設備。 15.調節器(64)が出力側に、熱分解炉(8)の内部室への空気の流れ(l ’)を制御するために設けられている制御弁(66)に接続されていることを特 徴とする請求項13又は14記載の設備。
