Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.軸受けエレメントがガイドレールの走行面に支承されていて、かつ、両端面 の少なくとも一方に、軸受けエレメント内に潤滑材を抑止するために端部範囲で 走行面に接触するワイパを備えている、直動軸受けエレメントにおいて、軸受け エレメント(1)に又は軸受けエレメント(1)内に、潤滑材用の少なくとも1 つの調量弁(13)が配置されていて、この調量弁が流入側で供給導管(9)に 接続されかつ流出側で軸受け範囲(2)又は走行面(4)に接続されていること を特徴とする、直動軸受けエレメント。 2.調量弁(13)が、軸受けエレメント(1)の端面に固定されたアダプタ体 (6,30)内又はアダプタ体(6,30)に配置されている、請求項1記載の 軸受けエレメント。 3.調量弁(13)用のそれぞれ1つのチャンバが袋孔としてアダプタ体(6, 30)内に構成されている、請求項2記載の軸受けエレメント。 4.調量弁(13)に接続される軸受け範囲(2)が、軸受けエレメント(1) の1つの支持体(29)及び2つの偏向体(21)内に設けられた転動体循環路 として構成されている、請求項1記載の軸受けエレメント。 5.調量弁(13)が支持体(29)内に配置されている、請求項4記載の軸受 けエレメント。 6.調量弁(13)が両偏向体(21)の一方内に配置されている、請求項4記 載の軸受けエレメント。 7.それぞれのアダプタ体(6,30)がガイドレール(5)を取り囲むほぼU 字形横断面の構成部材として構成されていて、この構成部材内に調量弁(13) を備えた多数のチャンバ(12)が配置されている、請求項2記載の軸受けエレ メント。 8.ワイパ(7,31)がプレート状の構成部材として構成されかつアダプタ体 (6,30)と軸受けエレメント(1)との間に配置されている、請求項2記載 の軸受けエレメント。 9.ワイパ(7,31)が軸受けエレメント(1)とは反対側のアダプタ体(6 ,30)の端面に配置されている、請求項2記載の軸受けエレメント。 10.ワイパ(7)内に流過開口(20)が配置されていて、この流過開口を介し て調量弁(13)が流出側で、軸受けエレメント(1)とガイドレール(5)と によって形成された軸受け範囲(2)に接続されている、請求項2記載の軸受け エレメント。 11.調量弁(13)が、軸方向で相前後して配置された範囲、つまり流入開口( 14)、配量室(15)、排出室(16)及び流出開口(17)を備えたスリー ブ状の構成部材として構成されている、請求項1 記載の軸受けエレメント。 12.調量弁(13)がアダプタ体(6)のチャンバ内部で、チャンバ(12)の 流入範囲をチャンバ(12)の排出範囲から分離するシールリング(23)によ って取り囲まれている、請求項3記載の軸受けエレメント。 13.調量弁(13)が軸線を平行にして並置されたスリーブ状の2つの構成部材 から構成されていて、この場合、相前後して一方の構成部材内に流入開口及び配 量室が配置されかつ他方の構成部材内に排出室及び流出開口が配置されていて、 かつ、構成部材が配量室及び排出室用の端面側の接続部を有している、請求項1 記載の軸受けエレメント。 14.アダプタ体(30)内に調量弁(13)用のチャンバ(12)と供給導管( 9)との間で、潤滑材用の分配通路(10)が配置されていて、この分配通路が アダプタ体(30)の受容孔内に適合して嵌め込まれた交換スリーブ(38)の 環状溝(37,39)を介して互いに接続されている、請求項3記載の軸受けエ レメント。 15.交換スリーブ(38)が、軸方向間隔を置いて相前後して配置された交換ス リーブ外表面から出発する多数の環状溝、つまり1つの大きな環状溝(37)及 び2つの小さな環状溝(39)を有している、請求項14記載の軸受けエレメン ト。 16.アダプタ体(30)内に差し嵌められた交換スリーブ(38)の所定の位置 で大きな環状溝(37)がアダプタ体(30)の孔(36)を介して外部に開放 されている、請求項15記載の軸受けエレメント。
