Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. スロットルフラップ管片を備えたスロットル装置であって、該スロットル フラップ管片が吸気通路を有しており、該吸気通路を貫いて、スロットルフラッ プ管片において2つの軸受装置を用いて支承された調節軸が延びており、該調節 軸が、回転軸線を中心にして回転可能に、吸気通路を制御するスロットル部材と 結合されている形式のものにおいて、スロットルフラップ管片(2)がプラスチ ック射出成形品として構成されており、該プラスチック射出成形品に、リング状 の挿入部材(56)が吸気通路(3)に対して直角に埋め込まれており、該挿入 部材(56)が、L字形に曲げられた接続板(70)を有しており、該接続板( 70)を貫いて調節軸(8)が延びていて、接続板(70)の、スロットル部材 (4)とは反対側の各1つの接続板面(76)が、軸受装置(53,54)の、 スロットル部材(4)に向けられた軸受端面(58,59)に接触していること を特徴とするスロットル装置。 2. 挿入部材(56)が主として、吸気通路(3)に対して直径方向に配置さ れた2つのリング片(63)と、該リング片(63)に一体に結合された2つの 溝状の折畳み部分(65)とから成っている、請求項1記載のスロットル装置。 3. 接続板(70)が、L字形に折畳み部分(65)の底面(71)から、リ ング片(63)を含む平面(67)を越えて延びている、請求項2記載のスロッ トル装置。 4. 挿入部材(56)が接続板(70)の縁部面(78)で、軸受装置(53 ,54)の周面(80)と堅く結合されている、請求項1又は3記載のスロット ル装置。 5. 挿入部材(56)の接続板(70)が溶接によって、軸受装置(53,5 4)と結合されている、請求項4記載のスロットル装置。 6. 挿入部材(56)が金属薄板部品として構成されている、請求項1記載の スロットル装置。 7. 挿入部材(56)がプラスチック部品として構成されている、請求項1記 載のスロットル装置。 8. 挿入部材(56)が水平軸線(39)に対して傾斜角αをもって傾けられ て、吸気通路(3)に対して直角に、スロットルフラップ管片(2)に挿入され ており、この場合傾斜角αが、アイドリング位置におけるスロットルフラップ( 4)の傾斜にほぼ相当している、請求項1記載のスロットル装置。 9. 傾斜角αがほぼ4〜8゜である、請求項8記載のスロットル装置。 10.挿入部材(56)が、押込成形部(88,91)である溝状の凹設部を有 している、請求項1記載の スロットル装置。 11.挿入部材(56)が主として、吸気通路(3)に対して直径方向に配置さ れた2つのリング片(63)と、該リング片(63)に一体に結合された溝状の 2つの折畳み部材63とから成っており、押込成形部(88,91)が半割シェ ル状に配置されていて、リング片(63)の内周面(68)に対してほぼ平行に 延びている、請求項10記載のスロットル装置。 12.押込成形部(88,91)の内側の制限面(89,92)が、リング片( 63)の内周面(68)の近傍に配置されている、請求項11記載のスロットル 装置。 13.押込成形部(88,91)がリング片(63)の周方向において、折畳み 部分(65)のところまで延びている、請求項11記載のスロットル装置。
