Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.好ましくは90゜の角度で互いに向かって傾斜されるケースの平らな 外面に通じる外方溝を有するケースを形成する押出し成形材の長手方向に延びる 円筒状貫通開口を有し、かつ前記平らな外面から出発する孔が前記ケースに設け られ、その周面が前記押出し成形材の長手方向に延びる前記貫通開口の外部を横 切る、とくにマイター、例えばウオームギヤ用ギヤボックスケースにおいて、前 記溝(3)がアンダーカツトにより、とくにT形状、台形状またはあり継ぎ形状 を有し、前記外面(4、5、6、7)に位置する前記溝(3)の開口(9)が溝 断面の最小幅を有することを特徴とするギヤホックスケース。 2.ギヤボックス内のギヤが前記貫通開口内に、かつ、ピニオン(ウオー ム)が前記押出し成形材の外面の1つから出ている孔に配置される、請求の範囲 第1項に記載のケースを有する、マイターとくにウオームギヤにおいて、前記ピ ニオン(ウオーム)(11)を有する軸(12)に関して軸受、とくにローラ軸 受(13)が前記押出し成形材にフランジでとめられるケース(14)内に設け られかつ前記フランジ(15)が前記の孔(8)から出る外面(7)に隣接し、 そして前記軸受を有するケース(14)がフランジモータ(16)のケースであ り、該フランジモータのロータ軸(17)がその自由端に前記ピニオン(ウオー ム)(11)を支持するかまたは前記ピニオン軸が軸受ケース(14)を貫通し 、前記押出し成形材により形成されるケース(2)内に第2の、特に針軸受(1 8)として形成されるピニオン軸の軸受位置が前記ケースの袋孔として形成され た孔(8)に続いて配置される(第1図および第2図)ことを特徴とするマイタ ー、とくにウオームギヤ。 3.ギヤを支持する軸の軸受に関して前記ギヤの両側にそれぞれローラ、 例えば球軸受として形成される軸受が設けられ、各軸受(19)が前記押出し成 形材の前記貫通開口(1)に挿入されたブッシュ(29)に配置されるかまたは それらが滑り軸受を形成する(第3図および第4図)ことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第2項記載のマイター、とくにウオームギヤ。 4.各ブッシュ(20)がそれに配置されたローラ軸受(19)を介して 前記貫通開口(1)内に保持され、前記ローラ軸受(19)の前記外方リング( 21)が前記ブッシュ(20)の肩部(22)にかつ前記ローラ軸受(19)の 内方リング(23)が前記ギヤ軸(24)のリング溝に挿入されたバネ(25) に隣接する(第3図)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載のマイター、とく にウオームギヤ。 5.前記ブッシュ(20)が、各々2つの前記ブッシュ(20)内に互い に配置された軸方向孔(27)を貫通する、多数の、とくに3本の取付ボルト( 26)により互いに向かい合って緊張せしめられる(第4図)ことを特徴とする 請求の範囲第3項に記載のマイター、とくにウオームギヤ。 6.取付ボルト(26)を収容する孔(27)が外方に弾力的に変形可能 な材料、とくに合成樹脂からなる円板(28)により密封されかつ該円板がネジ 頭部(29)またはナツト(30)と前記ブッシュ(20)に隣接する外面(3 1)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載のマイター、と くにウオームギヤ。 7.円筒状貫通開口(1)が前記押出し成形材の両前面から出て加工され 、該加工された部分間に未加工の中間部分が残り、前記加工および未加工部分と の間の部分に前記ギヤ(10)の軸受(32)用の当接面として役立つ肩部(3 4)が存在する(第5図)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載 のマイター、とくにウオームギヤ。
