Abstract
Изобретение касается картера коробки передач, в частности для угловой передачи, например, червячной передачи, с сквозным отверстием 1, имеющим форму кругового цилиндра, которое проходит в продольном направлении прессованного профиля, образующего картер 2, имеющий снаружи пазы 3, которые впадают в плоские наружные поверхности 4, 5, 6, 7 картера, наклоненные относительно друг друга под углом, преимущественно 90, причем, исходя из одной из плоских наружных плоскостей в картере 2 выполнено отверстие 8, окружная поверхность которого пересекает боковую поверхность сквозного отверстия, проходящего в продольном направлении прессованного профиля. При этом пазы 3 имеют подрезы, которые выполнены, в частности, Т-образной трапецеидальной формы или имеют форму "ласточкиного хвоста", причем отверстие 9 паза 3, расположенное в наружных поверхностях 4, 5, 6, 7, имеет минимальный просвет поперечного сечения паза.
Claims (1)
- Изобретение касается картера коробки передач, в частности для угловой передачи, например, червячной передачи, с сквозным отверстием 1, имеющим форму кругового цилиндра, которое проходит в продольном направлении прессованного профиля, образующего картер 2, имеющий снаружи пазы 3, которые впадают в плоские наружные поверхности 4, 5, 6, 7 картера, наклоненные относительно друг друга под углом, преимущественно 90o, причем, исходя из одной из плоских наружных плоскостей в картере 2 выполнено отверстие 8, окружная поверхность которого пересекает боковую поверхность сквозного отверстия, проходящего в продольном направлении прессованного профиля. При этом пазы 3 имеют подрезы, которые выполнены, в частности, Т-образной трапецеидальной формы или имеют форму "ласточкиного хвоста", причем отверстие 9 паза 3, расположенное в наружных поверхностях 4, 5, 6, 7, имеет минимальный просвет поперечного сечения паза.
