Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.多フィラメント技術糸を基材とするたて糸よこ糸布であって、そのうち少 なくとも80重量%の糸が次の特徴、すなわち、 (a)所与の布の単位面積あたり重量に対して糸の番手が従来から使用されて きた番手よりも大きく、 (b)糸が、同じ比率においてねじれ0回/mの糸である糸の製織前の元のね じれよりも大きなねじれを有さず、 (c)糸の幅がその糸の全長にわたって糸の製織前の元の幅を超えるかそれに 等しいという特徴を組み合わせて有し、 よこ糸とたて糸との重量比が80/20を超えるかそれに等しい場合には、該糸が 糸の大きい方の重量部からなる方向のすべての糸を構成し、該比率が80/20に満 たない場合には、該糸が布におけるすべての糸を構成し、繊維体積比が、布にお いてほぼ一定であり、それ以下の番手の糸を基材とする従来の布の繊維体積比を 超えるかそれに等しい、多フィラメント技術糸を基材とするたて糸よこ糸布。 2.次の特徴、すなわち、 (a)所与の布の単位面積あたり重量に対して番手が従来から使用されてきた 番手よりも大きく、 (b)たて糸およびよこ糸が、ねじれ0回/mの糸である糸の製織前の元のね じれよりも大きなねじれを有さず、 (c)たて糸およびよこ糸の幅がそれらの糸の全長にわたって糸の製織前の元 の幅を超えるかそれに等しく、 (d)繊維体積比が、布においてほぼ一定であり、それ以下の番手の糸を基材 とする従来の布の繊維体積比を超えるかそれに等しい という特徴を組み合わせて含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の多フィ ラメント技術糸を基材とするたて糸よこ糸布。 3.たて糸(またはよこ糸)の重量比が20%に満たないかそれに等しく、それ らの糸が一方向よこ糸(またはたて糸)布の結束組織を構成していることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項記載の布。 4.炭素、ガラス、高密度ポリエチレン、アラミド、炭化ケイ素もしくはセラ ミックの糸またはそのような糸の混合物もしくは組み合わせから製造されたもの であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項記載の布。 5.6K炭素糸から製造されたものであり、その単位面積あたり重量が約200g /m2、特に193g/m2であり、104Paの圧力下で38%を超えるかそれに等しい繊維体 積比を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項および第4項記載のたて糸よこ 糸布。 6.12K炭素糸から製造されたものであり、その単位面積あたり重量が約200g /m2、特に193g/m2であり、104Paの圧力下で38%を超えるかそれに等しい繊維体 積比を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項および第4項記載のたて糸よこ 糸布。 7.約240テックスの番手のアラミド糸から製造されたものであり、その単位 面積あたり重量が約180g/m2、特に175g/m2であり、104Paの圧力下で繊維体積比 が42%を超えるかそれに等しいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項および第4項 記載のたて糸よこ糸布。 8.ガラス糸から製造されたものであり、80重量%のよこ糸(またはたて糸) が約320テックスの番手の糸であり、その単位面積あ たり重量が約120g/m2であり、104Paの圧力下で繊維体積比が26%を超えるかそれ に等しいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項および第4項記載の布。 9.少なくとも80重量%が、布の所与の単位面積あたり重量に対して番手が従 来から使用されてきたものよりも大きい、ねじれ0回/mの糸である多フィラメ ント技術糸を基材とするたて糸よこ糸布を製造する方法であって、 ─ ねじれを加えることなく、ねじれ0回/mの糸を巻き出し、 ― その糸を、その幅がその全長にわたって糸の製織前の元の幅を超えるかそ れに等しくなるようなやり方で製織し、 たて糸とよこ糸との重量比が80/20を超える場合には、該ねじれのない糸が、 糸の大きい方の重量部からなる方向(たて糸またはよこ糸)に配され、該比率が 80/20に満たない場合には、該糸が布におけるすべての糸を構成し、布における 繊維体積比が、ほぼ一定になり、それ以下の番手の糸を基材とする従来の布の繊 維体積比を超えるかそれに等しくなるようにすることを含む方法。 10.たて糸(またはよこ糸)の重量比が20%に満たない場合に、従来の方法で 該糸を巻き出し、製織することを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 11.最終的な布(18)における糸を延展することをさらに含むことを特徴とす る請求の範囲第9項または第10項記載の方法。 12.製織ののちに延展段階を実施することを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項記載 の方法。 13.パウダリング、予備含浸または積層のような布の後続の処理の前に延展段 階を実施することを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項または第12項のいずれか1項記 載の方法。 14.製織の前にも糸を延展することを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項 〜第13項記載の方法。 15.請求の範囲第11項〜第14項記載の方法にしたがって布における糸を延展す るための装置であって、布(18)と係合するように設計された転動ローラ(22) が取り付けられている振動器(21)を含むことを特徴とする装置。 16.振動器(21)が、6×105Paの圧力下で振動数が100ヘルツである空気式振 動器であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項記載の装置。
