Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ライトバルブの光変調素子としての使用に適したフィルムであって、架橋 重合体マトリックスに分散した液体ライトバルブ懸濁液の小滴を有する架橋重合 体マトリックスを含み、該液体ライトバルブ懸濁液は、液体懸濁媒体に懸濁した 粒子を含み、該重合体マトリックスは、該液体懸濁媒体に不溶の主鎖と、該液体 懸濁媒体に可溶のペンダント基を含むフィルム。 2. ライトバルブの光変調素子としての使用に適したフィルムであって、架橋 重合体マトリックスに分散した液体ライトバルブ懸濁液の小滴を有するフィルム の形態で架橋重合体マトリックスを含み、該液体ライトバルブ懸濁液は、液体懸 濁媒体に懸濁した粒子を含み、該液体懸濁媒体は、その全部又は一部が該粒子の 凝集を防ぐのに効果的な液体重合性安定剤からなるフィルム。 3. ライトバルブの光変調素子としての使用に適したフィルムであって、架橋 ポリオルガノシロキサン重合体マトリックスに分散した液体ライトバルブ懸濁液 の小滴を有する架橋ポリオルガノシロキサン重合体マトリックスを含み、該ライ トバルブ懸濁液は、液体懸濁媒体に懸濁した粒子を含み、該液体懸濁媒体は、そ の全部又は一部が該粒子の凝集を防ぐのに効果的な液体重合性安定剤からなるフ ィルム。 4. ライトバルブに使用する為の液体懸濁液で、液体懸濁媒体に懸濁した粒子 を含み、該液体懸濁媒体は、その全部又は一部が該粒子の凝集を防ぐのに効果的 な液体重合性安定剤からなる液体懸濁液。 5. 液体懸濁媒体が、電気的抵抗性であって、その全部又は一部が該粒子の凝 集を防ぐのに効果的な液体重合性安定剤からなる、請求の範囲1記載のフィルム 。 6. 該主鎖が、ポリブタジエン、ポリスチレン、ポリ(クロロプレン)、ポリ アミド、ポリオレフィン、シリコーンゴム、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリエステル 、ポリエーテル又はポリウレタンを含む、請求の範囲5記載のフィルム。 7. 該ペンダント基が、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリエーテ ル、ポリメチルスチレン、アルキッド樹脂、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリカ ーボネート及びエポキシ樹脂から成る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲5記載のフィ ルム。 8. 該主鎖が、ポリオルガノシロキサンを含む、請求の範囲5記載のフィルム 。 9. 重合性ペンダント基が、ポリアクリレート及び/又はポリメタクリレート である、請求の範囲8記載のフィルム。 10. 該液体重合性安定剤が、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート及び/又はフッ素 化アルキル(メタ)アクリレートの重合単位を含む、請求の範囲2記載のフィル ム。 11. 該液体重合性安定剤が、不飽和酸、エステル又は無水物の重合単位を含む 、請求の範囲10記載のフィルム。 12. 該液体重合性安定剤が、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、フッ素化アルキ ル(メタ)アクリレート及び不飽和酸、それらのエステル又は無水物の共重合体 を含む、請求の範囲11記載のフィルム。 13. 該ポリオルガノシロキサン重合体マトリックスが、芳香族基を含む、請求 の範囲3記載のフィルム。 14. 該重合体マトリックスが、アルキルシロキサン及びジフェニルシロキサン 及び/又はフェニルアルキルシロキサンの共重合体、又はシルフェニレンーアル キルシロキサン共重合体である、請求の範囲13記載のフィルム。 15. 該液体重合性安定剤が、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、フッ素化アルキ ル(メタ)アクリレート及び不飽和酸、それらのエステル又は無水物の共重合体 を含む、請求の範囲13記載のフィルム。 16. 該ポリオルガノシロキサン重合体マトリックスが、ジメチルシロキサンー フェニルメチルシロキサン共重合体又はジメチルシロキサンーシルフェニレン共 重合体を含む主鎖を含み、該主鎖は、ポリ(フッ素化アルキル(メタ)アクリレ ート)のペンダント基を有し、該液体重合性安定剤は、アルキル(メタ)アクリ レート、フッ素化アルキル(メタ)アクリレート及び不飽和酸、それらのエステ ル又は無水物の共重合体を含む、請求の範囲3記載のフィルム。 17. 該液体重合性安定剤が、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート及び/又はフッ素 化アルキル(メタ)アクリレートの重合単位を含む、請求の範囲4記載の液体懸 濁液。 18. 該液体重合性安定剤が、不飽和酸、エステル又は無水物の重合単位を含む 、 請求の範囲17記載の液体懸濁液。 19. 該液体重合性安定剤が、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、フッ素化アルキ ル(メタ)アクリレート及び不飽和酸、それらのエステル又は無水物の共重合体 を含む、請求の範囲18記載の液体懸濁液。 20. 電極が、フィルムの各表面と接触している、請求の範囲3記載のフィルム 。 21. 電極が、フィルムの各表面と接触しており、保護層が該電極のそれぞれの 外表面と接触している、請求の範囲3記載のフィルム。 22. 保護層が、フィルムの両表面にわたって接触している、請求の範囲3記載 のフィルム。 23. 保護層が、フィルムの各表面と接触しており、電極が各保護層の外表面で 接触している、請求の範囲3記載のフィルム。 24. 該フィルムがその硬化・架橋形態では、有機液体で膨潤され、該有機液体 で膨潤される前の該フィルムに比べて光散乱が少ない、該液体膨潤フィルムを形 成する、請求の範囲3記載のフィルム。 25. 対面セル壁を有するライトバルブであって、請求の範囲1記載のフィルム が、ライトバルブの光変調素子として該セル壁間にある、改良ライトバルブ。 26. 対面セル壁を有するライトバルブであって、請求の範囲2記載のフィルム が、ライトバルブの光変調素子として該セル壁間にある、改良ライトバルブ。 27. 対面セル壁を有するライトバルブであって、請求の範囲3記載のフィルム が、ライトバルブの光変調素子として該セル壁間にある、改良ライトバルブ。 28 ライトバルブの光変調素子としての使用に適したフィルムであって、重合 体マトリックスに分散した液体ライトバルブ懸濁液の小滴を有する重合体マトリ ックスを含み、該液体ライトバルブ懸濁液は、液体部分に懸濁した粒子を含み、 該液体部分は、該粒子の凝集を防ぐのに効果的な重合性安定剤であるか又は重合 性安定剤を含み、該重合体マトリックスと該液体部分の反射率とは近似しており 、それによって該フィルムの光学的透明度が改善されているフィルム。
