Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の一般式(I): {式中、 Eがアルケニル基であり、又はその化合物が酸添加塩形態にある場合にH2を表 し、 Jが-CO-NH-、-CO-O-、-CO-S-及び-NH-CO-から選ばれており、 Tがアルキレン鎖であり、又はJが-CO-NH-である場合に、Tはそのアミノ酸部分 の残基であり、 Qが親水性又は解裂性の部分であり、そして Zがアミン-及び/又はチオール-反応性部分である。}により表される化合物。 2.式(I)中、Eがアルケニル基であるとき、それが直鎖又は分枝鎖低級アル ケニルである、請求項1に記載の化合物。 3.式(I)中、-Y-Zが活性エステル、α−ブロモアセチル、α-ブロモアセト アミジルあるいは混合された置換又は非置換ピリジル・ジスルフィドである、請 求項1又は2に記載の化合物。 4.以下の一般式(Ia): {式中、 Eが請求項1中に定義したものであり、 RがH又はCH3であり、そして R'がH又はNO2である。}により表される化合物。 5. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 6. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 7. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 8. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 9. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 10. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 11. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 12. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 13. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 14. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 15. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 16. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 17. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 18. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 19. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 20. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 21. である、請求項1に記載の化合物又はその酸添加塩。 22.巨大分子と先の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の化合物との反 応により形成された結合体。 23.巨大分子が免疫グロブリン又はその断片を含んで成る、請求項22に記載の 結合体。 24.請求項22又は23に記載の結合体に結合した金属原子を含んで成る標識され た巨大分子。 25.金属がTc及びReから成るラジオアイソトープから選ばれている、請求項24 に記載の標識された巨大分子。 26.以下の一般式(II): {式中、Eが請求項1中に記載したものである。}により表される化合物。
