Abstract
質的に良好な付着作用(密着性)を有し、その上、固定
部材が包装品の形で互いに接着しないが、しかし、接着
作用もしくは接着機能はいつでも使用場所で活性化可能
であるように構成されている接着剤層を有する固定部
材。 【構成】 接着面に硬化可能および/または架橋可能な
反応性溶融接着剤が備えられており、この反応性溶融接
着剤は80℃までの温度で乾燥し、即ち耐摩耗性で粘着
しないように構成され、かつ熱または他のエネルギーの
供給により持続性の接着結合を得るために最も短い時間
で反応可能である。
Description
た、支持部材上に構成部材または機能部材を保持するた
めの接着可能な固定部材に関し、殊に自動車の組立の場
合にライニングストリップもしくは装飾品、導線、ナッ
トまたは他の取付部材を固定するために備えられている
固定部材に関する。この場合には、自動車の車体の薄板
上に固定部材を接着することにより、これまで穿孔され
た固定用孔中に固定する場合に局部的な応力によって生
じていたような欠点または固定用ボルトもしくはナット
を自動車の車体の薄板上に溶接することにより局部的な
応力によって生じていたような欠点は回避されるはずで
ある。
書の記載から、両面に作用する接着テープによって接着
結合が達成されるような固定部材は、公知であり、この
接着テープの外向きの接着面は、差当たり薄いフィルム
によって被覆されており、かつこのフィルムを取り除い
た後に初めて有効になる。保護フィルムを予め取り除く
ことが煩わしいことと感じることを除いて、付着結合で
は、経験によれば、ライニングストリップと自動車車体
の表面との間の持続的な結合に必要とされる保持力も達
成されない。また、運搬の間に保護フィルムが損なわ
れ、さらに部材が互いに接着し合うという危険が存在す
る。この種の接着固定は、自動車の組立の場合には、明
らかに有効ではなく、したがって未だ殆ど使用されてい
ない。
まで使用されてきた接着テープよりも本質的に良好な付
着作用(密着性)を有し、かつその上、固定部材が包装
品の形で互いに接着せず、しかし、接着作用もしくは接
着機能はいつでも使用場所で活性化可能であるように構
成されている接着剤層を有する前記の固定部材を提供す
ることである。
部材の場合に本発明によれば、接着面に硬化可能および
/または架橋可能な反応性溶融接着剤が備えられてお
り、この反応性溶融接着剤は80℃までの温度で乾燥
し、即ち耐摩耗性で粘着しないように構成され、かつ熱
または他のエネルギーの供給により持続性の接着結合を
得るために最も短い時間で反応可能であることによって
解決され、この場合溶融接着剤は、特殊な脊柱部結合剤
(Rueckgratbindemittel)に基づいて構成されており、
この脊柱部結合剤は重合機構、重付加機構および/また
は重縮合反応機構により凝固されかつ維持されている。

しないかまたは接着剤耐性であるという大きな利点を提
供する。溶融接着剤の使用場所での反応化によって初め
て、接着剤層の付着力が放出され、この接着剤層は、相
応する硬化後に実際に取り外すことのできない結合を生
じる。

覆を備えることができ、したがって同時に有効で安価な
腐蝕抑制が達成される。
定部材の場合には、溶融接着剤は、射出成形の進行中
に、溶融接着剤を金型の開放後にほとばしり出た部分の
噴出前に露出する接着面上に塗布し、かつ次いでなお完
全には冷却されていない部材の残留熱によって急速に乾
燥することにより、簡単な方法で塗布することができ
る。それによって、溶融接着剤を塗布するための他の作
業過程は節約することができる。
阻止するために、材料の厚さを縁部領域に向かって減少
させるかまたは縁部領域に薄いリップを備えさせるよう
にして形成させることができる。
実施例ならびに特定の使用までの個々の加工過程が示さ
れており、かつ次にこのことについて詳細に記載するこ
とにする。

自動車の組立において構成部材または機能部材を保持す
るために使用されている。これらの固定部材には、それ
ぞれ支持部材、例えば自動車の車体の薄板の表面との接
着結合を得るための板1が備えられている。

4または6が一体成形されている。この場合、図1a)
による保持部は、所謂平頭ボルトであり、図1b)の場
合には、所謂ねじ付ボルト3であり、図1c)の場合に
は、側方に開いた鍵穴5を有する保持板4であり、この
場合この鍵穴には、別の構成部材または固定部材から離
れた平頭ボルトが噛み合い可能であり、かつ図1d)の
場合には、ナット6である。

応性の溶融接着剤が備えられているかもしくは被覆され
ており、この溶融接着剤は、特殊な脊柱部結合剤に基づ
いて構成されておりかつ80℃までの温度で接着しない
し、耐摩耗性であるという性質を有する。しかし、この
溶融接着剤は、熱の供給によって再び反応することがで
き、この場合この熱は、例えば超音波、発熱素子、マイ
クロ波または摩擦のような別のエネルギーの形で発生さ
せることができる。
よび硬化時間を保証するために、脊柱部結合剤およびそ
の硬化系は、極めて高い反応性を有しなければならな
い。特に有利な脊柱部結合剤は、重付加または重合によ
って得られる三価エポキシ樹脂、四価エポキシ樹脂およ
び/または多価エポキシ樹脂である。このために適当な
硬化剤系は、重付加については分子中に少なくとも2個
の活性水素原子を有する化合物(例えば、脂肪族、脂環
式または芳香族アミン、ジシアンジアミド等)が使用さ
れ、かつ陽イオンまたは陰イオン重合については触媒作
用するルイス酸および/または塩基が場合によっては金
属錯化合物の存在下に使用されることによって区別され
る。

る。この脊柱部結合剤は、フリーラジカルにより温度依
存性の硬化系および促進剤系により凝固させかつ硬化さ
せることができるか、または光開始剤の存在下でのUV
線ならびに電子線により凝固させかつ硬化させることが
できる。

定部材は、150〜180℃に加熱された接着剤層7と
一緒に支持板8上に該支持板と平行に緊密に保持され、
かつ次いで溶融接着剤が硬化されるまで支持板8上に押
し付けられる。更に、接着剤層を硬化させるために、薄
板の次のラッカー塗布に必要とされる乾燥炉を付加的に
使用することができる。

いる。それによって、接着層の縁部領域中に応力ピーク
が構成されることが阻止され、したがって接着された固
定部材の付着効果は、ボルト頭部上への側方の力作用お
よびそれと結び付いた剥離効果に対する十分な耐性を提
供する。

るかまたは被覆するために接着可能な構成部材のみに限
定されるのではなく、一般に前記の溶融接着剤の使用に

Claims (6)
- 【請求項1】 支持部材の表面との接着結合を得るため
の接着性機能部と、構成部材との形状に適した結合また
は間接的な結合を得るための少なくとも1つの他の保持
部とからなり、該接着性機能部が支持部材の表面に平ら
に係合可能な、接着剤層を備えた接着面を有する、本質
的に平面の支持部材上に構成部材または機能部材を保持
するための接着可能な固定部材において、接着面(1)に
硬化可能および/または架橋可能な反応性溶融接着剤
(7)が備えられており、この反応性溶融接着剤は80
℃までの温度で乾燥し、即ち耐摩耗性で粘着しないよう
に構成され、かつ熱または他のエネルギーの供給により
持続性の接着結合を得るために最も短い時間で反応可能
であることを特徴とする、接着可能な固定部材。 - 【請求項2】 溶融接着剤(7)が特殊な脊柱部結合剤
に基づいて構成されており、この脊柱部結合剤は重合機
構、重付加機構および/または重縮合反応機構により凝
固され、かつ維持されている、請求項1記載の溶融接着
剤層を有する固定部材。 - 【請求項3】 固定部材の全表面が溶融接着剤で被覆さ
れている、請求項2記載の金属からなる固定部材。 - 【請求項4】 溶融接着剤(7)が射出成形の進行中に
金型の開放直後に露出する接着面上に塗布されており、
かつ次いでなお冷却されていない部材の残留熱によって
急速に乾燥されている、請求項2記載の硬質弾性または
粘弾性のプラスチックからなる固定部材。 - 【請求項5】 材料の厚さが縁部領域に向かって減少す
るように接着面(7)が形成されている、請求項2また
は4に記載の固定部材。 - 【請求項6】 接着面(7)の縁部領域に薄い外側リッ
プ(10)が備えられている、請求項5記載の固定部
材。
