Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 自動車ボデーの内面にトリム，ピラー，天井
等の内装部品を着脱自在に取着するためのファスナーを
提供するもので、取着を容易ならしめると共にコストを
軽減する。 【構成】 両面に粘着剤を塗布して２枚の両面テープ１
ａ，１ｂの間に網状または多孔状のシート２を介在させ
ることにより該両面テープ１ａ，１ｂ間の接着力を抑制
した。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、自動車ボデーの内面に
トリム，ピラー，天井等の内装部品を着脱自在に取着す
るためのファスナーに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】例えば自動車内装トリムの自動車ボデー
の内面への取着構造として従来から図４，図５に示した
ようなものがあった。即ち、図４はトリムａに金属製の
ブラケットｂを突設し、該ブラケットｂに樹脂製のクリ
ップｃを止着すると共に、ボデーｄに開設した取付孔に
該クリップｃの先端部を嵌合してなるものである。ま
た、図５に示したものはボデーｄとトリムａとを重合さ
せその両取付孔間にクリップｃを貫挿して固着してなる
ものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで一般に上記ト
リムのような自動車内装部品は、オプション品の取付の
ためや、メンテナンス，修理等のために取外しを要する
場合があるが、上記取着構造ではトリムａをボデーｄか
ら離脱することはできるもののクリップｃを変形させる
おそれがあるので再取付時にガタ付くおそれがある。ま
た、ブラケットｂ，クリップｃ等の成形品の製作コスト
が高くつくという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の自動車内装部品
の着脱自在取着用ファスナーは上記課題を解決しようと
するもので、両面に粘着剤を塗布してなる２枚の両面テ
ープの間に網状または多孔状のシートを介在させること
により該両面テープ間の接着力を抑制してなることを特
徴とする。
【０００５】また本発明は上記自動車内装部品の着脱自
在取着用ファスナーにおいて、両面テープがアクリル発
泡体に粘着剤を塗布してなることを特徴とする。
【０００６】
【作用】ボデー，自動車内装部品等に取付孔等を予め開
設したりブラケットを取付ける必要もなく、任意の位置
で簡単に取着できる。また、両面テープ間の接着力をシ
ートの開孔率により調節できるので確実に該シートの接
合面から離脱させることができ着脱が自在となる。ま
た、低コストで取着ができると共に、アクリル発泡体等
からなる両面テープの厚さを適宜選定することでスペー
サとしての機能も備え得る。

【実施例】次に本発明の一実施例を図１〜図３について
説明する。図１にこのファスナーの使用前の外観斜視図
を示し、同図中１ａ，１ｂはアクリル発泡体を厚さ１ミ
リ、幅１０ミリ程度の帯状に形成しその両面に粘着剤を
塗布してなる２枚一対の両面テープで、該両面テープ１
ａ，１ｂ間にプラスチック製の網状のシート２を介在さ
せている。３ａは一方の両面テープ１ａの外側面に貼着
された離型紙、３ｂは他方の両面テープ１ｂの外側面に
貼着された離型紙である。
【０００８】このファスナーを使用してボデー４にトリ
ム５を取着するに際しては、離型紙３ａをはがして両面
テープ１ａをトリム５に貼着した後、他方の離型紙３ｂ
をはがして両面テープ１ｂをボデー４に貼着する。図２
にその取着状況を断面にて示す。このようにボデー４と
トリム５とは両面テープ１ａ，１ｂの厚さ分だけ離間さ
せて取着することができるので、該両面テープ１ａ，１
ｂの厚さを予め決めておくことによりスペーサとしての
機能も併せ持つ。
【０００９】そしてトリム５をボデー４から外すために
外力を加えると、両面テープ１ａはトリム５にその粘着
剤により強力に接着しており、両面テープ１ｂもボデー
４にその粘着剤により強力に接着しているのに対し、両
面テープ１ａと両面テープ１ｂとはシート２が介在して
いることにより接着力が抑制されるので、該両面テープ
１ａと両面テープ１ｂとが離脱する。図３にそのときの
両面テープ１ａの状況を示す。このようにトリム５を外
しても両面テープ１ａ，１ｂの粘着性は損わないので再
取着は容易である。なおシート２は図示した網状のもの
のほか、多孔状のもの、或いは不織布のようなものを使
用することもできる。またその開孔率は大きいほうが両
面テープ１ａ，１ｂが直接に接着する割合が高くなるの
で接着力が大きくなる。従ってシート２の開孔率を調節
することにより互いの接着力を適宜コントロールでき
る。

【発明の効果】このように本発明のファスナーによれ
ば、自動車ボデーおよび自動車内装部品に取付孔等の加
工を何ら加えなくても任意の部位に簡単に着脱自在に自
動車内装部品を取着することができ、自動車の組立コス
トを軽減させるうえで極めて有益である。

  1. 【請求項１】 両面に粘着剤を塗布してなる２枚の両面
    テープの間に網状または多孔状のシートを介在させるこ
    とにより該両面テープ間の接着力を抑制してなることを

  2. 【請求項２】 両面テープがアクリル発泡体に粘着剤を
    塗布してなるものである請求項１に記載の自動車内装部
